When the plate is conveyed on the first conveying part 100, the plate passes through the second scraper 127, the second scraper 127 scrapes impurities on the plate into the storage cavity 128, meanwhile, the plate can extrude the upper cover plate 122, when the upper cover plate 122 moves downwards, the second scraper 127 can be driven to move downwards, in order to ensure the stability of the movement of the plate, the groove 129 is formed in the support 110, when the second scraper 127 moves downwards, the plate can be placed in the groove 129, and the smoothness of the first conveying part 100 is ensured.
The upper cover plate 122 is provided with a clamping groove 130, the upper end and the lower end of the side wall of the water tank 121 are both extended with flanges 131, wherein the clamping groove 130 is attached to the flanges 131 to ensure the tightness between the upper cover plate 122 and the water tank 121. The flanges 131 are rectangular, and the slots 130 formed in the upper cover plate 122 are also rectangular, so that the slots 130 in the upper cover plate 122 can be tightly attached to the rectangular flanges 131, and the line sealing is changed into the surface sealing, thereby improving the sealing property. Meanwhile, when water just flows into the water tank 121 from the upper cover plate 122, the water can flow in from the clamping groove 130, and the water is prevented from being blocked by the flanging 131 to cause splashing.
Third baffles 132 extend from two sides of the lower cover plate 123, wherein the third baffles 132 are adapted to abut against the flanges 131 to limit the sliding stroke of the lower cover plate 123. The third stop 132 abuts against the flange 131, so that the lower cover plate 123 cannot be separated from the water tank 121 and slide out of the water tank 121.
Limiting plates 133 extend from two sides of the upper cover plate 122, wherein the limiting plates 133 are adapted to abut against the flanges 131 to limit the sliding stroke of the upper cover plate 122. The stopper plate 133 abuts against the flange 131, so that the upper cover plate 122 cannot be separated from the water tank 121 and slide out of the water tank 121.
The side of the upper cover plate 122 away from the water tank 121 is an inclined surface 134, wherein the locking groove 130 is disposed on the inclined surface 134. The upper cover plate 122 is provided with the inclined plane 134, so that water flows into the water tank 121 from the inclined plane 134 conveniently, a drainage effect is achieved, meanwhile, the upper cover plate 122 is squeezed downwards by the plates conveniently, and a guiding effect is achieved.
The conveying belt 210 is provided with a plurality of clamping blocks 211, wherein the distance between every two adjacent clamping blocks 211 is matched with the length of the plate. The fixture block 211 fixes the plate, so that the plate is prevented from shaking during cutting, and the cutting precision is prevented from being influenced.
The cross section of the flexible pressing plate 220 is L-shaped, wherein the distance from the flexible pressing plate 220 to the conveying belt 210 is less than the thickness of the plate. The flexible pressing plate 220 is L-shaped, a cavity 221 is formed in the middle of the flexible pressing plate 220, the position of the cavity 221 corresponds to the position of the second scraper 127, and when the second scraper 127 scrapes off impurities on the plate, part of the impurities can fall into the cavity 221 for storage.
The elastic mechanism 126 is a spring, wherein one end of the spring abuts against the upper cover plate 122, and the other end abuts against the lower cover plate 123. The spring ensures that the upper cover plate 122 can block the water inlet 124 when in the initial state of the spring, and also ensures that the lower cover plate 123 can keep the water tank 121 sealed without squeezing the water in the water tank 121 when in the initial state of the spring.
Charging system
The receiving system 400 is suitable for recovering and collecting the cut plates.
The material receiving system 400 comprises a collecting box 410, a discharge hole 420 arranged on one side of the collecting box 410 and a conveying part 430 arranged in the collecting box 410, wherein the conveying part 430 comprises a conveying frame 431, conveying belts 432 arranged on two sides of the conveying frame 431 and a driving part for driving the conveying belts 432 to rotate. The cut plate by the cutting part 300 drops into the collection box 410, and the collection box 410 is matched with the cut plate, so that the plate is conveyed to the outside for boxing by the conveying part 430.
In order to convey the plate at the bottom of the collecting box 410 to the uppermost end, the plate is convenient to be taken by people. A lifting part 440 is further provided between the transfer racks 431, and the lifting part 440 is adapted to lift the sheet material in the collecting box 410 to the top of the collecting box 410.
The lifting unit 440 includes a lifting frame 441 and a lifting cylinder 442 drivingly connected to the lifting frame 441, wherein the width of the lifting frame 441 is adapted to the width between the conveyor belts 432. When the plate needs to be pushed up, the lifting cylinder 442 drives the lifting frame 441 to move upward, so that the plate is pushed up. When the lifting frame 441 is not needed, the lifting frame 441 is positioned below the two conveying frames 431, and does not affect the conveying part 430 to convey the plate material.
