Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed processing, in particular to a feed for breeding porcupines.
Background
The porcupine is a rare animal with high nutritional value, is called as arrow pig, gilt pig and the like, and the national three-level protection animal is on the verge of extinction, has the characteristics of high growth speed, coarse feeding resistance, wide adaptability and the like under the condition of artificial breeding, is rich in various nutritional components such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and the like, has fine and smooth meat quality, is mellow and delicious, is vegetarian with the reputation of animal ginseng, has good market prospect, and has considerable economic benefit.
Although the disease resistance of the porcupine is strong, contact pneumonia occurs in the breeding process, the contact pneumonia is an acute infectious disease which is infected by pathogenic bacteria such as pneumococci, staphylococci and streptococci and takes lung inflammation as a main symptom, and the porcupine has various symptoms due to the fact that the lung generates inflammation and the lung exudate is increased to cause respiratory dysfunction: anorexia or abstinence, no food intake, mental depression, reluctance to move, dyspnea, viscous nasal water flowing out of nostrils, foreign matter adhered around the nostrils, extreme difficulty in breathing, and finally suffocating. The dissected dead porcupines have red and swollen respiratory tract, bleeding spots on the membrane, stripped mucous membrane and mucus filled in the trachea, trachea blockage, congestion or atrophy of the lung, or local necrosis, congestion of the mucous membrane of the digestive tract, and dry feces accumulated in the large intestine.
The pneumonia infectivity is extremely strong, batch death is easy to cause once the control is not good, even if the death does not occur, the benign growth of the porcupine is greatly influenced, the prior pneumonia treatment method generally carries out forced sterilization through hormone medicines by injecting penicillin, streptomycin or cefazolin sodium and the like, however, as is known, the hormone medicines can not be fully discharged out of the body after being absorbed by animals, and the quality of the porcupine and the safety of human eating are influenced. Therefore, prevention of contact pneumonia is extremely important. The bred porcupines are porcupines of 4-10-12 months old at birth, the porcupines have vigorous nutritional requirements on the outside, grow fast, and can effectively shorten the marketing time to reduce the cost and improve the economic value if being fed properly, and the porcupines at the stage are also easy to infect pneumonia in the season with high pneumonia, once infected with pneumonia, the growth vigor of the porcupines is slowed down, the meat quality is deteriorated after hormone treatment, and serious or even death is caused, so that great loss is brought to farmers.
