Description

Elevator door
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an elevator door for opening and closing an entrance in one direction.
Background
A guide shoe is provided at a lower edge of a door for opening and closing a doorway of an elevator landing in a laterally sliding manner, and the guide shoe is slidably fitted into a guide groove of a sill provided at the doorway. (for example, patent document 1). Further, in patent document 1, the width of the upper portion of the guide groove is set narrower than the width of the guide shoe. Thus, even if the door is deflected by the collision of the elevator user or the cargo, the guide shoe is not disengaged from the guide groove, and as a result, the door is not disengaged.

Fig. 4 is a view showing a door separation prevention fitting of the present invention.
Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the details of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Embodiment 1
Fig. 1 to 5 are diagrams illustrating embodiment 1 of the present invention. In the drawings, like reference numerals denote like components, and a description thereof will be omitted as appropriate.
Fig. 1 shows a door apparatus 1 mounted at a doorway 2 of an elevator landing. The door apparatus 1 moves a door for opening and closing the doorway 2.
The door is in the case of the invention constituted by a 1 st door 3 and a 2 nd door 4. The 1 st door 3 is suspended by a hanger 5, and the 2 nd door 4 is suspended by a hanger 6.
The hanger 5 is disposed so as to be movable on the rail 7 by a roller 8 that moves rotationally on the rail 7 and a roller 10 that is disposed with the roller 8 being interposed between the rails 7. The hanger 6 is disposed so as to be movable on the rail 21 by the roller 9 that moves rotationally on the rail 21 shown in fig. 3 and the roller 10 that is disposed with the roller 9 being interposed between the rails 21. The hanger 5 and the hanger 6 are moved on the rails 7 and 21 by a driving unit of a car, not shown.
The doorway 2 is provided with a vertical frame 13 and a vertical frame 14, and an upper frame 15 is provided above them. A fixing piece 16 for fixing the door apparatus 1 is provided at the upper frame 15. The vertical frame 13 side is referred to as a door stop side because it abuts the 1 st door 3 when the doorway 2 is closed. The vertical frame 14 side is provided with a door pocket portion 19 that accommodates the 1 st door 3 and the 2 nd door 4 in a superposed manner in a state where the doorway 2 is opened (when the door is opened), and is therefore referred to as a door pocket side.
20 denotes a state in which the 1 st door 3 and the 2 nd door 4 are accommodated in the door pocket portion 19. From this state, the 1 st door 3 moves to the vertical frame 13 at a high speed, and the 2 nd door 4 moves to the vicinity of the center of the doorway 2 at a low speed, thereby closing the doorway 2. The moving speed of the 1 st door 3 is about 2 times that of the 2 nd door 4.
The 1 st door 3 is provided with a door release preventing fitting 18 at a lower portion of the door pocket side. In the 2 nd door 4, a door separation prevention frame 17 is provided above the door separation prevention fitting 18 with a predetermined interval.
Fig. 2 shows a section II-II in fig. 1. The vertical frames 13 and 14 are mounted to the building wall 22.
The guide shoe 12 slides in the sill groove 11a of the sill 11.
Fig. 3 shows a section III-III in fig. 1. 24 is a floor that is nearly coplanar with the upper surface of the sill 11.
A fixing member 16 is provided in the upper frame 15, and a rail 21 is fixed to the fixing member 16. Further, a hanger case 23 is fixed to the mount 16. Hanger housing 23 is secured to building wall 22 by fasteners 25. The rail 7 is fixed to the rail 21.
The door separation prevention frame 17 is formed of a plate material bent into a U-shape in cross section. The two sides of the U-shape are fixed to the inner sides of the front surface 4a and the back surface 4b of the 2 nd door 4. As shown in fig. 1, the door separation prevention frame 17 extends along the opening/closing direction of the doorway 2 (is provided in the lateral direction of the 2 nd door 4).
The door release prevention fitting 18 is shown in detail in fig. 4. The door release prevention fitting 18 is formed by bending a plate material into an L-shape to form a front end 18a. Further, the door separation preventing fitting 18 is formed with 2 holes 18b for fixing using a fixing member.
Next, a case where an impact load is applied to the door will be described with reference to fig. 5.
Fig. 5 shows a case where an impact load is applied to the 1 st door 3 from the entrance direction as indicated by arrow C. The impact load is a load generated when a passenger collides with a car, not shown, or when a car collides.
When an impact load is applied in the direction of arrow C in the figure, the 1 st door 3 deflects in the direction of arrow C. At this time, the lower portion of the 1 st door 3 is lifted in the direction of arrow D (upward), and the guide shoe 12 is to be separated from the sill groove 11 a. However, by the abutment of the front end 18a of the door separation prevention fitting 18 with the bottom 17a of the door separation prevention frame 17, the lifting of the lower portion of the 1 st door 3 is suppressed.
In addition, when an impact load is applied to the 2 nd door 4, the 2 nd door 4 is in contact with the 1 st door 3, and thus, the detachment is less likely.
The present invention is not limited to the landing door of an elevator, and the same effects can be obtained also in the car door.
According to embodiment 1, the following effects can be obtained.
The elevator door includes a guide shoe 12 at a lower portion, the guide shoe 12 slides in a sill groove 11a provided in a sill 11 of a doorway 2, a 1 st door 3 and a 2 nd door 4 are accommodated in a door pocket portion 19 so as to overlap each other, when the door is closed, the 1 st door 3 blocks a door stop side of the doorway 2, the 2 nd door 4 blocks the door pocket side, the 1 st door 3 includes a door separation preventing fitting 18 at a lower portion of the door pocket side, and the 2 nd door 4 includes a door separation preventing frame 17 above the door separation preventing fitting 18 at a predetermined interval. Thus, even if the lower part of the 1 st door 3 is lifted, the guide shoe 12 is about to separate from the sill groove 11a, and the front end 18a of the door separation preventing fitting 18 abuts against the bottom 17a of the door separation preventing frame 17, thereby preventing the guide shoe 12 from separating from the sill groove 11 a. As a result, the door (1 st door 3) does not come off.
Further, since the door separation prevention frame 17 extends in the opening/closing direction of the doorway 2 (is provided in the lateral direction of the 2 nd door 4), the door (1 st door 3) does not separate from the door in the middle of opening/closing from the door-closed state.
Further, the door separation prevention frame 17 is formed by bending a plate material into a U-shaped cross section, and thus can be constructed with a simple structure.
Further, the door separation prevention frame 17 fixes both side surfaces of the U-shape to the inner sides of the front surface 4a and the rear surface 4b of the 2 nd door 4, and the door separation prevention fitting 18 is fixed to the lower part of the door pocket side of the 1 st door 3, so that it can be easily attached to the original door.
