When the plate material is put into the first conveying part 100, the cooling fan 141 performs the air drying of the entered plate material, and simultaneously, blows out the foreign matters such as dust on the plate material. When the plate is cut out from the cutting part 300, the plate is dried again by blowing air, and the cut scraps are blown off.
The upper cover plate 122 is fixedly connected with a scraper 127, and the bracket 110 is further provided with a groove 129 for accommodating the scraper 127, wherein one end of the scraper 127 is further provided with a storage cavity 128 for storing impurities scraped off by the scraper 127. When the panel carries on first conveying part 100, the panel passes through scraper 127, and scraper 127 scrapes the impurity on the panel to the storage chamber 128 in, simultaneously, the panel can extrude upper cover plate 122, and when upper cover plate 122 moved down, can drive scraper 127 also downstream, in order to guarantee the stationarity of panel motion, set up recess 129 on support 110, during the scraper 127 downstream, can place in recess 129, guaranteed the planarization of first conveying part 100.
The upper cover plate 122 is provided with a clamping groove 130, and flanges 131 extend from the upper end and the lower end of the side wall of the water tank 121, wherein the clamping groove 130 is attached to the flanges 131, so as to ensure tightness of the upper cover plate 122 and the water tank 121. The flange 131 is rectangular, and the clamping groove 130 formed in the upper cover plate 122 is also rectangular, so that the clamping groove 130 on the upper cover plate 122 can be tightly attached to the rectangular flange 131, and the linear seal is changed into the face seal, so that the tightness is improved. Meanwhile, when water just flows into the water tank 121 from the upper cover plate 122, the water can flow into the clamping groove 130, and the water is prevented from being blocked by the flange 131, so that splashing is avoided.
Third baffles 132 extend from both sides of the lower cover 123, wherein the third baffles 132 are adapted to abut the flange 131 to limit the sliding travel of the lower cover 123. The third baffle 132 abuts against the flange 131, so that the lower cover 123 cannot be separated from the water tank 121 and slide out of the water tank 121.
Two sides of the upper cover plate 122 are extended with limiting plates 133, wherein the limiting plates 133 are adapted to abut against the flanges 131 to limit the sliding travel of the upper cover plate 122. The limiting plate 133 abuts against the flange 131, so that the upper cover plate 122 cannot be separated from the water tank 121 and slides out of the water tank 121.
The surface of the upper cover plate 122 away from the water tank 121 is an inclined surface 134, wherein the clamping groove 130 is disposed on the inclined surface 134. The upper cover plate 122 is provided with the inclined surface 134, so that water flow can flow into the water tank 121 from the inclined surface 134 conveniently, a drainage effect is achieved, and meanwhile, the upper cover plate 122 is conveniently extruded downwards by the plate, and a guiding effect is achieved.
The conveyor belt 210 is provided with a plurality of clamping blocks 211, wherein the distance between two adjacent clamping blocks 211 is matched with the length of the plate. The fixture block 211 fixes the plate, prevents the plate from shaking when cutting, and influences the cutting precision.
The flexible platen 220 has an L-shaped cross section, wherein the distance from the flexible platen 220 to the conveyor belt 210 is less than the thickness of the sheet material. The flexible pressing plate 220 is L-shaped, a concave cavity 221 is formed in the middle of the flexible pressing plate 220, the position of the concave cavity 221 corresponds to that of the scraping plate 127, and when the scraping plate 127 scrapes impurities on a plate, part of the impurities can fall into the concave cavity 221 to be stored.
The elastic mechanism 126 is a spring, wherein one end of the spring abuts against the upper cover plate 122, and the other end abuts against the lower cover plate 123. The spring ensures that the upper cover plate 122 can block the water inlet 124 in the initial state of the spring, and also ensures that the lower cover plate 123 can not squeeze water in the water tank 121 in the initial state of the spring, so as to keep the sealing of the water tank 121.
Charging system
The material receiving system 400 is suitable for recycling and collecting the cut plates.
