at least one of the hanging rods 300 is a movable hanging rod 300, the bottom end of the movable hanging rod 300 is connected with the hanging seats 400, and when one hanging seat 400 slides relative to the lamp frame 600, the movable hanging rod connected with the hanging seat 400 correspondingly changes the distance between the movable hanging rod and the adjacent hanging rod 300.

The guide rail 900 has a guide surface 901 to which the hanging base 400 is attached, a positioning groove 902 is formed in the guide surface 901 and has a same extending direction as the guide rail 900, and fastening members 903 extending into the corresponding positioning grooves 902 are respectively installed at both ends of the hanging base 400 in the length direction and are positioned on the top side of the lamp frame 600 by the fastening members 903.
The hanging seat 400 can be fixed at any position by matching the positioning groove 902 with the fastener 903, so that stepless adjustment is realized. In the installation process, the hanging seat 400 is only required to be lapped on the guide surface 901 and fixed through the fastener 903, and the installation is simple and convenient.
And the positioning slot 902 is a continuous through slot, so the hanging base 400 can be fixed at any position on the positioning slot 902, and the stepless adjustment of the distance between the hanging rods 300 is realized.
The fastener 903 is provided with external threads 904, and the external threads 904 are tightly matched with the groove wall of the positioning groove 902.

The cover plate 800 is located at the lower end of the hanging seat 400, other components such as the controller 801 can be arranged on the cover plate 800, and the controller 801 can adjust signals transmitted to the light source assembly 700, so that the light source assembly 700 can work normally.
The hanging seat 400 having a zigzag shape is spaced apart from the cover plate 800 by a certain distance, so that the cover plate 800 is not damaged when the hanging rod 300 passes through the second through hole 502. Each connecting strip is parallel to the cover plate 800, so that the connecting strips 401 can be tightly attached to the guide surface 901, and the hanging seat 400 can stably run when sliding.
The outer frame 601 may fix the light source assembly 700 and the cover plate 800. The light source emitted by the light emitting strip 706 enters the light guide plate 703 and then is diffused at various angles, so that the light guide plate 703 emits light uniformly, the light-impermeable plate 702 reflects the light source emitted to the top end of the lamp 100 to the opposite direction, and the light diffusion plate 704 is arranged at the light outlet side of the light guide plate 703 and prevents light from being dazzled together with the prism plate 705, so that the light is softer. As a preferable scheme, the hanging seat 400 is fixed on the guide rail 900 and can slide along the guide rail 900, the cover plate 800 is overlapped on the first step 603 and is fixed by matching with the first limit groove 606 through the bolt 905, the second limit groove 607 is provided with a fixing strip 707 for reinforcing the fixation of the light source assembly 700, the third step 605 is provided with the light emitting strip 706, the light emitting strip 706 faces the light guide plate 703, and the second step 604 is fixed with the prism plate.
