1-2 structural examples of Lighting appliances
Next, the structure of the lighting fixture 10 and the frame assembly 11 will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 5.
Fig. 3 is a view showing the lighting fixture 10 and the balustrade portion 7, and is a perspective view showing the fixed portion in an open state. Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing the lighting fixture 10 and the balustrade portion 7, and fig. 5 is a sectional view showing the lighting fixture 10 and the balustrade portion 7.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the frame assembly 11 includes: a support portion 12 that movably supports the moving handrail 9; a frame 13 for fixing the support portion 12; and a panel bracket 14 for mounting the balustrade panel 8.
The frame 13 has a cross-sectional shape cut in the width direction, which is substantially C-shaped, and is open vertically downward. The frame 13 has a support surface portion 13a, a first covering portion 13b, and a second covering portion 13 c. The support portion 12 is attached to the support surface portion 13 a. The first covering portion 13b and the second covering portion 13c are bent downward in the vertical direction from both ends in the width direction of the supporting surface portion 13 a. The end portion of the first covering portion 13b and the second covering portion 13c opposite to the supporting surface portion 13a, that is, the lower end portion in the vertical direction, is bent toward the balustrade panel 8. The lower end of the second covering portion 13c is inserted into the seal member 8a attached to the side surface portion in the width direction of the balustrade panel 8.
The panel bracket 14 is mounted on the upper end portion in the up-down direction in the balustrade panel 8, and is covered with the frame 13. In addition, the panel bracket 14 is arranged at the seam of the plurality of balustrade panels 8.
The panel holder 14 is formed with a fitting recess 14a and a fixing groove 14 b. The fitting recess 14a is formed at the lower end in the vertical direction of the panel holder 14 and is fitted to the upper end of the balustrade panel 8. The fixing groove portion 14b is formed in a side surface portion of the panel holder 14 on one end portion side in the width direction. The fixing groove portions 14b may be formed on both side surface portions in the width direction of the panel holder 14.
The fixing groove portion 14b is a groove portion extending in the longitudinal direction of the panel holder 14. A fixing screw 44 for fixing a lamp holder 41 of an existing passenger conveyor shown in fig. 6 described later can be coupled and fixed to the fixing groove portion 14 b. After the retrofit, as shown in fig. 5, the mounting clip 21 of a new lighting fixture 10 described later is engaged.
Next, the structure of the lighting fixture 10 will be described.
The lighting fixture 10 is attached to a lower end portion in the vertical direction of the frame assembly 11. The lighting fixture 10 includes a plurality of attachment clips 21, a lighting base 22, a lighting fixture 23, a light source 24, a lighting cover 25, a wiring 26 for the light source 24, and a cover 27.
The attachment clip 21 is disposed at a position where the panel holder 14 is provided in the frame assembly 11. The attachment clip 21 is formed by bending a substantially flat plate-like member. The attachment clip 21 has an attachment surface portion 21a, a first hook 21b, a second hook 21c, and a fixing hole 21 d. The mounting surface portion 21a is formed in a substantially flat plate shape. The mounting surface portion 21a is formed with a fixing hole 21 d.
Further, a first hook 21b is formed at one end portion in the width direction of the attachment surface portion 21a, and a second hook 21c is formed at the other end portion in the width direction of the attachment surface portion 21 a. The first hook 21b and the second hook 21c are bent substantially perpendicularly upward in the vertical direction from both ends in the width direction of the attachment surface portion 21 a. The end portion of the first hook 21b on the side opposite to the mounting surface portion 21a is bent toward one end portion in the width direction. Further, an end portion of the second hook 21c on the opposite side to the attachment surface portion 21a is bent toward the other end portion in the width direction.
The first hook 21b abuts against an inner wall surface of the first covering portion 13b of the frame 13, and the second hook 21c engages with the fixing groove portion 14b of the panel holder 14. In addition, the first hook 21b and the second hook 21c may be formed of a member having elasticity. This allows the second hook 21c to be easily engaged with the fixing groove portion 14 b.