The cutting system and the material collecting system 400 arranged on one side of the cutting system, the material collecting system 400 comprises a collecting box 410, a discharge hole 420 arranged on one side of the collecting box 410 and a conveying part 430 arranged in the collecting box 410, and the conveying part 430 comprises a conveying frame 431, conveying belts 432 arranged on two sides of the conveying frame 431 and a driving part for driving the conveying belts 432 to rotate. The cut plate material of the cutting part 300 falls into the collecting box 410, and the size of the collecting box 410 is adapted to the size of the cut plate material, so that the plate material is transported to the outside through the transporting part 430 for packing.
In order to convey the plate at the bottom of the collecting box 410 to the uppermost end, the plate is convenient to be taken manually. A lifting part 440 is further provided between the conveying frames 431, and the lifting part 440 is adapted to lift the plate in the collecting box 410 to the top of the collecting box 410.
The lifting part 440 comprises a lifting frame 441 and a lifting cylinder 442 in driving connection with the lifting frame 441, wherein the width of the lifting frame 441 is adapted to the width between the conveyor belts 432. When it is desired to push the sheet upward, the lifting cylinder 442 drives the lifting frame 441 upward, thereby pushing the sheet upward. When the lifting frame 441 is not required to be used, the lifting frame 441 is positioned below the two conveying frames 431, and the conveying part 430 is not affected to convey the plate.
The driving part comprises a motor 433, and driving rollers 434 are rotated at two ends of the conveying frame 431, wherein the motor 433 is in transmission connection with the driving rollers 434 through a belt 435; the conveyor belt 432 is rotatably disposed on the driving roller 434. The motor 433 drives the belt 435 to rotate, the belt 435 drives the transmission rod 436 to rotate, the transmission rod 436 is in transmission connection with the transmission rollers on two sides of the transmission frame 431, the transmission rod 436 drives the transmission roller 434 to rotate, and the transmission roller 434 drives the transmission belt 432 to rotate.
One side of the collecting box 410 is further provided with a feed inlet 460 corresponding to the position of the cutting system, wherein a guide rod 450 is further fixed on the side wall of the collecting box 410, and the guide rod 450 is located at the feed inlet 460. The size of the outlet 420 is adapted to the thickness of the sheet material. After the cutting part 300 cuts the plate, the plate falls into the collecting box 410 from the feeding hole 460, the guide rod 450 is arranged, the guide rod 450 is arc-shaped, and the plate slides down into the collecting box 410 along the guide rod 450, so that the guiding effect is achieved.
The side wall of the collecting box 410 is further rotated to form a compressing part 470, the compressing part 470 comprises a mounting cavity 471 formed in the side wall of the collecting box 410, a pressing plate 472 rotatably arranged in the mounting cavity 471, and a rotary air cylinder 473 fixed in the mounting cavity 471, wherein a piston of the rotary air cylinder 473 is in transmission connection with a transmission plate 474, a connecting rod 475 is hinged on the transmission plate 474, and the connecting rod 475 is hinged with the pressing plate 472 to drive the pressing plate 472 to rotate. When the sheet material in the collecting box 410 needs to be pressed, the rotating cylinder 473 drives the connecting rod 475 to rotate, and the connecting rod 475 drives the pressing plate 472 to rotate, so that the pressing plate 472 extends out of the mounting cavity 471 to press the sheet material in the collecting box 410. When compression of the sheet material in the collection box 410 is not required, the compression plate 472 rotates into the mounting cavity 471 without affecting the sliding of the sheet material into the collection box 410.
Working principle: the sheet is placed on the first conveying part 100 to be conveyed to the second conveying part 200, and is cooled and impurities on the sheet are removed under the action of the cooling fan 141 of the drying part 140; the plate is continuously conveyed to the cooling part 120, the plate presses the upper cover plate 122, the upper cover plate 122 moves downwards, the water inlet 124 is opened, and water flows from the water inlet 124 into the water tank 121 for water injection; while the plate material passes through the cooling part 120, the scraping plate 127 scrapes the impurities on the plate material into the storage cavity 128, and part of the impurities can drop into the concave cavity 221 of the flexible pressing plate 220. The plate continues to move on the first conveying part 100, and when the plate does not pass through the cooling part 120, the upper cover plate 122 is reset under the action of the spring to block the water filling port.
