The low-temperature air after the heat exchange of the air heat exchanger is arranged in the fifth mounting cavity, and the air inlets of the exhaust pipes are arranged in the four mounting cavities, so that the low-temperature air in the fifth mounting cavity can upwards enter the fourth mounting cavity through the air holes in the lowest partition plate and then enter the three mounting cavities, and the circulating flow of the low-temperature air in the pile body is achieved. The air flow circulation in the invention adopts upper air inlet heating or refrigeration in the pile body, and adopts the semiconductor refrigeration piece to perform heating or refrigeration, and the semiconductor refrigeration piece is directly arranged on the side wall of the pile body, so the structure is compact, and the space is saved. The heated or refrigerated gas flows downwards in the pile body, the heated or refrigerated gas is pumped into the fifth mounting cavity at the lowest part by the exhaust fan, then the cold air or the hot air is further utilized by the air heat exchanger, and then the air flow moves upwards, so that the mixing of the upper air flow and the lower air flow is realized, and the working efficiency of the internal temperature of the ventilation regulation state is improved.
According to the invention, the charging cable and the gun head of the charging gun are cooled in a heat conduction oil circulation mode, and on the basis of safety and reliability, the charging reliability is improved, and the service life of the charging gun is prolonged.

The cooling heat dissipation system and the safe charging rain-shielding device are respectively provided with one set for each charging gun 3.
The pile foundation support pipe assembly 4 comprises a base 7, a plurality of vertical pipes 8 and a cover plate 9, wherein the base 7 and the cover plate 9 are square and are arranged horizontally, the base 7 is horizontally arranged at the bottom of a foundation pit, all the vertical pipes 8 are vertically arranged on the upper surface of the base 7, one vertical pipe 8 is vertically arranged at the center of the upper surface of the base 7, the rest vertical pipes 8 are arranged in a circumferential array along the central vertical pipe 8, a limiting structure 10 is arranged at the upper part of the inner circle of each vertical pipe 8, the inner circle of the limiting structure 10 is a conical arc surface with a thin upper part and a thick lower part, a lower positioning convex column 11 extending into the lower port of each vertical pipe 8 and used for positioning the position of the vertical pipe 8 is arranged on the upper surface of the base 7, the cover plate 9 is horizontally arranged on the upper end surfaces of all the vertical pipes 8, an upper positioning convex column 12 extending into the upper port of each vertical pipe 8 is arranged on the lower surface of the cover plate 9, a through hole is formed in the upper positioning convex column 12, a central air hole 13 with an opening at the top is arranged inside the lower positioning convex column 11 at the center in the base 7, an opening at the top is arranged inside the lower positioning convex column 11 at the edge of the base 7, and an opening 14 at the top is arranged in the edge along the radial direction and is arranged on the edge of the base 7 and used for connecting the air hole 14; concrete is poured in the foundation pit to connect all the vertical pipes 8 into a whole.
Each expansion type easy-to-install elastic component 5 is provided with one set in each vertical pipe 8, each expansion type easy-to-install elastic component 5 comprises a central pipe 16 which is coaxially arranged in each vertical pipe 8, the excircle of the lower end of the central pipe 16 is in threaded connection with a fixed connecting sleeve 17, the excircle of the upper end of the central pipe 16 is in sliding connection with a movable connecting sleeve and a pressing sleeve 19 which is positioned at the upper part of the movable connecting sleeve 18, the diameters of the fixed connecting sleeve 17 and the movable connecting sleeve 18 are smaller than the inner diameter of a through hole in the cover plate 9 and the inner diameter of the uppermost port of the limiting structure 10, a plurality of spring steel bars 20 pass through between the fixed connecting sleeve 17 and the movable connecting sleeve 18, and all the spring steel bars 20 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the central pipe 16; the upper end of the central tube 16 sequentially penetrates through the through hole in the cover plate 9 and the bottom plate of the pile body 1 upwards, and then is connected with a fastening nut 21 through threads, the fastening nut 21 is screwed, the central tube 16 moves upwards, the lower end of the fastening nut 21 is in press connection with the upper surface of the bottom plate 22 of the pile body 1, the lower surface of the bottom plate 22 of the pile body 1 is in press connection with a pressing sleeve 19, the lower end of the pressing sleeve 19 is in press connection with the upper end of a movable connecting sleeve 18, the distance between the movable connecting sleeve 18 and a fixed connecting sleeve 17 gradually decreases, all spring steel bars 20 simultaneously expand outwards along the radial direction of the central tube 16 to form an ellipsoid shape until all the spring steel bars 20 are in press connection with the inner wall of the stand tube 8, and meanwhile, the conical cambered surface of the upper limiting structure 10 of the inner wall of the stand tube 8 is in press connection with the outer side of the upper part of the spring steel bars 20.
