Abstract
本发明是保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,包括封边框架、保温层、过渡背板层、发电板层和保护层;封边框架用于封边整体复合板,内部的自下而上依次设置为保温层、过渡背板层、保护层以及发电板层;保温层用于在拉毛后的墙面上进行粘连安装,起到保护墙体保温;保温层的外部表面通过组合胶粘连过渡背板层,过渡背板层与保护层紧贴设置,保护层的四周扣接封边框架上,保护层的内部卡接有发电板层。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保技术领域,具体涉及保温发电装饰一体化复合材料。
背景技术
现代建筑外墙均铺设有装饰板以提高建筑外墙的美观。然而,目前的装饰板不具备保温功能,为了使现代建筑具备保温功能,还需要在铺设装饰板之前铺设保温板;
目前对于发电板的安装不便于拆卸,造成后续的维护工作上难度会很大;
其次,发电板的设置无法实现建筑墙面颜色的匹配,使得建筑美观功能不佳;
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,以实现解决上述提到的技术问题,实现了便于拆卸、可依据墙面的颜色进行匹配安装不同颜色的发电板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,包括封边框架、保温层、过渡背板层、发电板层和保护层;
封边框架用于封边整体复合板,内部的自下而上依次设置为保温层、过渡背板层、保护层以及发电板层;
保温层用于在拉毛后的墙面上进行粘连安装,起到保护墙体保温;
保温层的外部表面通过组合胶粘连过渡背板层,过渡背板层与保护层紧贴设置,保护层的四周扣接封边框架上,保护层的内部卡接有发电板层。
进一步的,保护层有若干个横向、纵向的支撑板组成,横向、纵向的支撑板相互垂直结构设置形成安装发电板层的安装口,安装口的内部卡接有发电板层。
进一步的,安装口两侧的支撑板表面分别开设有插接口,发电板层的一侧螺纹连接有卡接柱、另一侧固定连接有弹性卡扣,卡接柱、弹性卡扣对应与插接口卡接。
进一步的,弹性卡扣包括固定筒,固定筒的内部套接抵接弹簧的顶部,抵接弹簧的底部套接有抵接立柱,抵接立柱卡接在插接口的内部。
进一步的,封边框架内部横向的两侧表面均匀安装有卡接底座一、横向的两侧表面均匀安装有卡接底座二,卡接底座一之间插接有横向的支撑板,卡接底座二之间插接有纵向的支撑板。
进一步的,卡接底座一包括固定连接封边框架的支撑杆,支撑杆固定连接卡接筒,卡接底座二包括固定连接封边框架的折弯杆,折弯杆也是固定连接卡接筒,卡接筒的内部插接支撑板固定连接插接块。
进一步的,组合胶的配比高模量聚氨酯密封胶与固化剂按重量比计,为5~7:1.2。
进一步的,过渡背板层材质为PVDF、PET或EVA(GBE)中的任意一种。
综上,本发明提供保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,通过发电板层的两侧设置有卡接件,即弹性卡扣、卡接柱,与支撑板表面分别开设有插接口插接,实现安装的快速以及可拆卸功能,支撑板与封边框架通过倒挂插接的方式进行安装,实现了快速安装以及安装稳固功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示:本发明是保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,包括封边框架1、保温层2、过渡背板层3、发电板层4和保护层5;
封边框架1用于封边整体复合板,内部的自下而上依次设置为保温层2、过渡背板层3、保护层5以及发电板层4;
保温层2用于在拉毛后的墙面上进行粘连安装,起到保护墙体保温;
保温层2的外部表面通过组合胶6粘连过渡背板层3,过渡背板层3与保护层5紧贴设置,保护层5的四周扣接封边框架1上,保护层5的内部卡接有发电板层4。
如图2所示:保护层5有若干个横向、纵向的支撑板7组成,横向、纵向的支撑板7相互垂直结构设置形成安装发电板层4的安装口8,安装口8的内部卡接有发电板层4。
如图2、图5所示:安装口8两侧的支撑板7表面分别开设有插接口9,发电板层4的一侧螺纹连接有卡接柱10、另一侧固定连接有弹性卡扣11,卡接柱10、弹性卡扣11对应与插接口9卡接。
