一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,由下列组分组成:溶剂:35‑55质量份;抗静电剂:0.2‑0.6质量份;紫外吸收剂:2‑3质量份;固化剂:0.5‑3质量份;聚酯树脂:25‑50质量份;扩散粒子:0.1‑0.3质量份。一种扩散膜,包括基材层,所述的基材层上涂布有前所述的底涂组合物,涂布后通过烘箱温度110‑165℃烘1‑2min。底部涂布本发明的底涂组合物的光扩散膜,不仅具有透光率好,抗刮性好的效果,而且还有屏蔽紫外辐射的效果。

Description

一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物及其扩散膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,以及扩散膜。
背景技术
液晶背光源体系的主要光学膜片有扩散膜、增亮膜和反射膜。扩散膜的主要作用是将从导光板放射出的光,透过扩散粒子来达到雾化光源的效果。
随着生活质量的提高,人们对健康的重视程度也越来越高,让显示屏减少对人的辐射也是今后的研发方向,通过改进扩散膜的成分来达到屏蔽紫外线的效果也成了目前的细分研发方向。
有专利在扩散层添加紫外吸收剂,但是紫外吸收剂的加入使得有杂质析出造成了透光率下降的结果。
发明内容
为了克服现有扩散膜的上述不足,本发明提供一种一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物及其扩散膜,避免了底涂层析出杂质的情况,使得扩散膜呈现高透光的效果,同时取得较好的抗刮性能。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,由下列组分组成:
溶剂:35-55质量份;
抗静电剂:0.2-0.6质量份;
紫外吸收剂:2-3质量份;
固化剂:0.5-3质量份;
聚酯树脂:25-50质量份;
扩散粒子:0.1-0.3质量份。
优选的,所述溶剂为丁酮、甲苯、环己酮中的一种;
所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺抗静电剂、烷基丙烯酰胺盐抗静电剂中的一种;
所述紫外吸收剂为2,3,4-三羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基-5-磺酸二苯甲酮、2,2′,4,4′-四羟基二苯甲酮、4-羟基二苯甲酮、2,2′-二羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2,2′-二羟基-4,4′-二甲氧基二苯甲酮、5-氯-2-羟基二苯甲酮、二苯甲酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮中的一种;
所述的固化剂为二乙烯三胺、二氨基环己烷;
所述的扩散粒子为PU粒子、PMMA粒子、PBMA粒子中的一种。
一种扩散膜,包括基材层,所述的基材层上涂布有前述的底涂组合物,涂布后通过烘箱温度110-165℃烘1-2min。
本发明的有益效果在于:底部涂布本发明的底涂组合物的光扩散膜,不仅具有透光率好,抗刮性好的效果,而且还有屏蔽紫外辐射的效果。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一,一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,由下列组分组成:
丁酮:40质量份;
乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺抗静电剂:0.5质量份;
2,3,4-三羟基二苯甲酮:2.5质量份;
二乙烯三胺:2质量份;
聚酯树脂:40质量份;
PU粒子:0.2质量份。
制备时,将上述组分混合均匀即可。
实施例二,一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,由下列组分组成:
甲苯:35质量份;
烷基丙烯酰胺盐抗静电剂:0.3质量份;
2-羟基-4-甲氧基-5-磺酸二苯甲酮:3质量份;
二氨基环己烷:0.5质量份;
聚酯树脂:30质量份;
PMMA粒子:0.3质量份。
制备时,将上述组分混合均匀即可。
实施例三,一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,由下列组分组成:
环己酮:55质量份;
乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺抗静电剂:0.2质量份;
2,2′,4,4′-四羟基二苯甲酮:2.2质量份;
二乙烯三胺:1.5质量份;
聚酯树脂:25质量份;
PBMA粒子:0.1质量份。
制备时,将上述组分混合均匀即可。
实施例四,一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,由下列组分组成:
丁酮:50质量份;
乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺抗静电剂:0.6质量份;
4-羟基二苯甲酮:2质量份;
二氨基环己烷:1质量份;
聚酯树脂:50质量份;
PU粒子:0.1质量份。
制备时,将上述组分混合均匀即可。
实施例五,一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,由下列组分组成:
