The invention relates to the technical field of transportation, in particular to a container bearing device and a container vehicle capable of loading wheeled equipment.
Background
At present, common flat cars with wood floors are adopted for railway rolling transportation wheel type equipment, along with the vigorous development of container transportation, special container cars are produced in large quantities all the time, when the railway transportation wheel type equipment is needed, the number of the common flat cars cannot meet transportation requirements, and the special container cars cannot transport the wheel type equipment due to the fact that the floors are not arranged on the upper portions of underframe structures of the special container cars. On the other hand, the existing platform type and tray type containers are mostly suitable for sea transportation, loaded on container ships and not suitable for railway transportation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a container carrying device and a container vehicle capable of carrying wheeled equipment, which are used for solving the problem that the wheeled equipment is lack of suitable transportation equipment in the railway transportation process.
The invention provides a container bearing device which comprises two front bearing plates and two rear bearing plates, wherein the two front bearing plates are arranged at the front part side by side, the two rear bearing plates are arranged at the rear part side by side, front end beams are arranged at the front ends of the two front bearing plates, rear end beams are arranged at the rear ends of the two rear bearing plates, and cab apron is respectively arranged at the front end beams of the two front bearing plates and the rear end beams of the two rear bearing plates.
Preferably, a plurality of cross beams and a plurality of longitudinal beams are arranged on the front bearing plate and the rear bearing plate at intervals, the cross beams and the longitudinal beams are transversely and longitudinally interwoven to form a frame structure, side beams are respectively arranged on two sides of the front bearing plate and two sides of the rear bearing plate, and a wood floor is paved on the surfaces of the front bearing plate and the rear bearing plate.
Preferably, a plurality of rope bolts are arranged on the side beams of the front bearing plate and the rear bearing plate at intervals.
Preferably, a pair of forklift grooves are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the front bearing plate and the rear bearing plate.
The invention also relates to a container vehicle capable of loading wheel type equipment, which comprises a special container vehicle and the container bearing device, wherein the two front bearing plates and the two rear bearing plates are assembled on the special container vehicle in pairs.
Preferably, corner pieces are respectively arranged at corners of the front end of the front bearing plate and the rear end of the rear bearing plate, locking head grooves are formed in the corner pieces, locking heads are respectively arranged at four corners of the special container vehicle, the corner pieces at the front end of the front bearing plate and the rear end of the rear bearing plate are respectively opposite to the locking heads at the four corners of the special container vehicle, when the two front bearing plates and the two rear bearing plates are laid on the special container vehicle in pairs, the four corner pieces are respectively sleeved on the four locking heads of the special container vehicle, and the left-right and front-back movement of the container bearing device is limited.
Preferably, a plurality of fastening devices are arranged at intervals at the joint between the side beams of the front bearing plate and the rear bearing plate and the special container vehicle.