如图5所示:弹性卡扣11包括固定筒12,固定筒12的内部套接抵接弹簧13的顶部,抵接弹簧13的底部套接有抵接立柱14,抵接立柱14卡接在插接口9的内部。
如图4所示:封边框架1内部横向的两侧表面均匀安装有卡接底座一15、横向的两侧表面均匀安装有卡接底座二16,卡接底座一15之间插接有横向的支撑板7,卡接底座二16之间插接有纵向的支撑板7。
进一步的,卡接底座一15包括固定连接封边框架1的支撑杆,支撑杆固定连接卡接筒 17,卡接底座二16包括固定连接封边框架1的折弯杆,折弯杆也是固定连接卡接筒17,卡接筒17的内部插接支撑板7固定连接插接块18。
进一步的,组合胶6的配比高模量聚氨酯密封胶与固化剂按重量比计,为5~7:1.2,优选6:1.2的比重,实现防水和密封牢固连接的作用。
进一步的,过渡背板层3材质为PVDF、PET或EVA(GBE)中的任意一种,优选PET,与C-F 键结合使用,对PET背膜起到持久的保护作用,非常适合于光伏背板。
综上,本发明提供保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,通过发电板层的两侧设置有卡接件,即弹性卡扣、卡接柱,与支撑板表面分别开设有插接口插接,实现安装的快速以及可拆卸功能,支撑板与封边框架通过倒挂插接的方式进行安装,实现了快速安装以及安装稳固功能。
Claims (8)
1.保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,其特征在于,包括封边框架(1)、保温层(2)、过渡背板层(3)、发电板层(4)和保护层(5);
封边框架(1)用于封边整体复合板,内部的自下而上依次设置为保温层(2)、过渡背板层(3)、保护层(5)以及发电板层(4);
保温层(2)用于在拉毛后的墙面上进行粘连安装,起到保护墙体保温;
保温层(2)的外部表面通过组合胶6粘连过渡背板层(3),过渡背板层(3)与保护层(5)紧贴设置,保护层(5)的四周扣接封边框架(1)上,保护层(5)的内部卡接有发电板层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,其特征在于,保护层(5)有若干个横向、纵向的支撑板(7)组成,横向、纵向的支撑板(7)相互垂直结构设置形成安装发电板层(4)的安装口(8),安装口(8)的内部卡接有发电板层(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,其特征在于,安装口(8)两侧的支撑板(7)表面分别开设有插接口(9),发电板层(4)的一侧螺纹连接有卡接柱(10)、另一侧固定连接有弹性卡扣(11),卡接柱(10)、弹性卡扣(11)对应与插接口(9)卡接。
4.根据权利要求3所述保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,其特征在于,弹性卡扣(11)包括固定筒(12),固定筒(12)的内部套接抵接弹簧(13)的顶部,抵接弹簧(13)的底部套接有抵接立柱(14),抵接立柱(14)卡接在插接口(9)的内部。
5.根据权利要求1所述保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,其特征在于,封边框架(1)内部横向的两侧表面均匀安装有卡接底座一(15)、横向的两侧表面均匀安装有卡接底座二(16),卡接底座一(15)之间插接有横向的支撑板(7),卡接底座二(16)之间插接有纵向的支撑板(7)。
6.根据权利要求5所述保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,其特征在于,卡接底座一(15)包括固定连接封边框架(1)的支撑杆,支撑杆固定连接卡接筒(17),卡接底座二(16)包括固定连接封边框架(1)的折弯杆,折弯杆也是固定连接卡接筒(17),卡接筒(17)的内部插接支撑板(7)固定连接插接块(18)。
7.根据权利要求1所述保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,其特征在于,组合胶6的配比高模量聚氨酯密封胶与固化剂按重量比计,为5~7:1.2。
8.根据权利要求1所述保温发电装饰一体化复合材料,其特征在于,过渡背板层(3)材质为PVDF、PET或EVA(GBE)中的任意一种。
