Abstract
本发明涉及一种蝶阀,特别涉及一种高压自密封蝶阀,解决了蝶阀高压使用的问题。包括阀体与阀轴,所述阀体内设有流道及蝶板,所述流道在蝶板外侧依次设有纯金属密封圈与纯金属阀座,所述纯金属阀座在流向端面上还设有活塞腔,所述阀轴上下两端分别为上阀轴与下阀轴,所述上阀轴端部与阀体之间设有上端盖组件与上自封组件,所述下阀轴端部与阀体之间设有下密封底盖与下自封组件,所述下密封底盖与下阀轴之间固定连接。所述纯金属阀座与流道之间还设有自密封凸台。其采用的现有蝶阀阀座固定,采用多层次密封圈,填料压盖预紧填料防止外漏等技术成熟运用,通过三种手段完全解决了现行蝶阀向高压力蝶阀发展的难点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀,特别涉及一种高压自密封蝶阀。
背景技术
目前国内外蝶阀产品都属于低压蝶阀,公称压力小于或等于PN100(600LB),国内外关于蝶阀的公称压力标准最高也就PN100(600LB),这主要是由于蝶阀的自身结构原因造成的,目前国际上大多数蝶阀都是采用多层次密封圈密封,由于多层次钢片能够承受的压力有限,造成蝶阀压力不能做得太高。另外一方面由于蝶阀需要阀轴固定阀板,高压下阀轴的承受的径向力大,对阀轴材质强度要求高。加之高压下介质压力由阀杆与阀体处的密封外漏,单靠压板的螺栓压力无法抵御高压下介质的渗透力。种种原因导致蝶阀经过多年的发展一直处于中低压状态。
要使突破这样的瓶颈目前就必须从三个发面入手:一是使用纯金属阀座与密封圈,使之能够承受高压下整的碟板的推力,由于三偏心蝶阀采用的是椭圆密封,纯金属阀座纯在加工困难,椭圆度进度难以控制,加之金属与金属密封多表面光洁度,零件的型位公差等要求较高,目前在国内还只有少数几家企业掌握关键技术。二是合理优化碟板形状及阀体内流道面积规划,加大阀杆直径的同时采用高强度材料作为阀杆材料。三是增加阀杆与阀体之间的密封强度,使之能够承受高压下介质的参透力。目前国内还没有具有这样高强度的密封材料。
国内外现行的蝶阀阀轴密封全部靠压盖螺栓压紧填料来增加填料与阀轴的摩擦力来实现密封,这种密封的缺点是阀门开启关闭时填料磨损后容易产生外漏,需要经常预紧填料压盖,同时由于预紧力的有限,不能在高压下很好的实现密封,产生安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有的技术不足,本发明提供一种高压自密封蝶阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种高压自密封蝶阀,包括阀体与阀轴,所述阀体内设有流道及蝶板,所述流道在蝶板外侧依次设有纯金属密封圈与纯金属阀座,所述纯金属阀座在流向端面上还设有活塞腔,所述阀轴上下两端分别为上阀轴与下阀轴,所述上阀轴端部与阀体之间设有上端盖组件与上自封组件,所述下阀轴端部与阀体之间设有下密封底盖与下自封组件,所述下密封底盖与下阀轴之间固定连接。
所述纯金属阀座与流道之间还设有自密封凸台。
所述活塞腔在纯金属阀座上设有腔口,所述活塞腔具有宽部和窄部,所述宽部宽度大于窄部宽度尺寸。
所述宽部设置在活塞腔腔口处以及活塞腔中部位置,所述窄部设置在两宽部之间及活塞腔腔底处。
所述上自封组件与下自封组件均包括自密封芯轴、自密封填料、密封环垫、四开环,所述自密封填料、密封环垫与四开环均设于自密封芯轴外侧壁上,且自密封填料、密封环垫与四开环朝向自密封芯轴轴向端部依次设置。
所述上自封组件还包括四开环定位垫,所述四开环定位垫设于四开环轴向外侧。
所述蝶板外侧呈台阶形结构形成安装槽,所述纯金属密封圈设于安装槽处,所述纯金属密封圈又设于蝶板与纯金属阀座之间。
所述自密封芯轴外侧壁上设有供限位自封的密封锥面。
所述四开环内径与密封环垫内径相等,且四开环外径大于密封环垫外径。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的一种高压自密封蝶阀,其采用的现有蝶阀阀座固定,采用多层次密封圈,填料压盖预紧填料防止外漏等技术成熟运用,通过三种手段完全解决了现行蝶阀向高压力蝶阀发展的难点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种高压自密封蝶阀,包括阀体1与阀轴,所述阀体1内设有流道及蝶板2,此为现有技术,在此不对其做过多阐述和限制。所述流道在蝶板2外侧依次设有纯金属密封圈3与纯金属阀座4,经过反复试验,采用纯金属制成的阀座和密封圈使其结构能够承受高压下介质对碟板的推力,保证密封性。
所述纯金属阀座4在流向端面上还设有活塞腔5,所述活塞腔5在纯金属阀座4上设有腔口,所述活塞腔5具有宽部和窄部,所述宽部宽度大于窄部宽度尺寸。所述宽部设置在活塞腔5腔口处以及活塞腔5中部位置,所述窄部设置在两宽部之间及活塞腔5腔底处。介质进入活塞腔5形成活塞推动结构,进一步加强纯金属阀座4压实、增强密封性。宽部和窄部的设计有利于形成多层的推力结构,类似枝杈形的内部延伸,加强结构强度、起到平衡作用。
