The invention relates to the field of household appliance manufacturing, in particular to a tilting draining electric cooker.
Background
In the life of residents, an electric rice cooker is commonly used to cook rice or other foods as a home appliance widely used. When the electric cooker is used for cooking dry rice, more water is added during material preparation in order to ensure that rice materials can be fully cooked and materials contained conveniently transfer heat, and in the later stage of cooking, redundant water in the electric cooker is evaporated through high-temperature heating and is discharged out of a cooker body through a preset exhaust valve, and finally the dry rice with less water can be obtained. The current mode of cooking dry rice by the electric cooker has the defects that more water exists in the inner container of the electric cooker which is sealed at high temperature all the time in the cooking heating period, the temperature of rice materials in the inner container is difficult to obtain an ideal control curve, so the cooked rice cannot obtain the high-temperature baking effect on the taste, and the mode also needs to consume more electric energy because the excessive water vapor is discharged by adopting a high-temperature evaporation mode. In addition, in the rice cooking process of the electric rice cooker, high-sugar substances permeated into the rice water may damage the health of a certain kind of patients, and the high-sugar substances may remain in the rice during the later cooking period, and if the excessive high-sugar rice water is filtered and discharged during the later cooking period, not only the excessive sugar-containing substances in the rice water may be removed, but also the later cooking time may be reduced to reduce the power consumption. At present, although a special electric cooker with a double-layer inner container and a soup filtering structure in the market can filter redundant rice soup in the process of cooking rice, the structure design is complex, the cost is high, and the cleaning and the arrangement of a cooker body are complicated, so that the special electric cooker is difficult to popularize. In short, the conventional electric rice cooker does not solve the problem of filtering the excessive rice water during the cooking process of rice, or overcomes the disadvantages of complicated structure, inconvenient operation and high manufacturing and using costs, so that there is a need in the market for an electric rice cooker which has a simple structure, is convenient to use, has a low manufacturing cost, and can filter the excessive rice water during the cooking process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a tilting draining type electric cooker, which solves the problem of filtering redundant rice water in the rice cooking process.
The embodiment of the application provides a tilting soup dripping type electric cooker which comprises a base, an upright post, a locking device, a pivot, a cooker body, a cooker liner, a cooker cover, a hinge, a cover closing device, a controller and a soup box, wherein the cooker body is sequentially arranged on the base through the pivot at two sides and the upright post;
the controller is arranged in the side wall of the base or the pot body and is used for controlling the locking device and the cover closing device.
Furthermore, the pot body is composed of a pot body cover, an electric heating body, a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor, wherein the electric heating body is arranged at the bottom in the pot body cover, and the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor are arranged in a cavity in the middle of the electric heating body and are connected with the controller.
Further, the pot cover comprises pot cover plate, the soup dripping electromagnetic valve, the safety valve, a sealing ring and a handle, the soup dripping electromagnetic valve and the safety valve are arranged on the pot cover plate in a penetrating mode, the sealing ring is embedded on the circumference of the lower side of the pot cover plate, the handle is fixedly arranged on the pot cover plate, and the soup dripping electromagnetic valve is connected with the controller.
Furthermore, the locking device consists of a locking electromagnet arranged in the upright post and a locking armature arranged on the pot body.
Furthermore, the cover closing device consists of a cover closing electromagnet arranged on the cooker body and a cover closing armature iron arranged in the cooker cover.
Furthermore, the turnover mechanism comprises a turnover motor, the turnover motor is arranged in the base and drives the pot body to rotate by sequentially driving the pivot at the same side through a turnover driving wheel, a synchronous belt and a turnover driven wheel which are arranged in the upright column at one side.
Furthermore, the soup box can be arranged in the groove of the base in a drawing way.
Furthermore, the cover closing electromagnet, the electric heating body, the pressure sensor, the temperature sensor, the soup dripping electromagnetic valve and the locking electromagnet are connected with the controller.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the tilting pot body designed by the invention can discharge rice water which is not needed any more in the cooking process in the inner container of the pot body and collect the rice water in the soup box outside the pot body, and the residual rice germ with the rice water removed can be conveniently baked and cooked with special effect, and the tilting pot body has the advantages of various cooking modes, thorough separation of the rice water, convenient use and maintenance and the like.

