背景技术

人的脚上有上百个穴位连接人体的各个部位，所以脚是人体的第二心脏。古代最早记载泡脚的书籍是晋代葛洪著的《肘后备急方》，至今已有上千年的历史。中国最古老的医学经典《黄帝内经》认为：“阳气起于足五趾之里。”足三阳经(胃、胆、膀胱)止于腿足部，足三阴经(肝、脾、胃)起于腿足部，这里是阴阳交会的地方。小腿上分布着60多个穴位，足部有近70个反射区。我们如果对这些穴位和反射区经常进行中药足浴按摩，就像给五脏六腑药浴洗泡按摩一样，所以，人们把足部形象的比喻为“人体的保养站”。因此，泡脚粉目前在市场上逐步受到欢迎，但市面上的足浴粉疗效低、品种少，远远不能满足人们的日常需求。

(2)分别称取以下重量的原料：甘松8kg、骨碎补16kg、钩藤4kg、八仙草16kg、桑寄生3kg、王不留行12kg、雷公藤4kg、当归9kg、半枫荷5kg、三七10kg、马钱子4kg、黄芪16kg、追地风4kg、麦冬10kg、五灵脂4kg和续断16kg，混合均匀后，粉碎，过100目筛，红外线灭菌，包装后，即得所述治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉。
实施例2：
本实施例的治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉，由如下重量的原料制成：甘松13kg、骨碎补11kg、钩藤8kg、八仙草12kg、桑寄生6kg、王不留行9kg、雷公藤7kg、当归7kg、半枫荷7kg、三七7kg、马钱子6kg、黄芪11kg、追地风7kg、麦冬7kg、五灵脂7kg和续断11kg。
本实施例的治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉的制备方法，包括如下工艺步骤：
(1)选取经过充分烘干干燥的以下原料：甘松、骨碎补、钩藤、八仙草、桑寄生、王不留行、雷公藤、当归、半枫荷、三七、马钱子、黄芪、追地风、麦冬、五灵脂和续断；
(2)分别称取以下重量的原料：甘松13kg、骨碎补11kg、钩藤8kg、八仙草12kg、桑寄生6kg、王不留行9kg、雷公藤7kg、当归7kg、半枫荷7kg、三七7kg、马钱子6kg、黄芪11kg、追地风7kg、麦冬7kg、五灵脂7kg和续断11kg，混合均匀后，粉碎，过100目筛，红外线灭菌，包装后，即得所述治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉。
实施例3：
本实施例的治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉，由如下重量的原料制成：甘松18kg、骨碎补6kg、钩藤12kg、八仙草8kg、桑寄生9kg、王不留行6kg、雷公藤10kg、当归5kg、半枫荷9kg、三七4kg、马钱子8kg、黄芪6kg、追地风10kg、麦冬4kg、五灵脂10kg和续断6kg。
本实施例的治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉的制备方法，包括如下工艺步骤：
(1)选取经过充分烘干干燥的以下原料：甘松、骨碎补、钩藤、八仙草、桑寄生、王不留行、雷公藤、当归、半枫荷、三七、马钱子、黄芪、追地风、麦冬、五灵脂和续断；
(2)分别称取以下重量的原料：甘松18kg、骨碎补6kg、钩藤12kg、八仙草8kg、桑寄生9kg、王不留行6kg、雷公藤10kg、当归5kg、半枫荷9kg、三七4kg、马钱子8kg、黄芪6kg、追地风10kg、麦冬4kg、五灵脂10kg和续断6kg，混合均匀后，粉碎，过100目筛，红外线灭菌，包装后，即得所述治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉。
如上述任一项实施例所述的制备方法制备出的治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉的使用方法，所述泡脚粉在使用时，打开包装袋，取10g泡脚粉，加到1～1.5kg沸水中，搅拌3～5分钟，再加3～4kg温水调至水温40～50℃，足浴20～30分钟，足浴时双足相互搓擦，每天一次。
实验例
将实施例2所述足浴粉用于治疗风湿引起的疼痛。选3名患者，使用方法为：在晚上临睡前使用，取10g浴足粉，加到1～1.5kg沸水中，搅拌3～5分钟，再加3～4kg温水调至水温40～50℃，足浴20～30分钟。
案例1：任女士，55岁。膝关节僵硬，肌肉酸痛。使用本发明的足浴粉泡脚一个月后，以上情况消失。
案例2：茹先生，41岁。肩部关节肿痛，背部肌肉酸痛。使用本发明足浴粉泡脚一周后，以上情况消失。
案例3：张先生，38岁。颈部关节肿痛。使用本发明足浴粉泡脚一周后，以上情况消失。
由此可见，本发明的中药足浴粉以具有舒筋活络、活气活血、补肾强筋、祛风止痛之功效，对因风湿引起的疼痛有明显的治疗或缓解作用，而且安全无副作用。

1.一种治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉，其特征在于，由如下重量份数的原料制成：甘松8～18份、骨碎补6～16份、钩藤4～12份、八仙草8～16份、桑寄生3～9份、王不留行6～12份、雷公藤4～10份、当归5～9份、半枫荷5～9份、三七4～10份、马钱子4～8份、黄芪6～16份、追地风4～10份、麦冬4～10份、五灵脂4～10份和续断6～16份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉，其特征在于，由如下重量份数的原料制成：甘松13份、骨碎补11份、钩藤8份、八仙草12份、桑寄生6份、王不留行9份、雷公藤7份、当归7份、半枫荷7份、三七7份、马钱子6份、黄芪11份、追地风7份、麦冬7份、五灵脂7份和续断11份。
3.一种治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下工艺步骤：
(1)选取经过充分烘干干燥的以下原料：甘松、骨碎补、钩藤、八仙草、桑寄生、王不留行、雷公藤、当归、半枫荷、三七、马钱子、黄芪、追地风、麦冬、五灵脂和续断；
(2)分别称取以下重量份数的原料：甘松8～18份、骨碎补6～16份、钩藤4～12份、八仙草8～16份、桑寄生3～9份、王不留行6～12份、雷公藤4～10份、当归5～9份、半枫荷5～9份、三七4～10份、马钱子4～8份、黄芪6～16份、追地风4～10份、麦冬4～10份、五灵脂4～10份和续断6～16份，混合均匀后，粉碎，过筛，灭菌，包装后，即得所述治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(2)所述原料的重量份数为：甘松13份、骨碎补11份、钩藤8份、八仙草12份、桑寄生6份、王不留行9份、雷公藤7份、当归7份、半枫荷7份、三七7份、马钱子6份、黄芪11份、追地风7份、麦冬7份、五灵脂7份和续断11份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(2)所述过筛的目数为100目。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种治疗关节炎的中药足浴粉的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(2)所述灭菌的方式为红外线灭菌。