所述阀轴上下两端分别为上阀轴6与下阀轴7,所述上阀轴6端部与阀体1之间设有上端盖组件与上自封组件,所述下阀轴7端部与阀体1之间设有下密封底盖8与下自封组件,所述下密封底盖8与下阀轴7之间固定连接。所述自密封芯轴9外侧壁上设有供限位自封的密封锥面。通过设计的压力自密封组合,使阀内压力持续对密封填料施压,实现阀门全生命周期的自紧密封,杜绝了由于高压介质外漏产生的安全隐患。创造性的将蝶阀的上下阀座填料及垫片部位,设计成自密封结构,在装配的时候通过适当的预紧自密封芯轴9,使自密封芯轴9的密封锥面紧贴自密封填料11的密封锥面,行程一个初始的密封状态,自密封填料11通过密封环垫12压紧在四开环13处,当介质压力上升时,自密封芯轴9与自密封填料11以及阀体1之间的密封比压随压力的增加而逐渐增大。实现自密封状态,确保了介质不会外露。
所述纯金属阀座4与流道之间还设有自密封凸台10,通过自密封凸台10形成了迷宫密封结构进一步加强密封性。迷宫密封即使介质通过狭小曲折的通道而达到节流或密封的效果。
所述上自封组件与下自封组件均包括自密封芯轴9、自密封填料11、密封环垫12、四开环13,所述自密封填料11、密封环垫12与四开环13均设于自密封芯轴9外侧壁上,且自密封填料11、密封环垫12与四开环13朝向自密封芯轴9轴向端部依次设置。所述四开环13内径与密封环垫12内径相等,且四开环13外径大于密封环垫12外径。多重密封且介质通道曲折,有利于进一步增强密封性。使用时,由于密封锥面的设计将各多重密封结构或材料进一步压实提高密封性,且随着压力的升高而增强。
所述上自封组件还包括四开环定位垫14,所述四开环定位垫14设于四开环13轴向外侧。此处结构不同于下阀轴7处,故而多设计有四开环定位垫14,有利于结构安装和密封。
所述蝶板2外侧呈台阶形结构形成安装槽15,所述纯金属密封圈3设于安装槽15处,所述纯金属密封圈3又设于蝶板2与纯金属阀座4之间。安装槽15结构有利于纯金属密封圈3及纯金属阀座4的安装固定,也配合形成迷宫密封结构,在高压下适应性更强。

1.一种高压自密封蝶阀,包括阀体与阀轴,所述阀体内设有流道及蝶板,其特征在于,所述流道在蝶板外侧依次设有纯金属密封圈与纯金属阀座,所述纯金属阀座在流向端面上还设有活塞腔,所述阀轴上下两端分别为上阀轴与下阀轴,所述上阀轴端部与阀体之间设有上端盖组件与上自封组件,所述下阀轴端部与阀体之间设有下密封底盖与下自封组件,所述下密封底盖与下阀轴之间固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高压自密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述纯金属阀座与流道之间还设有自密封凸台。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种高压自密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述活塞腔在纯金属阀座上设有腔口,所述活塞腔具有宽部和窄部,所述宽部宽度大于窄部宽度尺寸。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种高压自密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述宽部设置在活塞腔腔口处以及活塞腔中部位置,所述窄部设置在两宽部之间及活塞腔腔底处。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种高压自密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述上自封组件与下自封组件均包括自密封芯轴、自密封填料、密封环垫、四开环,所述自密封填料、密封环垫与四开环均设于自密封芯轴外侧壁上,且自密封填料、密封环垫与四开环朝向自密封芯轴轴向端部依次设置。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种高压自密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述上自封组件还包括四开环定位垫,所述四开环定位垫设于四开环轴向外侧。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种高压自密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述蝶板外侧呈台阶形结构形成安装槽,所述纯金属密封圈设于安装槽处,所述纯金属密封圈又设于蝶板与纯金属阀座之间。
8.如权利要求5所述的一种高压自密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述自密封芯轴外侧壁上设有供限位自封的密封锥面。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种高压自密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述四开环内径与密封环垫内径相等,且四开环外径大于密封环垫外径。