甲苯:55质量份;
烷基丙烯酰胺盐抗静电剂:0.6质量份;
2,2′-二羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮:2.8质量份;
二乙烯三胺:2.5质量份;
聚酯树脂:35质量份;
PMMA粒子:0.2质量份。
制备时,将上述组分混合均匀即可。
实施例六,一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,由下列组分组成:
环己酮:35质量份;
乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺抗静电剂:0.2质量份;
2,2′-二羟基-4,4′-二甲氧基二苯甲酮:3质量份;
二氨基环己烷:3质量份;
聚酯树脂:45质量份;
PBMA粒子:0.3质量份。
制备时,将上述组分混合均匀即可。
实施例七,一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,由下列组分组成:
丁酮:55质量份;
烷基丙烯酰胺盐抗静电剂:0.6质量份;
5-氯-2-羟基二苯甲酮:2.3质量份;
二氨基环己烷:0.7质量份;
聚酯树脂:35质量份;
PBMA粒子:0.2质量份。
制备时,将上述组分混合均匀即可。
实施例八,一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,由下列组分组成:
甲苯:50质量份;
烷基丙烯酰胺盐抗静电剂:0.3质量份;
二苯甲酮:2.5质量份;
二氨基环己烷:0.6质量份;
聚酯树脂:48质量份;
PBMA粒子:0.1质量份。
制备时,将上述组分混合均匀即可。
实施例九,一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,由下列组分组成:
环己酮:38质量份;
乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺抗静电剂:0.5质量份;
2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮:2.5质量份;
二乙烯三胺:0.6质量份;
聚酯树脂:48质量份;
PMMA粒子:0.1质量份。
制备时,将上述组分混合均匀即可。
实施例十,一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,由下列组分组成:
甲苯:40质量份;
乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺抗静电剂:0.6质量份;
2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮:2.4质量份;
二乙烯三胺:0.5质量份;
聚酯树脂:40质量份;
PMMA粒子:0.2质量份。
制备时,将上述组分混合均匀即可。
实施例十一,一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,由下列组分组成:
丁酮:35质量份;
乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺抗静电剂:0.6质量份;
2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮:2.4质量份;
二乙烯三胺:0.5质量份;
聚酯树脂:40质量份;
PMMA粒子:0.2质量份。
制备时,将上述组分混合均匀即可。
实施例十二,一种扩散膜,包括基材层,所述的基材层上涂布有如实施例一-实施例十一所述的底涂组合物,涂布后通过烘箱温度110-165℃烘1-2min。

1.一种用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,其特征在于由下列组分组成:
溶剂:35-55质量份;
抗静电剂:0.2-0.6质量份;
紫外吸收剂:2-3质量份;
固化剂:0.5-3质量份;
聚酯树脂:25-50质量份;
扩散粒子:0.1-0.3质量份。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于扩散膜的底涂组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂为丁酮、甲苯、环己酮中的一种;
所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺抗静电剂、烷基丙烯酰胺盐抗静电剂中的一种;
所述紫外吸收剂为2,3,4-三羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基-5-磺酸二苯甲酮、2,2′,4,4′-四羟基二苯甲酮、4-羟基二苯甲酮、2,2′-二羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2,2′-二羟基-4,4′-二甲氧基二苯甲酮、5-氯-2-羟基二苯甲酮、二苯甲酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮中的一种;
所述的固化剂为二乙烯三胺、二氨基环己烷;
所述的扩散粒子为PU粒子、PMMA粒子、PBMA粒子中的一种。
3.一种扩散膜,包括基材层,其特征在于:所述的基材层上涂布有如权利要求1或2所述的底涂组合物,涂布后通过烘箱温度110-165℃烘1-2min。
