Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an elevator door that opens and closes an entrance in one direction.
Background
A door that opens and closes an entrance of a landing of an elevator to slide in a lateral direction is provided with a guide shoe at a lower edge portion, and the guide shoe is slidably fitted in a guide groove of a sill provided at the entrance. (for example, patent document 1). In patent document 1, the width of the upper portion of the guide groove is set narrower than the width of the guide shoe. Thus, even if the door is deflected by the elevator user or the goods colliding against the door, the guide shoe is not separated from the guide groove, and as a result, the door is not separated.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in patent document 1, since the width of the guide groove of the sill is narrowed at the upper portion, in the case of modification, the sill itself must be replaced, resulting in large-scale construction.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator door capable of preventing detachment with a simple structure even if a force in the entrance direction is applied to the door.
Means for solving the problems
The elevator door of the invention has a guide shoe at the lower part, the guide shoe slides in the sill groove of the sill arranged at the entrance, the 1 st door and the 2 nd door are overlapped and accommodated in the door sleeve part, when the door is closed, the 1 st door blocks the door stop side of the entrance, the 2 nd door blocks the door sleeve side, wherein, the 1 st door has a door separation preventing accessory at the lower part of the door sleeve side, and the 2 nd door has a door separation preventing frame at the upper part of the door separation preventing accessory with a predetermined interval.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, even if a force in the entrance direction is applied to the door, the door can be prevented from being detached by a simple structure.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 to 5 are diagrams illustrating embodiment 1 of the present invention. In the drawings, the same reference numerals denote the same components, and the description thereof will be omitted as appropriate.
Fig. 1 shows a door apparatus 1 attached to a doorway 2 of an elevator landing. The door device 1 moves a door that opens and closes the doorway 2.
The door is in the case of the invention constituted by a 1 st door 3 and a 2 nd door 4. The 1 st door 3 is suspended by a hanger 5, and the 2 nd door 4 is suspended by a hanger 6.
The hanger 5 is disposed to be movable on the rail 7 by a roller 8 that rotates on the rail 7 and a roller 10 that is disposed so as to sandwich the rail 7 with the roller 8. The hanger 6 is arranged to be movable on the rail 21 by the roller 9 that rotates on the rail 21 shown in fig. 3 and the roller 10 that is arranged with the roller 9 interposed between the rail 21. The hangers 5 and 6 are moved on the rails 7 and 21 by a driving unit of the car not shown.
The doorway 2 is provided with a vertical frame 13 and a vertical frame 14, and an upper frame 15 is provided above these frames. The upper frame 15 is provided with a fixing member 16 for fixing the door apparatus 1. The vertical frame 13 side is referred to as a door stop side because it abuts the 1 st door 3 when the doorway 2 is closed. The vertical frame 14 is referred to as a door pocket side because a door pocket portion 19 is provided to accommodate the 1 st door 3 and the 2 nd door 4 in a superimposed manner in a state where the doorway 2 is opened (when the doors are opened).
Further, the 1 st door 3 is provided with a door escape prevention fitting 18 at a lower portion of the door pocket side. The 2 nd door 4 is provided with a door separation prevention frame 17 at a predetermined interval in an upper portion of the door separation prevention metal fitting 18.
FIG. 2 shows a section II-II in FIG. 1. The vertical frames 13 and 14 are attached to the building wall 22.
The guide shoe 12 slides in the sill groove 11a of the sill 11.
Fig. 3 shows a section III-III in fig. 1. The reference numeral 24 denotes a floor, which is almost coplanar with the upper surface of the doorsill 11.
The upper frame 15 is provided with a fixing member 16, and a rail 21 is fixed to the fixing member 16. Further, a hanger case 23 is fixed to the fixing member 16. The hanger housing 23 is fixed to the building wall 22 by fasteners 25. Further, the rail 7 is fixed to the rail 21.
The door separation preventing frame 17 is formed by bending a U-shaped section plate. Two U-shaped side faces are fixed on the inner sides of the front face 4a and the back face 4b of the 2 nd door 4. As shown in fig. 1, the door separation prevention frame 17 extends along the opening/closing direction of the doorway 2 (in the lateral width direction of the 2 nd door 4).
The door disconnect prevention fitting 18 is shown in detail in fig. 4. The door separation preventing member 18 is formed by bending a plate material into an L shape to form a tip end portion 18 a. Further, the door escape prevention fitting 18 is formed with 2 holes 18b for fixing using a fixing member.
Next, a case where an impact load is applied to the door will be described with reference to fig. 5.
Fig. 5 shows a case where an impact load is applied to the 1 st door 3 from the entrance direction as indicated by an arrow C. The impact load is a load generated when a passenger collides with the car not shown in the drawings or when a bogie collides with the car.
When an impact load is applied in the direction of arrow C in the figure, the 1 st door 3 is deflected in the direction of arrow C. At this time, the lower portion of the 1 st door 3 is lifted in the direction of the arrow D (upward), and the guide shoe 12 is about to be separated from the sill groove 11 a. However, the front end portion 18a of the door separation prevention fitting 18 abuts against the bottom portion 17a of the door separation prevention frame 17, and thus, the lifting of the lower portion of the 1 st door 3 is suppressed.
In addition, when the impact load is applied to the 2 nd door 4, the 2 nd door 4 is less likely to be detached since it is in contact with the 1 st door 3.
The present invention is not limited to the landing door of an elevator, and can provide similar effects to the car door.
According to embodiment 1 described above, the following effects can be obtained.
The elevator door is provided with a guide shoe 12 at the lower part, the guide shoe 12 slides in a sill groove 11a of a sill 11 arranged at the doorway 2, the 1 st door 3 and the 2 nd door 4 are overlapped and accommodated in a door pocket part 19, when the door is closed, the 1 st door 3 blocks the door stop side of the doorway 2, the 2 nd door 4 blocks the door pocket side, the 1 st door 3 is provided with a door separation preventing accessory 18 at the lower part of the door pocket side, and the 2 nd door 4 is provided with a door separation preventing frame 17 at a predetermined interval above the door separation preventing accessory 18. Thus, even if the lower portion of the 1 st door 3 is lifted up, the guide shoe 12 is about to be detached from the sill groove 11a, and the front end portion 18a of the door detachment prevention fitting 18 abuts against the bottom portion 17a of the door detachment prevention frame 17, thereby suppressing the guide shoe 12 from being detached from the sill groove 11 a. As a result, the door (1 st door 3) does not come off.
Further, the door separation prevention frame 17 extends along the opening/closing direction of the doorway 2 (in the lateral width direction of the 2 nd door 4), and therefore the door (the 1 st door 3) does not separate during opening/closing from the closed state.
Further, the door separation preventing frame 17 is formed by bending a plate material into a u-shaped cross section, and thus can be configured with a simple structure.
Further, since the U-shaped both side surfaces of the door-separation preventing frame 17 are fixed to the inner sides of the front surface 4a and the back surface 4b of the 2 nd door 4 and the door-separation preventing metal fitting 18 is fixed to the lower portion of the 1 st door 3 on the door pocket side, the U-shaped door-separation preventing frame can be easily attached to the existing door.
