Abstract
本发明公开了一种病树治理防护用混合型涂抹药剂配方及其制备方法,该混合型涂抹药剂的主要成分为水泥、沙子和混合剂,水泥和沙子按照1:1混合,混合剂适量加入,混合剂配方及重量份数为:红糖粉5‑10g,红糖粉内的成分含有氨基酸,可增加植物的蛋白质需求,阿司匹林10‑20g阿司匹林可防止植物根茎组织凝结,戊唑醇10‑20g,戊唑醇具有杀菌的作用,可用于保护植物外层,百菌清10‑15g,百菌清也具有杀菌的作用,用于保护植物外层,防晒剂5‑10g,防晒剂可用于防止树木在高温下旱涝,本发明中多种药剂的配方可有效修复和治理感染的病树,同时在混合剂中添加了水泥和沙子用于包覆树木,大大降低了药剂的挥发性,可使药剂更好地发挥出药效。

技术领域
本发明涉及病树治理领域,特别涉及一种病树治理防护用混合型涂抹药剂配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今社会,林业作为不可缺少的产业,不仅可以伐木做家具、纸张等生活上用品,同时还是必不可少的绿化工程,林业建设一般为种植树木、植被为主,大型园林中,由于气候、环境等因素,往往会出现“病树”,即为受到害虫、气候因素影响而出现树木枝叶、树冠等部位枯死损坏的树木,特别是松材线虫对松树是一种毁灭性的虫害,松树的松材线虫病具有发病致死速度快,传播蔓延迅速,监测防治困难,松树一旦染病,最快40天即可枯死,是一种非常危险的这些病树在日常园林的维护中极为常见,若不及时治理防护,容易对树木、乃至整个林业工程造成较大的危害,影响生态工程的建设进度。
对这些病树的治理措施一般是采用砍伐清理罹病木,而遗留下来的桩木却又变得更加难以处理,近年来的防治手段中出现了一种对病树进行涂抹药剂的方法,通常是利用16%虫线清,菊酯等药剂与水或其他溶剂按一定比例配制而成的药剂涂抹至病树上,但是这种药剂的配方单一,不能较好地对病树进行治疗,同时药剂较高的挥发性,导致药物的药效不能很好地发挥。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种病树治理防护用混合型涂抹药剂配方及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种病树治理防护用混合型涂抹药剂配方及其制备方法,该混合型涂抹药剂的主要成分为水泥、沙子和混合剂,水泥和沙子按照1:1混合,混合剂适量加入,混合剂配方及重量份数为:红糖粉5-10g,红糖粉内的成分含有氨基酸,可增加植物的蛋白质需求,阿司匹林10-20g阿司匹林可防止植物根茎组织凝结,戊唑醇10-20g,戊唑醇具有杀菌的作用,可用于保护植物外层,百菌清10-15g,百菌清也具有杀菌的作用,用于保护植物外层,防晒剂5-10g,防晒剂可用于防止树木在高温下旱涝。

S1:原料混合,将水泥、沙子、水按照1:1:1.5比例添加至反应釜中,利用搅拌器搅拌30-40分钟,搅拌均匀后静置10分钟后按照适量比重加入红糖粉5-10g,阿司匹林10-20g,戊唑醇10-20g,百菌清10-15g,防晒剂5-10g,再利用搅拌器搅拌30-40分钟,搅拌均匀后静置10分钟,两次搅拌过程中需控制反应釜的温度在40-60摄氏度,保证混合液各组分的快速反应和融合;
S2:过滤冷却,将S1混合后的药剂原液进行过滤,将其内部存在的杂质和渣滓过滤掉进行冷却;
S3:灌装,将冷却后的药剂灌装至喷涂装置内,保持密封,以用于后续的病树治理喷涂。

S3:灌装,将冷却后的药剂灌装至喷涂装置内,保持密封,以用于后续的病树治理喷涂。

1.一种病树治理防护用混合型涂抹药剂配方及其制备方法,其特征在于,该混合型涂抹药剂的主要成分为水泥、沙子和混合剂,水泥和沙子按照1:1混合,混合剂适量加入,混合剂配方及重量份数为:红糖粉5-10g,红糖粉内的成分含有氨基酸,可增加植物的蛋白质需求,阿司匹林10-20g阿司匹林可防止植物根茎组织凝结,戊唑醇10-20g,戊唑醇具有杀菌的作用,可用于保护植物外层,百菌清10-15g,百菌清也具有杀菌的作用,用于保护植物外层,防晒剂5-10g,防晒剂可用于防止树木在高温下旱涝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种病树治理防护用混合型涂抹药剂配方的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
S1:原料混合,将水泥、沙子、水按照1:1:1.5比例添加至反应釜中,利用搅拌器搅拌30-40分钟,搅拌均匀后静置10分钟后按照适量比重加入红糖粉5-10g,阿司匹林10-20g,戊唑醇10-20g,百菌清10-15g,防晒剂5-10g,再利用搅拌器搅拌30-40分钟,搅拌均匀后静置10分钟,两次搅拌过程中需控制反应釜的温度在40-60摄氏度,保证混合液各组分的快速反应和融合;
