Claims (10)

1. A portable deep low temperature cold therapy soft cabin is characterized by comprising a cold therapy cabin body and a console, wherein the console is connected with the cold therapy cabin body through an L-shaped ventilation pipe; an air inlet channel and an air outlet channel are arranged in the L-shaped ventilation pipe;
the cold therapy cabin body comprises an outer surface layer and an inner layer, and an inflatable supporting cavity is formed between the outer surface layer and the inner layer; the inner side of the inner lining forms a cold therapy cavity chamber when the inflatable supporting cavity is in an inflated state;
the top of the cold therapy cabin body is provided with a through hole;
the front of the cold therapy cabin body is provided with a soft cabin door;
the side wall of the cold therapy cabin body is connected with a first cylindrical belt and a second cylindrical belt;
the control panel is arranged on the console, the control panel, the centrifugal fan, the liquid nitrogen release device and the air blower are arranged in the console, and the centrifugal fan, the liquid nitrogen release device and the air blower are all electrically connected with the control panel.
2. The portable deep hypothermia cryotherapy soft capsule of claim 1 wherein the capsule body is generally cylindrical in configuration when inflated.

The portable deep hypothermia cryotherapy soft capsule of claim 1 wherein the top port is circular and centered, and when a person stands in the cryotherapy cavity chamber, the head extends through the circular port and performs in-situ activities; the inside wall of the circular opening is made of cotton cloth.

The portable deep low temperature cryotherapy soft cabin according to claim 1, wherein the inflatable support cavity is formed by sewing and vertically stretching a plurality of pieces of high strength cloth, so that the cavity of the whole inflatable support cavity is uniformly divided into a plurality of vertical sections.
5. The portable deep low temperature cold therapy soft cabin according to claim 4, characterized in that the high-strength cloth is made of high-strength ultra-low temperature special resistant material formed by plain weaving of polyester warp and weft.

The portable deep hypothermia cryotherapy soft capsule of claim 1 wherein the first cylindrical belt is a nitrogen inlet/outlet connected to the cryotherapy chamber; the second cylindrical belt is an air inlet and an air outlet, one end of the second cylindrical belt is communicated to the inflatable supporting cavity, and the other end of the second cylindrical belt is connected with the air blower; PE cotton is sewed into the inner part of the second cylindrical belt.
7. The portable deep hypothermia cryotherapy soft capsule of claim 6 wherein a transverse portion of the L-shaped ventilation tube is placed within the first cylindrical band and a vertical portion is placed within the cryotherapy cavity chamber.
8. The portable deep low temperature cold therapy soft cabin according to claim 1, wherein the soft cabin door adopts a special hidden L-shaped zipper to directly pass through the top of the cabin body, and the soft cabin door is provided with a round chamfer.

The portable deep low temperature cold therapy soft cabin according to claim 1, characterized in that a cavity for accommodating the cold therapy cabin body in an uninflated state is further arranged in the console; the control screen adopts the high performance thing networking touch-sensitive screen to carry out instruction operation control, control start air-blower, liquid nitrogen release to and set up height weight data.
10. The portable deep cryogenic cold therapy soft cabin according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the installation and working process of the portable deep cryogenic cold therapy soft cabin is as follows:
(1) taking out the cold therapy cabin from the control console cavity, connecting the blower into the second cylindrical belt, and operating the control console by an operator to start the blower to inflate the cabin to form a cold therapy cavity chamber;
(2) after the air inflation is finished, the vertical part of the L-shaped ventilation pipe penetrates through the first cylindrical belt and extends into the cold therapy cavity chamber, and the transverse part of the L-shaped ventilation pipe is positioned in the first cylindrical belt and is connected with a liquid nitrogen release device in the console;
(3) the L-shaped zipper is opened to open the soft cabin door, a person to be treated with cold enters the cold treatment cavity chamber, and the zipper is closed to close the soft cabin door;
(4) the height and the weight of a person to be subjected to cold therapy are set through a control screen of the console, a cold therapy function button is clicked to be opened, the electromagnetic valve is electrified to work, a liquid nitrogen channel of a liquid nitrogen releasing device in the console is opened, enters a liquid nitrogen cavity under the action of pressure and is evaporated into nitrogen; then flows through the air outlet channel of the L-shaped ventilation pipe under the action of the centrifugal fan to enter the cold therapy cavity chamber, so that the temperature in the chamber is rapidly reduced;
(5) part of the high-temperature nitrogen after heat exchange returns to the liquid nitrogen cavity through the air inlet channel of the L-shaped ventilation pipe, and is mixed with the low-temperature nitrogen just finished the evaporation process and then sent into the cold treatment cavity chamber of the soft cabin again.