A lower circular groove 23 with an open top is formed in the fixed connecting sleeve 17, lower elastic positioning blocks 24 with the number equal to that of the spring steel bars 20 are fixedly arranged on the fixed connecting sleeve 17 on the outer side wall of an upper end opening of the lower circular groove 23, the lower elastic positioning blocks 24 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the lower circular groove 23, the cross section of each lower elastic positioning block 24 is L-shaped, the outer end of a horizontal section of each lower elastic positioning block 24 is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the upper end opening of the lower circular groove 23, a vertical section of each lower elastic positioning block 24 extends downwards into the corresponding lower circular groove 23, a lower accommodating cavity 25 is formed between the lower end of each lower elastic positioning block 24 and the bottom of the corresponding lower circular groove 23, a lower inserting annular channel 26 is formed by the vertical section of each lower elastic positioning block 24 and the inner side wall of the corresponding lower circular channel 26, a lower limiting guiding protruding ridge 27 protruding downwards is formed at the lower end of each lower elastic positioning block 24, and the distance between the lower guiding ridge 27 and the inner side wall of the corresponding lower circular groove 23 is gradually reduced from top to bottom; the inner side wall of the lower circular groove 23 is provided with lower limiting arc-shaped bulges 28 which are contacted with two sides of the lower elastic positioning block 24 at two sides of the lower inserting annular channel 26;
an upper annular groove 29 with an open bottom is formed in the movable connecting sleeve 18, an upper elastic positioning block 30 which is vertically and one-to-one corresponding to the lower elastic positioning block 24 is fixedly arranged on the outer side wall of the lower port of the upper annular groove 29 on the movable connecting sleeve 18, the cross section of the upper elastic positioning block 30 is L-shaped, the outer end of the horizontal section of the upper elastic positioning block 30 is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the lower port of the upper annular groove 29, the vertical section of the upper elastic positioning block 30 upwards extends into the upper annular groove 29, an upper accommodating cavity 31 is formed between the upper end of the upper elastic positioning block 30 and the bottom of the upper annular groove 29, an upper inserting annular channel 32 is formed by the upper elastic positioning block 30 and the inner side wall of the upper annular groove 29, an upper limiting guide rib 33 which protrudes upwards into the inserting annular channel 32 is arranged at the upper end of the upper elastic positioning block 30, and the distance between the upper limiting guide rib 33 and the inner side wall of the upper annular groove 29 is gradually increased from top to bottom; the inner side wall of the upper circular groove 29 is provided with upper limiting arc-shaped protrusions 34 which are contacted with two sides of the upper elastic positioning block 30 at two sides of the upper inserting annular channel 32.
The lower end of the spring steel bar 20 is provided with a lower insertion barb 35, and the lower insertion barb 35 extends into the lower accommodating cavity 25 along the lower insertion annular channel 26 to be in clamping fit with the lower limiting guide rib 27; the upper end of the spring steel bar 20 is provided with an upper insertion barb 36, and the upper insertion barb 36 extends into the upper accommodating cavity 31 along the upper insertion annular channel 32 to be in clamping fit with the upper limiting guide protruding rib 33.
