Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗闭合性软组织损伤型骨痛的药物，制备原料包括威灵仙、白芷、白芥、蜈蚣、全虫、地龙、艾叶、花椒、炮山甲或猪蹄甲、沉香、乳香、汲药、红花、秦艽、独活、川芎、防风、海桐皮、当归、制马钱、制川乌、制草乌、制南星、伸筋草、透骨草、辽细草、羌活、骨碎补、桃仁、赤芍、三七、苏木、无名异。本发明通过热敷理疗的方式进行运用，对闭合性软组织下的风湿骨痛等骨痛症状，具有显著的疗效，且药物的制备方法简单，使用方便快捷，不受环境限制，值得在骨痛治疗中推广应用。

一种治疗闭合性软组织损伤型骨痛的药物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体地，涉及一种治疗闭合性软组织损伤型骨痛的药物及其制备方法。
背景技术
闭合性软组织损伤是指局部皮肤或粘膜完整，无裂口与外界相通，损伤时的出血积聚在组织内。常见于风湿骨痛、跌打损伤、肩周炎、颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出、坐骨神经、腰肌劳损、骨质增生、风湿、类风湿、关节积液、关节炎、关节肿胀等症状之中。对这类病症的治疗，中医药理疗方式具有良好的预后效果。如通过对损伤部位进行热敷理疗，能起到很好的缓解和痊愈的效果。但现有的膏药，还存在效果不明显，副作用较大等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗闭合性软组织损伤型骨痛的药物及其制备方法，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种治疗闭合性软组织损伤型骨痛的药物，所述药物的原料按重要份包括：威灵仙12～18份，白芷8～12份，白芥8～12份，蜈蚣 4～6份，全虫4～6份，地龙7～9份，艾叶18～22份，花椒8～12 份，炮山甲8～12份或猪蹄甲12～16份，沉香8～12份，乳香8～ 12份，汲药8～12份，红花13～17份，秦艽13～17份，独活13～ 17份，川芎13～17份，防风8～12份，海桐皮8～12份，当归13～ 17份，制马钱2.5～3.5份，制川乌13～17份，制草乌13～17份，制南星8～12份，伸筋草13～17份，透骨草13～17份，辽细草8～ 12份，羌活4～6份，骨碎补8～12份，桃仁8～12份，赤芍7～9 份，三七13～17份，苏木8～12份，无名异4～6份。
当气血运行不畅，就会发生骨痛症状，因此治疗闭合性软组织损伤型骨痛的原则在于扶正固本，补血活血，消肿止痛，活络舒筋。威灵仙用于风湿痹痛，肢体麻木，筋脉拘挛，屈伸不利；白芷用于解表散寒，祛风止痛，通鼻窍，燥湿止带，消肿排脓，祛风止痒；白芥用于解肿毒；蜈蚣用于息风镇痉，通络止痛，攻毒散结；全虫用于息风镇痉，通络止痛，攻毒散结；地龙用于通经活络；艾叶用于温经止血，散寒止痛，祛湿止痒；花椒用于温中行气、逐寒、止痛；炮山甲或猪蹄甲用于消肿溃痈，搜风活络；沉香用于行气止痛；乳香用于活血行气止痛，消肿生肌；汲药用于预防疮疡；红花具有强劲的破血的作用，力主活血化瘀；秦艽用于祛风湿、退虚热、舒筋止疼；独活微温，归肝，祛风胜湿，散寒之痛，用于风寒湿痹，腰膝疼痛，头痛齿痛；川芎用于活血行气，祛风止痛；防风用于解表祛风，胜湿，止痉；海桐皮用于镇痛消炎、祛风行气、祛湿活血，风湿疼痛；当归用于补血活血；制马钱有舒筋活血，散寒通络，消炎抗菌，止风湿骨痛、肌肉损伤疼痛之特效；制川乌用于用于风寒湿痹，关节冷痛，寒疝作痛及麻醉止痛；制草乌用于风寒湿痹，关节疼痛，心腹泠痛，寒疝止痛；制南星用于熄风定惊，惊风抽搐；伸筋草用于关节酸痛，屈伸不利；透骨草主治风湿痹痛，筋骨挛缩，寒湿脚气，腰部扭伤，瘫痪，闭经，阴囊湿疹，疮疖肿毒；辽细草又称细辛，具解表散寒，祛风止痛，通窍之功效；羌活用于风寒湿痹，项强筋急，骨节酸疼，风水浮肿，痈疽疮毒；骨碎补具有补肾强骨，续伤止痛的疗效；桃仁活血祛瘀，润肠通便，止咳平喘；赤芍用于用于温毒发斑，目赤肿痛，瘾瘕腹痛，跌扑损伤，痈肿疮疡；三七具有化瘀止血，活血定痛的功效；苏木用于跌打损伤，骨折筋伤，瘀滞肿痛，经闭痛经，产后瘀阻，胸腹刺痛，痈疽肿痛；无名异活血止血、消肿定痛，用于跌打损伤，痈疽肿毒，创伤出血。