When the attachment clip 21 is attached to the frame assembly 11, the attachment surface portion 21a is disposed in an opening formed below the frame 13 in the vertical direction. The lighting socket 22 is fixed to the mounting surface portion 21a via a fixing screw 29.
The lighting seat 22 has a fixed surface portion 22a and a folded back portion 22 b. The fixed surface portion 22a is formed in a substantially flat plate shape. The fixing surface portion 22a is formed with a seat-side fixing hole 22c into which a fixing screw 29 is inserted. The seat-side fixing hole 22c is a long hole extending along the longitudinal direction of the fixing surface portion 22a, i.e., the moving direction of the step 5. By forming the seat-side fixing hole 22c as an elongated hole, alignment of the attachment clip 21 with the illumination seat 22 can be easily performed.
The other end in the width direction of the fixed surface portion 22a, that is, the end on the balustrade panel 8 side is inserted into the seal member 8a provided on the balustrade panel 8. Further, a folded-back portion 22b is formed at one end portion in the width direction of the fixed surface portion 22a, that is, at an end portion on the first covering portion 13b side. The folded portion 22b is bent from one end of the fixed surface portion 22a toward the upper end in the vertical direction. The folded portion 22b is disposed between the fixed surface portion 22a and the lower end portion of the first covering portion 13b, and is inserted into the frame 13. This prevents the fingers of the passenger from coming into contact with the end of the fixed surface portion 22 a.
In addition, when the lighting socket 22 has been attached to the attachment clip 21, the fixing surface portion 22a closes the opening formed between the first covering portion 13b of the frame 13 and the balustrade panel 8. This prevents the fingers of the passenger from entering the frame 13 with the illumination seat 22.
Further, the illumination fixing portion 23 is fixed in advance to the bottom surface portion in the vertical direction of the fixing surface portion 22a by a fixing method such as fastening and fixing using a fixing screw or adhesion using an adhesive material. The illumination fixing section 23 is formed in a substantially C-shaped cross section, and is open vertically downward. The light source 24 can be attached to the illumination fixing portion 23.
The light source 24 is, for example, a band-shaped LED module in which a plurality of LEDs are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the frame assembly 11. A wire 26 is provided at one end in the longitudinal direction of the light source 24. The wiring 26 is disposed along the frame assembly 11 and connected to a power supply provided in the layer plate 4. The wiring 26 may extend from the inlet 4a into the floor 4.
Further, a lighting cover 25 covering the light source 24 is attached to a lower end portion in the vertical direction of the lighting fixture 23. The illumination cover 25 extends along the longitudinal direction of the frame assembly 11. Further, covers 27 are attached to both longitudinal ends of the illumination fixing portion 23 and the illumination cover 25. The openings at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the illumination cover 25 are closed by the cover 27.
By forming the fixing surface portion 22a of the lighting socket 22 into a flat shape, the lighting fixture 23 and the light source 24 can be easily attached to the lighting socket 22. Further, by forming the illumination holder 22 and the illumination fixing portion 23 in a flat shape, the light source 24 is not limited to a band-shaped LED module, and organic EL or other various light sources can be applied.
Further, the fixing surface portion 22a of the illumination holder 22 and the illumination fixing portion 23 may be subjected to unevenness or mirror finishing for diffusing the light irradiated from the light source 24.
2. Method for retrofitting passenger conveyor
Next, a method of retrofitting the passenger conveyor having the above-described structure is described with reference to fig. 5, 6 to 8. In the following description, an example of replacing the lighting fixture of the passenger conveyor as a retrofit method will be described.
Fig. 6 is a sectional view showing a lighting fixture of a conventional passenger conveyor. Fig. 7 is a sectional view showing a state where an original lighting fixture is detached from the frame assembly.