The supporting elastic sealing assembly 6 comprises a first compression spring 37, a second compression spring 38, a sealing cushion plate 39 and a rubber sealing plate 40, wherein the first compression spring 37 and the sealing cushion plate 39 are sleeved on the vertical pipe 8, the sealing cushion plate 39 plugs a through hole on the cover plate 9, the upper end and the lower end of the first compression spring 37 are respectively in press fit with the bottom plate 22 and the sealing cushion plate 39 of the pile body 1, the upper end of the second compression spring 38 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the bottom plate 22 of the pile body 1, and the lower end of the second compression spring 38 is in press fit with the upper surface of the cover plate 9; the rubber seal plate 40 is equipped with four, and four rubber seal plates 40 set up respectively in 1 side lower part of pile body, and rubber seal plate 40 medial surface bonds and passes through the screw fastening as an organic whole with 1 side of pile body, and rubber seal plate 40 lower side forms tang seal structure with apron 9 side.
The vertical pipe 8 is provided with five vertical pipes, wherein one vertical pipe 8 is positioned at the center of the base 7 and the cover plate 9, the other four vertical pipes 8 are arranged at the four corners of the base 7 and the cover plate 9, four layers of clapboards 41 are arranged in the pile body 1 from top to bottom, each layer of clapboard 41 is provided with a plurality of air holes, and the four layers of clapboards 41 divide the inner cavity of the pile body 1 into a first installation cavity 42, a second installation cavity 43, a third installation cavity 44, a fourth installation cavity 45 and a fifth installation cavity 46 from top to bottom in sequence;
the ventilation type temperature regulating system comprises a ventilation temperature sensor 47, an exhaust fan 48, a first exhaust pipe 49, a second exhaust pipe 50, a third exhaust pipe 51, a fourth exhaust pipe (not shown), a first semiconductor refrigeration sheet 52, a second semiconductor refrigeration sheet 53 and an air filter element 54; a ventilation temperature sensor 47 is arranged in the third mounting cavity 44;
the exhaust fan 48 is arranged in the fifth installation cavity 46, an exhaust opening of the exhaust fan 48 is connected with the upper port of the central pipe 16 in the central vertical pipe 8 through a connecting hose, an air outlet 56 is formed in the side part of the fifth installation cavity 46 on the pile body 1, the inner wall of the air outlet 56 is provided with a dust screen, an air outlet of the exhaust fan 48 is connected with two air heat exchangers 58 through a three-way pipeline 57, and outlets of the two air heat exchangers 58 are both connected with the air outlet 56 through an air outlet pipe 59; the first exhaust pipe 49, the second exhaust pipe 50, the third exhaust pipe 51 and the fourth exhaust pipe are vertically arranged at the edges in the pile body 1 respectively, the lower ends of the first exhaust pipe 49, the second exhaust pipe 50, the third exhaust pipe 51 and the fourth exhaust pipe are correspondingly connected with the upper ports of the other four central pipes 16 through hose elbows 60 respectively, the upper port of the first exhaust pipe 49 is positioned in the first installation cavity 42, the upper port of the second exhaust pipe 50 is positioned in the second installation cavity 43, the upper port of the third exhaust pipe 51 is positioned in the third installation cavity 44, and the upper port of the fourth exhaust pipe is positioned in the fourth installation cavity 44; the top of the pile body 1 is provided with a sunshade rain-proof shed 61, the air filter element 54 is arranged at the center of the top surface of the pile body 1 below the sunshade rain-proof shed 61, and the top of the pile body 1 is provided with a plurality of air holes below the air filter element 54.
The top and the peripheral side walls of the pile body 1 are of a three-layer structure, the middle layer is a heat insulation layer, the outer layer is made of aluminum alloy, and the inner layer is made of PPS plastic; the inner layer and the middle layer of the left side wall of the first mounting cavity 42 are provided with left mounting grooves, the first semiconductor refrigeration sheet 52 is arranged in the left mounting grooves, and the refrigeration surface of the first semiconductor refrigeration sheet 52 is in contact with the inner surface of the outer layer; the inner layer and the middle layer of the right side wall of the first mounting cavity 42 are provided with right mounting grooves, the second semiconductor refrigerating sheet 53 is arranged in the right mounting groove, and the heating surface of the second semiconductor refrigerating sheet 53 is in contact with the inner surface of the outer layer;
