Abstract

The door device of the elevator of the invention is provided with a door anti-falling component which enters into the lower part of a door stop side frame abutted with a door on a door shoe, the door shoe is arranged at the lower part of a single-opening door and is embedded into a sill groove of a sill, and an accommodating part which accommodates the door anti-falling component when the door closes an entrance is arranged below the door stop side frame. When the door closes the doorway, the door stopper member enters the receiving portion of the lower portion of the door stopper side frame, and therefore, even if an external force is applied in a direction perpendicular to the opening and closing direction of the door to deflect the door and the door shoe attempts to move upward, the door stopper member hits the lower portion of the door stopper side frame located at the upper portion of the receiving portion to restrict the upward movement of the door shoe, thereby preventing the door shoe from coming off the sill groove.

Description

Door device of elevator
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a door device for an elevator, and more particularly, to a technique for preventing a door from being separated from a sill groove by an external force applied to the door.
Background
A conventional elevator door is suspended from a door hanger that moves along a door guide rail provided above an entrance. Further, a sill provided with a sill groove is disposed on the lower surface of the doorway, and a door shoe provided at the lower end of the elevator door enters the sill groove and moves horizontally, so that the door shoe is guided by the sill groove when the door is opened and closed, and the lower portion of the door does not swing in the direction perpendicular to the opening and closing direction of the door. In such an elevator door, if a force is applied in a direction for opening and closing the door only by a mechanism for opening and closing the door, the door shoe is guided by the sill groove, and the door is opened and closed without swinging in a vertical direction. However, if a large external force is applied in a direction perpendicular to the opening and closing direction of the door, the door may be bent and the door shoe may be lifted from the sill groove and separated from the door.
Conventionally, as a structure for preventing the door of the elevator from coming off, there is a structure in which an engagement portion provided in a door shoe is caught in a notch provided in a floor groove, and thus there is a door device as follows: even if an external force is applied to the door, the engaging portion is caught at the cutout of the sill groove, and the door shoe is not removed from the sill groove (see, for example, patent document 1).

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
The door device of patent document 1 requires a notch for fitting the engaging portion to be processed in the sill groove, and thus the processing operation is complicated.
The invention aims to provide a door device which can restrain the door from falling out with a structure easy to process.
Means for solving the problems
The door device of the elevator of the invention is a single-opening door, a door shoe is provided with a door anti-dropping component which enters into the lower part of a door stop side frame abutted with a door when the door closes an entrance, the door shoe is arranged at the lower part of the door and is embedded into a sill groove of a sill, and an accommodating part for accommodating the door anti-dropping component when the door closes the entrance is arranged below the door stop side frame.
Effects of the invention
In the door device of an elevator according to the present invention, since the door stopper member enters the receiving portion of the lower portion of the door stopper side frame when the door closes the doorway, even if the door shoe attempts to move upward by bending the door by applying an external force in a direction perpendicular to the opening and closing direction of the door, the door stopper member abuts against the lower portion of the door stopper side frame positioned at the upper portion of the receiving portion to restrict the upward movement of the door shoe, thereby preventing the door shoe from coming off the door disengaged from the sill groove.

Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of a main part of an elevator door apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 3 is a view of the main part shown in fig. 2 as viewed from the line a-a of fig. 1, with the door omitted.
Detailed Description
Embodiment 1.
Hereinafter, an elevator door apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
An elevator door device according to embodiment 1 of the present invention is installed at each floor where a car of an elevator stops, and fig. 1 is a front view showing a schematic configuration of the elevator door device 1 as viewed from a hoistway side. The door device 1 has two doors 2 of single opening type, and a door hanger 3 having a hanger roller 4 is provided on an upper portion of each door 2. A door rail 5 suspending the door 2 is provided above the doorway opened and closed by the door device 1, and the hanger roller 4 of the door 2 is hung on the door rail 5 and rolls on the door rail 5 to open and close the door 2 in the left-right direction in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows a state where the single-opening door 2 is closed, and in a case where the single-opening door 2 is opened, the two doors 2 move rightward while overlapping.
A door stop side frame 6 that abuts when the door 2 closes the doorway is provided at a side portion of the doorway, and a door pocket 7 that accommodates the door 2 is provided at a side of the doorway opposite to the door stop side frame 6.
A sill 8 is provided at a lower portion of the doorway, and a sill groove 8a is provided on an upper surface of the sill 8 along an opening/closing direction of the door 2. Further, two door shoes 9 fitted into the sill grooves 8a of the sill 8 are provided at the lower portion of each door 2, and the door shoes 9 are guided by the sill grooves 8a when the door 2 is opened and closed, so that the door 2 is smoothly opened and closed, and even if an external force is applied to the door 2 in a direction perpendicular to the opening and closing direction of the door 2, the door shoes 9 are fitted into the sill grooves 8a, so that the door 2 does not swing in the direction of the external force.
Further, of the two door shoes 9 of the one door 2 abutting against the door stopper side frame 6, the door shoe 9 on the door stopper side frame 6 side is provided with a door stopper member 10 at a portion closest to the door stopper side frame 6. Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of a main portion showing a lower left portion of the door apparatus 1 of fig. 1 in an enlarged manner, and fig. 3 is a sectional view of the main portion shown in fig. 2 as viewed from a-a line of fig. 1 with the door 2 omitted. As shown in fig. 2, the door stopper member 10 protrudes toward the door stopper side frame 6 with respect to the side surface 2a of the door 2 abutting against the door stopper side frame 6. In embodiment 1, the door retaining member 10 is provided integrally with the door shoe 9.
A housing portion 11 is provided below the door stopper side frame 6, and the housing portion 11 houses the door stopper member 10 when the door 2 closes the entrance. The upper surface of the receiving portion 11 is formed by the lower surface 6a of the door-stopper side frame 6, and the receiving portion 11 is a portion forming a space for receiving a part of the door stopper member 10. In the present embodiment, the sill 8 extends further from the lower portion of the doorway to the lower side of the door stop side frame 6, and the housing portion 11 is formed by being surrounded by the sill groove 8a of the sill 8 located below the door stop side frame 6 and the lower surface 6a of the door stop side frame 6. The receiving portion 11 is not limited to this configuration, and may be configured to form a space for receiving the door stopper member 10 below the door stopper side frame 6.
Next, the door locking operation of the door device configured as described above will be described. As described above, since the door shoe 9 provided at the lower portion of the door 2 is fitted into the sill groove 8a, the door shoe 9 is guided by the sill groove 8a when the door 2 is opened and closed, and the door 2 is smoothly opened and closed, and even if an external force is applied to the door 2 in a direction perpendicular to the opening and closing direction of the door 2, the door shoe 9 is fitted into the sill groove 8a, and thus the door 2 is not swung.
Here, when the door 2 is in the closed state, if a large external force is applied to the extent of deflecting the door 2 in a direction perpendicular to the opening and closing direction of the door 2 from the floor side or the car side, if the door 2 is deflected, the door shoe 9 is lifted up and the door comes out of the sill groove 8 a. However, in the door device 1 configured as described above in the present embodiment, even if a large external force of such an extent that the door 2 is deflected is applied to the door 2 and the door shoe 9 is attempted to be lifted, the door stopper member 10 enters the accommodating portion 11, and therefore the door stopper member 10 hits the lower surface 6a of the door stopper side frame 6, and further lifting is suppressed. Therefore, the door shoe 9 is not removed from the sill groove 8a, and the door 2 is prevented from being removed.
The door device 1 of the present embodiment can be obtained without requiring a complicated manufacturing process by providing the door stopper member 10 at the end portion when manufacturing the door shoe 9, extending the sill 8 to the lower side of the door stopper side frame 6, and providing the accommodating portion 11 forming a space below the door stopper side frame 6.
The door stopper member 10 may be provided on the door shoe 9, and may be provided by integrally molding the door shoe 9 as in embodiment 1, or may be provided by welding the stopper member to the door shoe 9, or by attaching the stopper member by a method such as screwing.
In the present embodiment, although the door devices provided on the respective floors are shown, the door device according to the present invention has the same effect even if provided on the car.
