The connecting ropes 19 are wound around the peripheries of the corresponding second wire rollers 23, so that the corresponding second wire rollers 23 and the rotating shaft 11 are rotated by the connecting ropes 19 in the process that the round rod 3 rotates to tighten the connecting ropes 19.

The wedge-shaped structure at the outer end of the inserting rod 9 is matched with the conical inserting hole 7, so that the inserting is faster.
