Abstract
本产品属于一种治病强身的保健练功产品，它采用棉布、白米、中草药等原料组合而成。具有美观、典雅、易学易练、防病治病，使用灵活等特点。可遍打周身经络，疗疾广泛，效果显著，是当今最理想的保健练功佳品。
Description
本发明涉及健身强体，体操疗疾以及中草药配制及其生产方法。
目前传统的保健产品及器材很多，但多数产品仅供单项或某几项的保健锻炼，而且造价昂贵，使普通群众无力购买，并且程序复杂，难学难炼，不易掌握。近几年全国较流行的保健产品是陕西咸阳抗衰老研究所来辉武教授研制出的505神功元气袋，其功能主要治疗胸、腰、腹脏等部位的疾病，而对头部及四肢部位，则力不从心，就锻炼身体而言，更不尽人意。
五谷神米袋，亦称保健袋。它是在古为今用的基础上，总结前人体操锻炼的实践，创造出的一种可以全身拍打，能够快速疏通经络、使人体气血和畅、充盛，在短期内增强肌体免疫力，达到全方位祛病强身效果的保健产品。适合不同年龄不同阶层的男女老少的自行锻炼和自我疗疾。
本发明的目的是采用对人体健康有益的中草药原料，通过改变现有传统配制工艺和使用操作方式，对人体所有部位进行疾病治疗和周身生理系统全面保健而研制成一种中药配制及其生产方法的保健产品。
一、本发明选用原料：
五谷神米袋，是采用陈年白米为主要原料，其特征在于配以祖传秘方特制的中草药粉，棉布一块，缝制成袋状，将中草药粉、大米装入袋中，用线扎紧，外用彩色丝线绣成的精美莲花为标志，组制而成产品。
二、药物配方：
田七6g、大黄20g、沉香10g、当归10g、木香10g、山甲15g、红花9g、桃仁9g、枳壳15g、羌活15g、杜仲15g、桂枝15g、牛膝10g、地映子6g、防风10g、川楝子15g、五味子10g、伸筋草30g、王不留行9g、夜开门15g、冰片3g、五加皮15g、竹中黄10g。
三、按照本发明制成的五谷神米袋，具有结构简单，造价低廉，使用方便，易学易练，易携带，易存放等诸多特点。与其它保健药袋产品相比，有以下优点：
①.其它产品一般是局部性治疗和保健，本产品是全身性保健和治疗；
②.见效快。根据传统的中医基础理论直接拍打穴位，在动态下将药气传入穴位，抵达病灶，达到由表及里，内外兼治的目的；
③.伴随各个动作的操作，对老少儿童又是一种体育锻炼的载物体；
④.无须他人协助，自我健身，自我疗疾，使用方便。无任何负作用；
⑤.由于上述，它是集中药治疗，体操锻炼，全身自我按摩的一种综合功效的最佳保健器具。
四、配料：
白米500克、中草药粉剂20克，长1米、宽10公分的长方形棉布一块(缝制成袋状)。本产品选用陈年白米，越陈越好。要求无霉烂，无杂质。根据时令的不同，早米、晚米作适时更替。
使用半年以后，其米药可更换一次。换出的白米，可做补药食用，也能起到治疗多种疾病的效果，无任何副作用。
经数年来的临床证明，该米袋可以打掉人体的病气，毒气、邪气，扶正去邪。拍打头部，可以软化血管，改善脑血液循环，对中风、瘫痪、面部神经麻庳等脑血管和神经系统病变有明显的治疗和康复作用。拍打百会穴，可治疗头痛、脑晕、失语、癫狂、失眠、脱肛等疾病，长期坚持拍打还可以醒脑开窍，思维敏捷，记忆力增强，协调大脑两半球的功能，帮助人的大脑潜在智慧的开发利用。拍打脑部，可治疗因心血管失调，气虚所导致的一系列脑部疾病，拍打上肢，可治疗失眠、心跳、心慌、肺炎、气管炎、肩周炎等疾病。拍打腰背部，可以使人体精气充盈，精力旺盛，调节肾脏、膀胱、大小肠，妇科病及生殖系统的疾患，可治疗肋痛、黄疸、呕吐、泄泻、水肿等，对肝、胆、脾、胃等疾病均有明显的改善。拍打肩甲下穴到大椎节段，可治疗咳喘、心痛、心悸、失眠等。拍打小腹部，对肾脏、生殖、泌尿系统引起的体虚，乏力、内脏下垂，及妇科病的病变疗效非常显著。拍打两胁肋部，可起到舒肝、利胆、理气、健脾的功效。拍打中脘穴、可对六腑起总体调节的作用。拍打腿部，能较快地通经活络，对下肢萎庳，疗效著显。拍打委中穴，不但对各类腰腿痛有明显疗效，对肾脏、膀胱等泌尿系统的病变疗效也很显著。拍打环跳、承山穴，可治疗坐骨神经痛，关节炎、慢性劳损。拍打阳陵泉穴，对小腹，胁肋的急慢性疼痛、肝胆病、均有较好的疗效。
Claims (2)
1、一种保健练功五谷神米袋，采用大米、棉布、中草药粉为原料，其特征在于中药袋的配制和丝线莲花标志制成，其配剂配方(按配成药282g计)为：田七6g、大黄20g、沉香10g、当归10g、木香10g、山甲15g、红花9g、桃仁9g、枳壳15g、羌活15g、杜仲15g、桂枝15g、牛膝10g、地映子6g、防风10g、川楝子15g、五味子10g、伸筋草30g、王不留行9g、夜开门15g、冰片3g、五加皮15g、竹中黄10g。
2、如权利要求1所述的五谷神米袋，其生产工艺步骤为：
将1米长，10公分宽的棉布缝制成长条袋状并在其一端绣上精美的莲花图案，将500克陈年白米和特制中草药包，装在绣有莲花的一端，用细绳扎紧即成产品。