Detailed Description
In order to better understand the present invention, the following examples are further provided to illustrate the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an electric cooker with tilting and draining functions according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base 1, a pillar 2, a locking device 3, a pivot 4, a cooker body 5, a cooker liner 6, a cooker cover 7, a hinge 8, a cover closing device 9, a controller 10, and a soup box 11. The pot body 5 is arranged on the base 1 sequentially through the pivot shafts 4 and the upright posts 2 on two sides, the pot container 6 is arranged in the pot body 5, the pot cover 7 is connected to the pot body 5 through the hinge 8, the soup box 11 is arranged in the groove of the base 1 in a telescopic mode, and the controller 10 is arranged in the side wall of the base 1 or the pot body 5.
The pan body 5 consists of a pan body cover 51, an electric heating body 52, a pressure sensor 53 and a temperature sensor 54, wherein the electric heating body 52 is arranged at the bottom in the pan body cover 51, and the pressure sensor 53 and the temperature sensor 54 are arranged in a hollow space in the middle of the electric heating body 52;
the pot cover 7 consists of a pot cover plate 71, a soup dripping electromagnetic valve 72, a safety valve 73, a sealing ring 74 and a handle 75, wherein the soup dripping electromagnetic valve 72 and the safety valve 73 are arranged on the pot cover plate 71 in a penetrating manner, the sealing ring 74 is embedded on the circumference of the lower side of the pot cover plate 71, and the handle 75 is fixedly arranged on the pot cover plate 71;
the locking device 3 consists of a locking electromagnet 31 arranged in the upright post 2 and a locking armature 32 arranged on the pot body 5;
the cover closing device 9 consists of a cover closing electromagnet 91 arranged on the pot body 5 and a cover closing armature 92 arranged in the pot cover 7;
the turning motor 21 is arranged in the base 1 and drives the pan body 5 to rotate by sequentially passing through a turning driving wheel 22, a synchronous belt 23 and a turning driven wheel 24 which are arranged in the upright post 2 at one side to drive the pivot 4 at the same side.
The soup box 11 is arranged in the groove of the base 1 in a drawable way.
The cover closing electromagnet 91, the electric heating body 52, the pressure sensor 53, the temperature sensor 54, the soup dripping electromagnetic valve 72 and the locking electromagnet 31 are connected with the controller 10.
In the above structure, the base 1, the upright post 2, the handle 75, the hinge 8 and the soup box 11 can be made of metal materials or plastics, the pot body 5, the pot container 6 and the pivot 4 are made of aluminum-based alloy or other metal materials, all sealing elements are made of high-temperature-resistant food-grade rubber, the cover closing armature 92 and the locking armature 32 are made of magnetic materials, and the rest parts can be standard parts or non-standard parts.
When the electric cooker is used, rice and water are contained in the cooker liner 6 in a proper proportion and the cooker cover 7 is closed according to cooking requirements, at the moment, the controller drives the cover closing electromagnet 91 and the cover closing armature 92 to attract and lock the cooker cover 7, the locking electromagnet 31 and the locking armature 32 are locked to prevent the cooker body 5 from tilting, the soup dripping electromagnetic valve 72 is closed, and then the electric heater 52 starts to be electrified and heated, and cooking is finished according to a set cooking control scheme.
If the rice is cooked porridge or rice without draining or food cooking materials are cooked, the pot body does not need to be tilted in the whole cooking process. If the rice needs draining, according to a preset program, after the contents are boiled and boiled for a certain time, the electric heating body 52 is powered off and heating is stopped, then the locking electromagnet 31 is powered off and unlocked with the locking armature 32, the cooking program controls the overturning motor 21 to drive the pivot and the pot body 5 to tilt 90 through a synchrotron and a synchronous belt, the draining electromagnetic valve 72 is opened, and rice soup at the upper middle part of the pot container 6 is drained out of the soup box 11 in the base 1 through the draining electromagnetic valve 72. After the set soup draining time is over, the cooking program controls the overturning motor 21 to rotate the pot body 5 to return to the vertical position, the soup draining electromagnetic valve 72 is closed again, the electric heating body 52 is electrified to continue heating until the rice is cooked, and therefore the soup draining operation in the rice cooking process can be completed.
