The middle part of the supporting column 216 is rotatably connected with the fixed supporting shaft 215, when the fixed supporting block 214, the supporting column 216 and the winding shaft 217 move up and down, and simultaneously, because the rotating guide plate 220 is fixedly connected with the rotating column 24, in the process of moving up and down, the limiting notch 221 and the arc notch 222 play a limiting and guiding role, and drive the supporting column 216 and the winding shaft 217 to rotate, thereby facilitating operation.

The arc-shaped through hole 33 can move according to the movement of the wire arranging device 316, so that the tension between the slitter edge and the film pressing sleeve 320 is kept consistent, and the slitter edge is uniformly rolled on the slitter edge rolling shaft 322.
The guide part also comprises a second gap bridge wheel 38 and a third gap bridge wheel 39 which are arranged on the arm plate 32 and are rotationally connected through a pin shaft; the arm plate 32 is fixedly provided with a wheel seat 310, and the wheel seat 310 is vertical to the arm plate 32; a fourth gap bridge wheel 311 is rotatably arranged on the upper side surface of the wheel seat 310; the axial lines of the first gap bridge wheel 34, the second gap bridge wheel 38 and the third gap bridge wheel 39 are all vertical to the arm plate 32, and the axial line of the fourth gap bridge wheel 311 is vertical to the flat plate 31.
The guide portion further includes a screw base 312 fixedly provided on the side of the arm plate 32; a screw rod plate 313 is fixedly arranged at one end of the screw rod seat 312 far away from the arm plate 32; a reciprocating screw 314 is rotatably arranged between the screw rod plate 313 and the arm plate 32 through a bearing 25, one end of the reciprocating screw 314 passes through the arm plate 32 and is driven to rotate by a driving part, and an adjusting square plate 315 is fixedly arranged between the screw rod plate 313 and the arm plate 32; the reciprocating screw rod 314 is rotatably provided with a wire arranging device 316; one side of the wire arranging device 316 is propped against and limited by the adjusting square plate 315.
When the reciprocating screw 314 is driven to rotate, the traverse 316 is driven to reciprocate, and the adjustment direction limits the reciprocating traverse 316, so that the rotation of the traverse 316 is avoided.
A fifth bridging wheel 317 is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the wire arranging device 316; the axis of the fifth intermediate wheel 317 is vertical to the flat plate 31; a wire arranging plate 318 is fixedly arranged on the side edge of the wire arranging device 316; a sixth gap bridge wheel 319 is rotatably arranged on the wire arranging plate 318; a cylindrical film pressing sleeve 320 is rotatably arranged on the wire arranging plate 318; the axes of the sixth gap bridge wheel 319 and the film pressing sleeve 320 are perpendicular to the arm plate 32. The slitter edge winds the film pressing sleeve 320 and is connected with a slitter edge winding shaft 322 below the film pressing shaft 321, and the film pressing sleeve 320 plays a role in guiding and limiting and is convenient for compressing the slitter edge.
The film pressing sleeve 320 is provided with a film pressing shaft 321; the end part of the film pressing shaft 321 has a downward movement tendency under the action of gravity, so that the waste edges wound on the waste collecting part are pressed; the shuttle screw 314 is driven to rotate by the driving part through the arm plate 32 so that the wire arranger 316 reciprocates along the shuttle screw 314.
The waste collecting part comprises a waste edge winding shaft 322 which is rotatably connected to the arm plate 32; two cylindrical plates 323 are arranged on the slitter edge rolling shaft 322, and the cylindrical plates 323 play a limiting role to prevent slitter edges from operating a limiting position; the slitter edge winding shaft 322 between the cylindrical plates 323 is used for winding slitter edges; the slitter edge winding shaft 322 is driven to rotate by the driving portion through the arm plate 32.
The driving part comprises a plurality of second driving motors 324; an output shaft of the second driving motor 324 is fixedly connected with the driving gear 37 to drive the gear swing rod 36 and the intermediate shaft 35 to reciprocate along the arc-shaped track of the arc-shaped through hole 33, so that the tightness of the waste edge is adjusted; the second driving motor 324 is driven by the chain of the end of the slitter edge rolling shaft 322 passing through the arm plate 32; the second driving motor 324 is in chain transmission with the end part of the reciprocating screw 314 passing through the arm plate 32, and the chain transmission can be replaced by a belt transmission or a direct connection mode of a motor output shaft and the like.