Preferably, the fastening device comprises a side beam fixing seat, a rotating piece and a screwing bolt buckle, the side beam fixing seat comprises a left wing plate and a right wing plate which are arranged in parallel, and a rotary placing hole is formed between the left wing plate and the right wing plate; the rotating part of the rotating part can be arranged in the rotating installation hole, and the end part of the rotating part is pivoted with the side beam fixing seat; the bolt hole part of the rotating piece is provided with a bolt hole, the screwing bolt buckle comprises a rotating cross rod, a jacking screw rod and a jacking cap, the jacking screw rod penetrates through the bolt hole of the bolt hole part of the rotating piece and is in threaded connection with the bolt hole, and the rotating cross rod and the jacking cap are arranged at two ends of the jacking screw rod; wherein, the side beams at the two sides of the front bearing plate and the rear bearing plate are C-shaped steel, the outer side edge of the container special-purpose vehicle is provided with a suspension beam, the left wing plate and the right wing plate of the side beam fixing seat are fixed in the side beams at the two sides of the front bearing plate and the rear bearing plate,
when the vertical movement of the container bearing device on the special container vehicle needs to be limited, the rotating piece is rotated downwards to enable the rotating piece to be separated from the rotary placing hole until a top cap of the screwing bolt buckle abuts against a suspension beam of the special container vehicle, a rotating cross rod of the rotating piece is rotated to enable a top pressing screw rod of the rotating piece to move upwards in a bolt hole of the rotating piece until a side beam of the container bearing device and a suspension beam buckle lock of the special container vehicle are fastened;
when the limitation of the vertical movement of the container bearing device on the special container vehicle needs to be removed, the rotating cross rod of the rotating piece is rotated reversely, the jacking screw rod of the rotating piece moves downwards in the bolt hole of the rotating piece until the side beam of the container bearing device and the suspension beam of the special container vehicle are loosened, the jacking cap of the screwing bolt buckle leaves the suspension beam of the special container vehicle, and the rotating piece is rotated upwards to enable the rotating piece to be buckled in the rotating arrangement hole.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention discloses a container bearing device and a container vehicle capable of loading wheel type equipment, wherein the container bearing device comprises two front bearing plates and two rear bearing plates, and the two front bearing plates and the two rear bearing plates are assembled on a special container vehicle in pairs to form a flat surface which can be used for transporting the wheel type equipment. The container carrying device and the container vehicle capable of carrying the wheeled equipment, which are disclosed by the invention, are assembled on the container vehicle, can transport the wheeled equipment, can adopt the platform type container transportation wheeled equipment under the condition that a shared flat car has a gap or special transportation and emergency, and have the advantages of convenience in assembly, simplicity in disassembly, firmness in fixation and the like, and are wide in practicability.

Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1: container bearing device
Embodiment 1 provides a container loading apparatus, and the structure thereof will be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the container loading device includes two front loading plates 1 and two rear loading plates 2.
The two front bearing plates 1 are arranged at the front side by side, the two rear bearing plates 2 are arranged at the rear side by side, the front ends of the two front bearing plates 1 are provided with front end beams 41, and the rear ends of the two rear bearing plates 2 are provided with rear end beams 42.
Wherein the front and rear bearing plates 1, 2 are substantially identical in structure except for the end beams.
In order to facilitate loading and rolling of the rolling wheel type equipment, front end beams 41 of the two front bearing plates 1 and rear end beams 42 of the two rear bearing plates 2 are respectively provided with a transition plate 3, the transition plates 3 are turnover plates, and when the container bearing device is installed on a special container vehicle 200, the transition plates 3 are laid in a gap between two adjacent container vehicles capable of loading the rolling wheel type equipment and are positioned above a coupler 201 of the special container vehicle 200.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of cross beams 51 and a plurality of longitudinal beams 52 are respectively arranged on the front bearing plate 1 and the rear bearing plate 2 at intervals, the plurality of cross beams 51 and the plurality of longitudinal beams 52 are transversely and longitudinally interwoven to form a frame structure, side beams 53 are respectively arranged on two sides of the front bearing plate 1 and the rear bearing plate 2, and a wooden floor 54 is laid on the surfaces of the front bearing plate 1 and the rear bearing plate 2.
In order to facilitate the use of ropes for fixing the wheeled equipment to the loading floor, a plurality of rope pins 6 are provided at intervals on the side beams 53 of the front and rear loading floors 1 and 2.
In order to facilitate the forklift to fork the front bearing plate 1 and the rear bearing plate 2, a pair of forklift grooves 7 are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the front bearing plate 1 and the rear bearing plate 2 and used for penetrating through the insertion rod of the forklift.
Example 2: container vehicle capable of loading wheeled equipment
Embodiment 2 provides a container vehicle capable of loading wheeled equipment, comprising the container carrier device 100 of embodiment 1 for transporting wheeled equipment, the structure of which is described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the container vehicle capable of loading wheel-type equipment further includes a container special-purpose vehicle 200, and couplers 201 are respectively provided at both ends of the container special-purpose vehicle 200.
