The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: the moving wheels 12 and the direction wheels 13 of the moving support mechanism 1 support the whole moving, the electric telescopic rod 28 of the cleaning mechanism 2 stretches in the moving process to enable the dust hood 25 to move downwards, the rotating cleaning roller 26 cleans dust on the ground, then the dust is sucked into the adsorption box 21 through the communicating pipe 24, then slurry in the storage barrel 31 of the storage mechanism 3 is placed into the receiving hopper 41 of the material paving mechanism 4, the slurry flows to the front side and the rear side through the material distributing inclined plate 43, the slurry is horizontally conveyed and falls down through the rotation of the auger shaft 44, and then the falling slurry is scraped flat through the scraping plate 49 in the whole moving process.