First, the structure of the lighting fixture 40 of the conventional passenger conveyor will be described with reference to fig. 6. The frame assembly 11 of the balustrade portion 7 has the same configuration as the frame assembly 11 of the passenger conveyor 1 of the present example, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 6, the lighting fixture 40 before retrofitting includes a lamp holder 41, a lamp cover 42, a light source 43 made of a fluorescent lamp, a fixing screw 44, and a wiring 45. The lamp holder 41 is fixed to the panel holder 14 via a fixing screw 44. The fixing screw 44 is fastened and fixed in a fixing groove portion 14b provided in the panel bracket 14. The lamp holder 41 is provided with a light source 43. The wiring 45 connected to the light source 43 is led out from the frame 13 to the support portion 12. The shade 42 is disposed so as to close an opening formed between the first cover portion 13b of the frame 13 and the balustrade panel 8.
In the method of retrofitting the passenger conveyor, first, as shown in fig. 7, the lamp cover 42 and the light source 43 of the existing lighting fixture 40 are detached from the frame assembly 11. Next, the fixing screw 44 is removed, and the lamp holder 41 is removed from the panel holder 14. This enables the original lighting fixture 40 to be detached from the balustrade portion 7. The conventional method of detaching the lighting fixture 40 is not limited to the above-described method, and can be set appropriately according to the configuration of the lighting fixture 40.
Fig. 8 is a sectional view showing an attaching operation of the attaching clip 21 of the new lighting fixture 10.
Next, as shown in fig. 8, the worker inserts the attachment clip 21 through the opening formed between the first covering portion 13b of the frame 13 and the balustrade panel 8. The position where the mounting clip 21 is inserted is a position where the panel bracket 14 is provided in the frame assembly 11.
Next, as shown in fig. 5, the worker brings the first hook 21b of the attachment clip 21 into contact with the inner wall surface of the first covering portion 13b of the frame 13, and engages the second hook 21c of the attachment clip 21 with the fixing groove portion 14b of the panel bracket 14. Thereby, the attachment clip 21 is attached to the frame assembly 11.
As described above, according to the lighting apparatus 10 of the present embodiment, the attachment clip 21 can be attached to the frame assembly 11 without using a fixing screw or the like. As a result, even if the position near the hand of the worker is not visible by the frame 13, the attachment clip 21 can be easily set.
Next, the lighting fixture 22 is fixed to the mounting surface portion 21a of the mounting clip 21 using a fixing screw 29 (see fig. 3). In addition, since the mounting surface portion 21a faces the opening of the frame 13, the illumination seat 22 can be easily fixed to the mounting clip 21. The illumination fixing portion 23, the light source 24, and the illumination cover 25 are previously attached to the illumination base 22. When the lighting seat 22 is fixed, the other end portion of the fixing surface portion 22a of the lighting seat 22 is inserted into the sealing member 8a, and the folded portion 22b of the lighting seat 22 is inserted into the frame 13.
Then, the wiring 26 of the light source 24 is extended along the frame assembly 11 and connected to a power supply provided in the layer plate portion 4. Through such steps, the method of retrofitting the passenger conveyor is completed.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, and can be variously modified and implemented without departing from the scope of the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the escalator in which steps are stepped has been described as an example of the inclined passenger conveyor, but the passenger conveyor of the present invention can be applied to a moving road having a plurality of steps in which steps are not stepped, that is, a so-called moving walkway.
In addition, the present invention can also be applied to a passenger conveyor having a frame in which a portion parallel to the upper horizontal section and the lower horizontal section is provided in at least a part of the inclined section. Further, the same can be applied to a passenger conveyor having a frame in which the extending direction of the inclined section changes in a curved manner, and thus the extending direction of the upper horizontal section and the lower horizontal section is different.
Further, although the example in which the lighting fixture 10 is provided only on the outer side in the width direction of the rail portion 7 has been described, the lighting fixture 10 is not limited to this, and may be provided on the inner side in the width direction of the rail portion 7, that is, the end portion on the side of the step 5.
Further, the present invention is not limited to the inclined passenger conveyor, and can be applied to a horizontal passenger conveyor in which the heights of 2 entrance ports provided at both ends are not changed.
In the present specification, terms such as "parallel" and "orthogonal" are used, but they do not mean only "parallel" and "orthogonal" strictly, and they include "substantially parallel" and "orthogonal" and within a range in which they can function.