The container carrying device 100 is installed on the special container vehicle 200, and specifically, the two front carrying plates 1 and the two rear carrying plates 2 are assembled on the special container vehicle 200 in pairs.
In order to limit the left-right and front-back movement of the container carrying device 100 on the special container vehicle 200, corner pieces 31 are respectively arranged at the corners of the front end of the front bearing plate 1 and the rear end of the rear bearing plate 2, locking head grooves are arranged in the corner pieces 31, locking heads are respectively arranged at the four corners of the special container vehicle 200, the corner pieces 31 at the front end of the front bearing plate 1 and the rear end of the rear bearing plate 2 are respectively opposite to the locking heads at the four corners of the special container vehicle 200, when the two front bearing plates 1 and the two rear bearing plates 2 are laid on the special container vehicle 200 in pairs, the four corner pieces 31 are respectively sleeved on the four locking heads of the special container vehicle 200, and the left-right and front-back movement of the container carrying device 100 is limited.
In order to limit the up and down movement of the container loading device 100 on the special container vehicle 200, a plurality of fastening devices 32 are provided at intervals at the joint between the side beams 53 of the front and rear bearing plates 1 and 2 and the special container vehicle 200.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7, the fastening device 32 includes a side beam fixing seat 321, a rotary member 322 and a tightening bolt buckle 323,
the side beam fixing seat 321 comprises a left wing plate and a right wing plate which are arranged in parallel, and a rotary mounting hole 3210 is formed between the left wing plate and the right wing plate;
the rotating part 322 comprises a rotating part and a bolt hole part, the rotating part and the bolt hole part are vertically connected and integrally formed, the rotating part of the rotating part 322 can be arranged in the rotating installation hole 3210, and the end part of the rotating part is pivoted with the side beam fixing seat 321;
the bolt hole of the rotating member 322 is provided with a bolt hole, the screwing bolt button 323 comprises a rotating cross rod 3220, a jacking screw rod and a jacking cap, the jacking screw rod is arranged in the bolt hole of the rotating member 322 in a penetrating manner and is in threaded connection with the bolt hole, and the rotating cross rod 3220 and the jacking cap are arranged at two ends of the jacking screw rod;
wherein, the side beams 53 at the two sides of the front bearing plate 1 and the rear bearing plate 2 are C-shaped steel, the outer side edge of the special container vehicle 200 is provided with a suspension beam 202,
the left wing plate and the right wing plate of the side beam fixing seat 321 are fixed in the side beams 53 at the two sides of the front bearing plate 1 and the rear bearing plate 2,
when the vertical movement of the container loading device 100 on the special container vehicle 200 needs to be limited, the rotating member 322 is rotated downward, so that the rotating member 322 is separated from the rotary mounting hole 3210 until the top cap of the screwing bolt 323 abuts against the suspension beam 202 of the special container vehicle 200, the rotating cross bar 3220 of the rotating member 322 is rotated, so that the top pressing screw of the rotating member 322 moves upward in the bolt hole of the rotating member 322, until the side beam 53 of the container loading device 100 and the suspension beam 202 of the special container vehicle 200 are fastened, so as to prevent the vertical movement of the front loading plate 1 or the rear loading plate 2.
When the vertical movement of the container carrier 100 on the special container vehicle 200 needs to be released, the rotary cross bar 3220 of the rotary member 322 is rotated in the reverse direction, so that the pressing screw of the rotary member 322 moves downward in the bolt hole of the rotary member 322 until the side beam 53 of the container carrier 100 and the suspension beam 202 of the special container vehicle 200 are released, the top cap of the screwing bolt 323 leaves the suspension beam 202 of the special container vehicle 200, and the rotary member 322 is rotated upward to fasten the rotary member 322 in the rotary mounting hole 3210.
If it is desired to transport wheeled equipment such as wheeled cart 300, wheeled cart 300 may be transported to container carrier 100, as shown in fig. 8.
