In conclusion, when the cortex mori radicis and the rhizoma alismatis are used as raw materials of the composition, the limb edema can be eliminated, and the using effect of the composition can be enhanced.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-fatigue composition, which mainly comprises the following steps:
mixing the raw materials except mineral salts with water, distilling, and separating to obtain distillate oil and distillate liquid; concentrating the distillate, mixing with filler, and drying to obtain soft extract; mixing the soft extract, distillate oil and mineral salt, and drying to obtain the composition.
Specifically, raw materials except mineral salts are mixed with water, and distillation is carried out at 38-42 ℃, namely when the water just starts to generate steam, the water can quickly penetrate plant cell walls and cell membranes, active ingredients contained in the water are dissolved in the steam and distilled off, and the distillate is collected after condensation to obtain the distillate.
Distilling at the temperature for 1.5-2.5 h to completely extract the effective components. When the distillation temperature is higher, the temperature of steam is also higher, which is easy to destroy the effective components in the raw materials and influence the use effect of the composition. When the temperature is lower, the steam generation amount is insufficient, the extraction effect is poor, the utilization rate of raw materials is lower, and the cost performance is lower.
In addition, when the temperature is lower, the steam is less, and the generated steam is easier to bypass the raw materials and passes through the gaps of the raw materials, so that the extraction effect cannot be achieved.
According to the invention, the mass ratio of the raw materials except mineral salts to water is (2-3):1, when the mixture is placed in a distillation container, the water is positioned below the raw materials, at the moment, the water is heated to generate steam, and the steam can move from bottom to top and completely passes through the raw materials, so that a better distillation effect is achieved.
When the content of water is large, the raw material is more partially soaked in water, and the distillate effect of the raw material soaked in water is not good at low temperature. The partial raw materials need to be distilled off at high temperature, but the structure of the effective components is easy to be damaged at high temperature, so that the effective components lose activity, and the using effect is poor.
It should be noted that the raw materials may also be placed above the mixed water, for example, by steaming, to achieve the distillation effect.
After distillation, the distillate and the distillate can be separated by means of liquid separation. And standing can be carried out before liquid separation, and the standing time is 30-60 min, so that the distillate oil and the distillate oil are layered, the liquid separation is convenient, and the liquid separation difficulty is reduced.
Then, after the distillate is concentrated by 5-8 times, the concentrated solution is prepared, the volume of the distillate can be effectively reduced, the subsequent drying cost can be reduced, meanwhile, the concentrated solution is convenient to transport and store, and the practicability is higher.
And then the mass ratio of the concentrated solution to the filler is 1 (0.5-0.8), so that the concentrated solution can be converted from a liquid state to a thick paste state, the powder is convenient to prepare, and the portability and the practicability of the composition are enhanced. When the content of the filler is higher, the texture of the thick paste is drier, and at the moment, the cost required in the process of mixing the thick paste with other raw materials is higher, the operation difficulty is higher, and the mixing uniformity is lower. When the content of the filler is low, the filler cannot play the effects of filling, increasing the solid volume and reducing the content of the effective components, so that the single composition is easy to cause high effective components, strong stimulation to organisms and poor use feeling.
In the present invention, the filler may be selected from a vegetable gel and/or an animal gel. The plant gel has skin regeneration promoting, antiinflammatory and tranquilizing effects. The animal gel can activate cells, enhance skin elasticity, and has good moisturizing effect. Therefore, the plant gel and the animal gel have better effects, are easy to absorb water and are beneficial to skin absorption.
In the invention, in order to ensure that the composition has better absorption and utilization rate when being externally applied, the moisture content of the composition is between 10 and 15 percent after being dried, and the moisture in the composition can be used as a medium to enhance the absorption and utilization rate of the skin.
The invention provides an anti-fatigue patch which mainly comprises a self-heating layer, an effect layer and an anti-sticking layer which are sequentially covered, wherein the effect layer is composed of the composition prepared by the method, and the self-heating layer is composed of iron powder, activated carbon and water.
Specifically, the self-heating layer is composed of iron powder, activated carbon and water. When the composition is contacted with the skin, the composition can generate heat automatically, the efficacy layer covering the self-heating layer can further stimulate the activity of effective components in the composition under the condition of heat, and the composition is continuously guided into pores through steam generated by the self-heating layer to achieve the expected effect.
In the invention, the patch can be pasted on the sole of a foot to enhance the stimulation effect of the patch on the acupuncture points of the sole of the foot, thereby achieving the effects of better dredging collaterals, activating collaterals and promoting blood circulation.
In the invention, the self-heating layer is composed of high-purity iron powder, activated carbon and water, and can generate steam in the heating process, thereby improving the use effect.
It should be noted that the water content of the composition is 10% -15%, so when the self-heating layer generates heat, steam is generated to activate the effective components in the composition, and simultaneously, the water in the composition is converted into steam to enhance the effect and achieve the expected use effect.
It should also be noted that the patch can be applied to the foot in a form of covering the foot, that is, the patch is applied to the foot without gluing, so that the pain caused by tearing can be reduced, and the patch is more suitable for the population. Specifically, the part of the efficacy layer covering the self-heating layer can be externally applied to the foot by adopting a direct sleeving manner, so that the using effect is achieved.
In addition, the patch can be made into daily use type and night use type according to more practical conditions, such as content of the efficacy layer, heating time of the self-heating layer and the like, so as to achieve better use condition.
