Abstract

本发明涉及螺旋弹簧,尤其是一种高阻尼螺旋弹簧。
背景技术
现有的所有螺旋压力弹簧或螺旋拉力弹簧,其阻尼系数都很小,因此在使用时也存在一些问题,如消振时程长,吸振能耗小,对低频激励隔振效果差等。
发明内容
本发明提供阻尼系数大、低造价的高阻尼螺旋弹簧。
本发明是在螺旋弹簧(包括螺旋压力弹簧和螺旋拉力弹簧)内紧密地塞满摩擦阻尼大的废料金属乱丝。
在塞满摩擦阻尼大的废料金属乱丝的弹簧两端口浸透粘滞阻尼大的弹塑性材料。
在塞满摩擦阻尼大的废料金属乱丝的弹簧全部浸透粘滞阻尼大的弹塑性材料。
本发明的有益效果是:由于弹簧内紧密地塞满摩擦阻尼大的废料金属乱丝,或再在金属乱丝中填加粘滞阻尼大的弹塑性材料,使弹簧在振动时产生很大阻尼。因此它大大改善隔振或减振性能,缩短振动响应时程,增大吸振能耗,扩大有效减振频域,造价低廉。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在螺旋弹簧1内紧密地塞满摩擦阻尼大的废料金属乱丝2。
如图2所示,在塞满摩擦阻尼的废料金属乱丝2的弹簧1两端口浸透粘滞阻尼大的弹塑性材料3。
如图3所示,在塞满摩擦阻尼的废料金属乱丝2的弹簧1全部浸透粘滞阻尼大的弹塑性材料3。
若为多层套叠螺旋弹簧时,在弹簧1外套叠多层普通弹簧。
所述的摩擦阻尼大的废料金属乱丝2为一般不锈钢加工废料金属丝。
所述的粘滞阻尼大的弹塑性材料,为沥青与滑石粉,废橡胶粉,再加改性添加剂,如聚乙稀胎、三嵌段聚合物、无规聚丙稀、丁笨橡胶等拌合料。

1.高阻尼螺旋弹簧,其特征在于:在螺旋弹簧[1]内紧密地塞满摩擦阻尼大的废料金属乱丝[2]。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高阻尼螺旋弹簧,其特征在于:在塞满摩擦阻尼的废料金属乱丝[2]的弹簧[1]两端口浸透粘滞阻尼大的弹塑性材料[3]。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高阻尼螺旋弹簧,其特征在于:在塞满摩擦阻尼的废料金属乱丝[2]的弹簧[1]全部浸透粘滞阻尼大的弹塑性材料[3]。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的高阻尼螺旋弹簧,其特征在于:在弹簧[1]外套叠多层普通弹簧。
