The cooking method of a cooking pot as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S3, when the operation mode is cooking mode, the controller (7) adjusts the second inner container (4) to be lowered to the lowest position, the second inner container (4) contains water and the object to be cooked, and controls the heating module (6) to be activated for single cooking; and after the single cooking reaches the first time, adjusting the second inner container (4) to ascend until the water is separated from the materials to be cooked, and continuing to heat for single cooking.

A cooking method of a cooking pot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the operation mode further comprises a keep warm mode, and the controller (7) controls the heat generating module (6) to enter the keep warm mode when the single cooking mode, the single cooking mode or the cooking mode is finished.
7. The cooking method of a cooking integrated pot according to claim 1, wherein the step S3 further comprises an empty pot detection step, and the controller (7) performs the empty pot detection before controlling the heating module (6) to start.
8. The cooking method of a cooking-all-in-one pot according to claim 1, wherein the cooking-all-in-one pot comprises:
the pot comprises a pot body (1), wherein the pot body (1) is provided with an accommodating space, and the bottom of the accommodating space is provided with a heating module (6);
the cover body (2) is arranged on the pot body (1) and can cover the accommodating space;
the first inner container (3) is arranged in the pot body (1);
the second inner container (4) is arranged in the first inner container (3), and the height of the second inner container (4) is smaller than that of the first inner container (3);
a lifting mechanism (5), the lifting mechanism (5) being configured to lift the second inner container (4);
the controller (7), the controller (7) electricity is connected in elevating system (5) and generate heat module (6).

The cooking method of the cooking integrated pot according to claim 8, wherein the lifting mechanism (5) is provided in plurality, and the plurality of lifting mechanisms (5) are arranged around the second inner container (4) at intervals in the circumferential direction and are uniformly distributed.
10. A cooking method of a cooking pot as claimed in claim 8, characterised in that said lifting mechanism (5) comprises:
the driving mechanism (51) is arranged at the bottom of the pot body (1) and is positioned below the heating module (6), the output end of the driving mechanism (51) upwards penetrates through the pot body (1) and is connected with a transmission piece (52), and the transmission piece (52) penetrates through the first inner container (3);
one end of the jacking piece (54) is connected with the transmission piece (52), the other end of the jacking piece is connected with the second inner container (4), and the driving mechanism (51) drives the jacking piece (54) to lift through the transmission piece (52) so as to drive the second inner container (4) to lift inside the first inner container (3).
