7) frying in oil in frying machine to obtain plant heart cake.
8) Quick-freezing;
9) and (6) packaging.
The plant food material is lotus root, the plant heart cake is lotus heart cake, and the thickness of the lotus root is 4.5mm-7 mm.
The meat pulp is a mixture of diced meat, diced plants, seasonings and additives, and the plant pulp is a mixture of diced plants, seasonings and additives.
The flour paste is a mixture of flour, seasonings and water.
The cooking temperature is 85-98 ℃, and the cooking time is 1.5-4 minutes.
The frying temperature is 155-175 ℃, and the frying time is 1-2 minutes.

A plant heart cake production device is characterized by comprising a flour-coating machine, a cooking machine or a poaching machine, a sizing machine and a frying machine, wherein the feeding end of the flour-coating machine is connected with a raw material lifting machine, the discharging end of the flour-coating machine is connected with a first parallel conveyor belt, a first filling machine is arranged on the first parallel conveyor belt, a second parallel conveyor belt is arranged at the tail end of the first parallel conveyor belt, the first parallel conveyor belt is higher than the second parallel conveyor belt, a second filling machine is arranged on the second parallel conveyor belt, the second parallel conveyor belt is connected with the cooking machine or the poaching machine through a parallel mesh belt B, and the cooking machine or the poaching machine is connected with the frying machine through the sizing machine; or the feeding end of the first parallel conveyor belt is provided with a hopper chip distributing machine, the first parallel conveyor belt is provided with a first filling machine, the tail end of the first parallel conveyor belt is provided with a second parallel conveyor belt, the first parallel conveyor belt is higher than the second parallel conveyor belt, the second parallel conveyor belt is provided with a second filling machine, the second parallel conveyor belt is connected with the feeding end of the powder wrapping machine through a parallel B-shaped mesh belt, the discharging end of the powder wrapping machine is connected with a cooking machine or a poaching machine, and the cooking machine or the poaching machine is connected with the frying machine through a sizing machine.

3) coating the powder, and then conveying to a stuffing filling machine to be sprayed with meat pulp or plant pulp on two sides;
4) feeding into a cooking machine for cooking or feeding into a water cooking machine for water cooking;
5) feeding the mixture into a sizing machine for sizing;
6) frying in oil in frying machine to obtain plant heart cake.
5. A method for producing a plant heart cake is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) cleaning plant food materials, slicing or dicing or cutting into sections, placing the plant food materials on a hopper chip distributing machine in a disordered mode, and enabling the plant food materials to enter a production line;
2) the material hopper and the slice distribution machine send the plant food materials to a filling machine through a conveyor belt, and meat pulp or plant pulp is sprayed on two sides of the filling machine;

7. The method for producing a plant heart cake according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the plant food material is lotus root, the plant heart cake is lotus heart cake, and the thickness of the lotus root is 4.5mm to 7 mm.
8. The plant heart cake production device according to claim 2, wherein a flour-coating machine is arranged between the parallel mesh belt type and the cooking machine or the poaching machine.