The driving part comprises a motor 433, and driving rollers 434 are rotated at two ends of the conveying frame 431, wherein the motor 433 is in transmission connection with the driving rollers 434 through a belt 435; the conveyor belt 432 is rotatably provided on the driving roller 434. The motor 433 drives the belt 435 to rotate, the belt 435 drives the transmission rod 436 to rotate, the transmission rod 436 is in transmission connection with the transmission rollers on two sides of the transmission frame 431, the transmission rod 436 drives the transmission roller 434 to rotate, and the transmission roller 434 drives the transmission belt 432 to rotate.
One side of the collecting box 410 is further provided with a feeding hole 460 corresponding to the position of the cutting system, wherein a guide bar 450 is further fixed on the side wall of the collecting box 410, and the guide bar 450 is located at the feeding hole 460. The size of the discharge hole 420 is adapted to the thickness of the plate. After the cutting part 300 finishes cutting the plates, the plates fall into the collecting box 410 from the feeding hole 460, the guide rod 450 is arranged, the guide rod 450 is arc-shaped, and the plates slide down to the collecting box 410 along the guide rod 450, so that the guide function is achieved.
The side wall of the collecting box 410 is further rotated with a pressing part 470, the pressing part 470 comprises a mounting cavity 471 arranged on the side wall of the collecting box 410, a pressing plate 472 rotatably arranged in the mounting cavity 471, and a rotating cylinder 473 fixed in the mounting cavity 471, wherein a piston of the rotating cylinder 473 is in transmission connection with a transmission plate 474, a connecting rod 475 is hinged on the transmission plate 474, and the connecting rod 475 is hinged with the pressing plate 472 to drive the pressing plate 472 to rotate. When the plates in the collection box 410 need to be pressed, the rotating cylinder 473 drives the connecting rod 475 to rotate, and the connecting rod 475 drives the pressing plate 472 to rotate, so that the pressing plate 472 extends out of the installation cavity 471 to press the plates in the collection box 410. When the plates in the collection box 410 are not required to be pressed, the pressing plate 472 rotates into the installation cavity 471, and the plates are not influenced to slide into the collection box 410.
The working principle is as follows: the plate is placed on the first conveying part 100 and conveyed to the second conveying part 200, and is cooled and impurities on the plate are removed under the action of the cooling fan 141 of the drying part 140; the plate is continuously conveyed to the cooling part 120, the plate presses the upper cover plate 122, the upper cover plate 122 moves downwards, the water inlet 124 is opened, and water flows into the water tank 121 from the water inlet 124 for water injection; while the plate material passes through the cooling portion 120, the second scraper 127 scrapes impurities on the plate material into the storage chamber 128, and part of the impurities may fall into the cavity 221 of the flexible pressing plate 220. The plate material continues to move on the first conveying part 100, and when the plate material does not pass through the cooling part 120, the upper cover plate 122 is restored by the spring to block the water filling port.
When the plate material is conveyed from the first conveying part 100 to the second conveying part 200, the plate material is conveyed to the cutting part 300 by the second conveying part 200, the plate material is limited between the clamping blocks 211, when the plate material contacts the flexible pressing plate 220, the flexible pressing plate 220 is pressed upwards in the process that the plate material moves to the cutting part 300, so that the flexible pressing plate 220 moves upwards to press the lower end cover, the lower end cover moves upwards to press the water in the water tank 121, and the water is sprayed out from the water outlet 125 under pressure. Meanwhile, the plate is pressed by the flexible pressing plate 220, the plate continues to move to the cutting part 300 for cutting, and the water sprayed from the water outlet 125 cools the plate being cut. After the cutting of the sheet material is completed, the sheet material is continuously blown by the cooling fan 141 of the drying part 140 above the second conveying part 200, so that the sheet material is dried and impurities such as chips on the sheet material are removed.
After the cutting part 300 finishes cutting the plate material, the plate material slides from the feeding hole 460 to the collection box 410 for collection under the transportation of the second transportation part 200. When it is desired to transport the sheets in the collection magazine 410, the conveyor belt rotates, the conveyor belt transports the lowermost sheet of the collection magazine 410 away from the discharge opening 420, and the remaining sheets in the collection magazine 410 are caught by the side walls of the collection magazine 410 in the collection magazine 410. When the lowermost sheet in the collection box 410 is conveyed away, the sheet in the collection box 410 falls onto the conveyor 432 due to its own weight, and waits for the next transportation. When the plate is not required to be transported, the lifting part 440 lifts the plate in the collection box 410 upwards until the pressing part 470 of the side wall can press the plate in the collection box 410, and finally the plate is fixed. Meanwhile, the lifting part 440 also transports the plate at the bottom end of the collecting box 410 upwards, so that the plate at the bottom of the collecting box 410 can be conveniently taken by the hand.