进一步的，所述药物的药剂形式为膏药剂。
为更好的说明本发明，以下对所述药物的制备方法说明如下。上述的治疗闭合性软组织损伤型骨痛的药物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1.按上述重量份称取制备所述药物的原料并混合好；
S2.将芝麻油加热至58-62℃，放入原料混合物；
S3.用文火熬制约4小时，加热至200度，离火过滤除渣；
S4.下红丹，冷却成膏；
S5.去火毒，将熬制好的膏药倒入备好的冷水中浸泡7天，每日换水一次；
S7.再一次加热膏药基质，加入冰片，血竭精细药末，搅拌均匀。
进一步的，所述S7步骤中，将搅拌均匀的药物均匀地铺敷于膏药布上，得到膏药剂。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明所述的药物对闭合性软组织下的风湿骨痛、铁打损伤、肩周炎、颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出、坐骨神经、腰肌劳损、骨质增生、风湿、类风湿、关节积液、关节炎、关节肿胀等症状，通过热敷理疗的方式进行运用，具有显著的疗效，长期使用可有效缓解疼痛，并能温经散寒，化瘀活血，从根本上缓解骨痛的不适，并起到激发人体潜能、促进痊愈的效果，避免内服药物给肝肾功能带来的损害，可有效促进人体经络循环，加速局部代谢，修复软组织内侧损伤，进而防止疼痛的反复发作，迁延病程，并且药物的制备方法简单，使用方便快捷，不受环境限制，值得在骨痛治疗中推广应用。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种治疗闭合性软组织损伤型骨痛的药物，所述药物的原料按重要份包括：威灵仙15份，白芷10份，白芥10份，蜈蚣5份，全虫 5份，地龙8份，艾叶20份，花椒10份，炮山甲10份，沉香10份，乳香10份，汲药10份，红花15份，秦艽15份，独活15份，川芎 15份，防风10份，海桐皮10份，当归15份，制马钱3份，制川乌 15份，制草乌15份，制南星10份，伸筋草15份，透骨草15份，辽细草10份，羌活5份，骨碎补10份，桃仁10份，赤芍8份，三七15份，苏木10份，无名异5份。这里，炮山甲10份可用猪蹄甲 14份代替。
进一步的，所述药物的药剂形式为膏药剂。
为更好的说明本发明，以下对所述药物的制备方法说明如下。上述的治疗闭合性软组织损伤型骨痛的药物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1.按上述重量份称取制备所述药物的原料并混合好；
S2.将芝麻油加热至58-62℃，放入原料混合物；
S3.用文火熬制约4小时，加热至200度，离火过滤除渣；
S4.下红丹，冷却成膏；
S5.去火毒，将熬制好的膏药倒入备好的冷水中浸泡7天，每日换水一次；
S7.再一次加热膏药基质，加入冰片，血竭精细药末，搅拌均匀。
进一步的，所述S7步骤中，将搅拌均匀的药物均匀地铺敷于膏药布上，得到膏药剂。
实验例
为了进一步说明本发明的技术进步性，现采用临床实验进一步说明。对53例接受治疗的闭合性软组织损伤型骨痛病例进行观察，其中男30例，女23例，年龄在23～73岁，将患者使用本发明实施例制备的膏药剂。其中；前37例为一组；后15例为二组；二组中，炮山甲10份采用猪蹄甲14份代替。
治疗方式：将膏药剂敷贴于全部患者患处，在贴上12—24小时后取下，透气1—12小时，再行敷贴膏药剂。
疗效标准参照国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病诊断疗效标准》中关于膝骨关节炎的疗效标准。这里，相关标准定义为：
痊愈：肿痛、疼痛消失，活动功能恢复正常，运动功能自如；
显效：肿痛基本消失或明显减退，疼痛明显减轻，活动功能基本正常；
有效：肿痛、疼痛均有不同程度减轻及缓解，活动功能亦有改善；
无效：肿痛、疼痛均无缓解。
从各病例反馈情况看，观察病例中均没有发生毒副作用。其用药结果统计如下表：

用药结果表明，使用本发明制备的膏药剂后，有效率达到90％以上，治疗明显。从患者反馈来看，大家都是好评的。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种治疗闭合性软组织损伤型骨痛的药物，其特征在于，所述药物的原料按重要份包括：威灵仙12～18份，白芷8～12份，白芥8～12份，蜈蚣4～6份，全虫4～6份，地龙7～9份，艾叶18～22份，花椒8～12份，炮山甲8～12份或猪蹄甲12～16份，沉香8～12份，乳香8～12份，汲药8～12份，红花13～17份，秦艽13～17份，独活13～17份，川芎13～17份，防风8～12份，海桐皮8～12份，当归13～17份，制马钱2.5～3.5份，制川乌13～17份，制草乌13～17份，制南星8～12份，伸筋草13～17份，透骨草13～17份，辽细草8～12份，羌活4～6份，骨碎补8～12份，桃仁8～12份，赤芍7～9份，三七13～17份，苏木8～12份，无名异4～6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物，其特征在于，所述药物的原料按重要份包括：威灵仙15份，白芷10份，白芥10份，蜈蚣5份，全虫5份，地龙8份，艾叶20份，花椒10份，炮山甲10份或猪蹄甲14份，沉香10份，乳香10份，汲药10份，红花15份，秦艽15份，独活15份，川芎15份，防风10份，海桐皮10份，当归15份，制马钱3份，制川乌15份，制草乌15份，制南星10份，伸筋草15份，透骨草15份，辽细草10份，羌活5份，骨碎补10份，桃仁10份，赤芍8份，三七15份，苏木10份，无名异5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的药物，其特征在于，所述药物的药剂形式为膏药剂。
4.一种权利要求1-3中所述药物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1.按上述重量份称取制备所述药物的原料并混合好；
S2.将芝麻油加热至58-62℃，放入原料混合物；
S3.用文火熬制约4小时，加热至200度，离火过滤除渣；
S4.下红丹，冷却成膏；
S5.去火毒，将熬制好的膏药倒入备好的冷水中浸泡7天，每日换水一次；
S7.再一次加热膏药基质，加入冰片，血竭精细药末，搅拌均匀。
5.根据权利要求4所述药物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述S7步骤中，将搅拌均匀的药物均匀地铺敷于膏药布上，得到膏药剂。