When the plate material is conveyed from the first conveying portion 100 to the second conveying portion 200, the plate material is conveyed by the second conveying portion 200 to the cutting portion 300, the plate material is limited between the clamping blocks 211, and when the plate material contacts the flexible pressing plate 220, the plate material is pressed upwards to press the flexible pressing plate 220 in the process of moving to the cutting portion 300, so that the flexible pressing plate 220 moves upwards to press the lower end cover, the lower end cover moves upwards to press water in the water tank 121, and the water is sprayed out from the water outlet 125 under pressure. Meanwhile, the plate is pressed by the flexible pressing plate 220, and the plate continues to move to the cutting part 300 for cutting, and water ejected from the water outlet 125 cools the plate being cut. After the cutting of the plate material is completed, the plate material is continuously blown by the cooling fan 141 of the drying part 140 above the second conveying part 200, and the plate material is dried and impurities such as scraps on the plate material are removed.
After the cutting part 300 cuts the plate, the plate slides down from the feed port 460 to the collection box 410 to be collected under the conveyance of the second conveying part 200. When the sheet material in the collection box 410 needs to be transported away, the conveyor belt rotates, the conveyor belt transports the sheet material at the lowest layer of the collection box 410 away from the discharge port 420, and the remaining sheet material in the collection box 410 is blocked in the collection box 410 by the side wall of the collection box 410. After the lowermost sheet in the collection box 410 is conveyed away, the sheet in the collection box 410 falls onto the conveyor 432 due to its own weight, waiting for the next transportation. When the plate is not required to be transported, the lifting part 440 lifts the plate in the collecting box 410 upward until the pressing part 470 of the side wall can press the plate in the collecting box 410, and finally, the plate is fixed. Meanwhile, the lifting part 440 also transports the plate material at the bottom end of the collecting box 410 upwards, so that the plate material at the bottom of the collecting box 410 can be conveniently taken manually.

the cutting system and the material collecting system arranged at one side of the cutting system, the material collecting system comprises a collecting box, a discharge hole arranged at one side of the collecting box, a conveying part arranged in the collecting box, and
the conveying part comprises a conveying frame, conveying belts arranged on two sides of the conveying frame and a driving part for driving the conveying belts to rotate;
a lifting part is also arranged between the conveying frames and is suitable for lifting the plates in the collecting box to the top of the collecting box;
the cutting system comprises a first conveying part, wherein the first conveying part comprises a bracket, a cooling part arranged on the bracket and a drying part arranged on the bracket, the cooling part comprises a water tank, an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate which are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the water tank in a sliding manner, the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate are both arranged in the water tank in a sliding manner, a water inlet and a water outlet are also formed in the water tank, and an elastic mechanism is further arranged between the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate so that the upper cover plate blocks the water inlet;
the second conveying part comprises a conveying belt and a flexible pressing plate arranged on the conveying belt;
the cutting part is positioned at the end of the second conveying part and is suitable for cutting the plate conveyed on the second conveying part, and the position of the cutting part corresponds to the position of the water outlet; wherein, the liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal display device,
when the first conveying part conveys the plate to the second conveying part, the plate passes through the upper part of the drying part to dry the plate, the plate continuously moves to the upper cover plate, and the plate extrudes the upper cover plate to open the water inlet and fill water into the water tank;
when the second conveying part conveys the plate conveyed by the first conveying part to the cutting part, the plate extrudes the flexible pressing plate, the flexible pressing plate extrudes the upper cover plate so that the upper cover plate extrudes water in the water tank, the water is extruded from the water outlet under pressure, meanwhile, the plate is positioned at the cutting part for cutting, and the water ejected from the water outlet cools the plate; and after the plate is cut, drying is performed again through the lower part of the drying part.
2. A dry conveying apparatus for cutting sheet material having a good effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the lifting part comprises a lifting frame and a lifting cylinder in transmission connection with the lifting frame, wherein,
the width of the lifting frame is matched with the width between the conveying belts.

the side wall of the collecting box is also rotated to form a compressing part, the compressing part comprises a mounting cavity arranged on the side wall of the collecting box, a pressing plate rotatably arranged in the mounting cavity and a rotary cylinder fixed in the mounting cavity,
