Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, in particular to a printing and dyeing agent for textiles and a printing and dyeing process thereof.
Background
The Chinese printing and dyeing industry develops quickly, the processing capacity is the first place in the world, and the method is a large country for textile printing and dyeing production. But the productivity and economic efficiency are not increased synchronously. The average unit price of the export of the main printing and dyeing products is lower than the unit price of the import of the same period, which indicates that the Chinese printing and dyeing products have lower grade and low added value; enterprises generally pay attention to development of colors and product functions, but influence of printing and dyeing on the natural environment and the society is ignored.
At present, the state carries out the printing and dyeing processing technology of environmental protection, energy conservation and clean production, and realizes the conversion of pollution control in the printing and dyeing industry from 'end treatment' to 'source prevention'; the environment law enforcement is enhanced, and the backward process equipment and printing and dyeing enterprises which have high energy consumption, high pollution and can not meet the requirements of wastewater treatment are eliminated.
Chemically synthesized surfactants have been the leading product for industrial applications due to their low price, but in recent years there has been extensive attention and debate regarding the toxicity of chemical surfactants to the environment and to the human body. Meanwhile, the demands for nature and environmental protection are continuously enhanced, so that the application research of the biosurfactant is further and deeply carried out.
In previous researches, sophorolipid is often used as a bacteriostatic agent in agriculture and as an anti-inflammatory antibacterial agent in medicine, but the research on the wetting property of sophorolipid and the research on the sophorolipid serving as a printing and dyeing auxiliary agent are not reported.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the printing and dyeing process realizes good dyeing uniformity and high color fastness by controlling each temperature section in the dyeing process. During dyeing, the temperature is used for controlling the dye-uptake rate of the dye, and the dye-uptake rate, particularly the initial instantaneous dyeing rate, is directly related to the leveling property of the fabric. The control of the dye liquor temperature mainly ensures the precision of the temperature rising and reducing speed and the uniformity of the dye liquor temperature distribution. Under the temperature condition, the dye-uptake process is well controlled, so that the fabric has good uptake effect, good fabric dyeing uniformity and high color fastness.
2. The sophorolipid is added into the dye liquor, so that the pollution of a chemical surfactant to the environment and the toxicity to a human body are effectively avoided, and the generated wastewater is easy to degrade and meets the national requirements on the printing and dyeing industry.
