1. An electronic tag issuing apparatus, comprising:
a base;
the feeding mechanism is arranged on the base and provided with a base body, and the feeding mechanism is used for feeding the base body;
the marking mechanism is arranged on the base and is used for printing information on the substrate;
the visual inspection mechanism is arranged on the base and is used for inspecting whether the information printed by the base is complete and correct;
the issuing mechanism is arranged on the base and is used for writing data into the base to form the electronic tag;
the checking mechanism is arranged on the base and used for reading the data written into the electronic tag and checking whether the data written into the electronic tag is correct or not;
and the blanking mechanism is arranged on the base and is used for rolling the electronic tag.
2. The apparatus for issuing an electronic tag according to claim 1, wherein the substrate on the feeding mechanism is wound around the feeding mechanism after passing through the marking mechanism, the visual inspection mechanism, the issuing mechanism, and the inspection mechanism in this order.
3. The apparatus for issuing an electronic tag according to claim 1, wherein said visual inspection means includes: the industrial personal computer judges whether the printed information is complete and correct according to the received information printed by the base body.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the industrial personal computer is further configured to regularly control the information collecting device to collect information printed by the substrate.
5. The apparatus for issuing an electronic tag according to claim 3, wherein said visual inspection means further comprises: a light source for illuminating the substrate.
6. The apparatus for issuing an electronic tag according to claim 3, wherein said visual inspection means further comprises: the alarm is in communication connection with the industrial personal computer, and when the industrial personal computer judges that the information printed by the substrate is incomplete and/or incorrect, the industrial personal computer controls the alarm to give an alarm.
7. The apparatus for issuing an electronic tag according to claim 1, wherein said issuing entity includes: a plurality of sets of issuing assemblies, each set of issuing assemblies for writing data to a substrate.
8. The apparatus for issuing an electronic tag according to claim 7, wherein each of said issuing means includes: the electronic tag comprises a first reader, a first reader and a first antenna, wherein the first reader is in communication connection with the first reader, the first reader is used for reading information printed on a substrate, and the first reader and the first antenna are matched to write data into the substrate to form the electronic tag.
9. The apparatus for issuing an electronic tag according to claim 8, wherein each of said issuing means further comprises: a first shield adapted to cover an electronic tag and the first antenna.
10. The apparatus for issuing an electronic tag according to claim 1, wherein said verification means includes: and each group of the checking assemblies is used for reading the data written into the electronic tag and checking whether the data written into the electronic tag is correct.
11. The apparatus for issuing an electronic tag according to claim 10, wherein each set of said verification means includes: the electronic tag comprises a checking controller, a second reader-writer and a second antenna, wherein the second reader is used for reading information printed on the electronic tag, the second reader-writer and the second antenna are matched for reading data written in the electronic tag, and the checking controller checks whether the data written in the electronic tag is correct according to the information printed on the electronic tag read by the second reader and the data read in the electronic tag by the second reader-writer.
12. The apparatus for issuing an electronic tag according to claim 11, wherein each set of said verification means further comprises: a second shield adapted to cover an electronic tag and the second antenna.
13. The apparatus for issuing an electronic tag according to claim 1, further comprising: a traction mechanism for driving the substrate to move within the material transport channel of the issuing device.
