Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a fumigation inflatable type thermotherapy device for rheumatoid arthritis adjuvant therapy.
Background
The rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic autoimmune disease mainly caused by arthropathy, and is mainly clinically manifested as joint swelling and pain caused by synovial membrane of facet joints, cartilage destruction and joint gap narrowing, and joint stiffness, deformity and dysfunction caused by severe bone destruction and absorption at late stage, which are common in finger joints and easily cause the patients to be unable to take care of their lives, thus causing serious injury to the bodies and mind of the patients.
The conventional treatment adopted by western medicine of the disease usually adopts analgesics and hormones, which bring great side effects to patients, the external application treatment and oral treatment which adopt traditional Chinese medicine are common methods in the prior treatment, and when the medicine is used for treatment, the physical therapy for relieving the symptoms of the rheumatism bone disease, such as acupuncture and massage or fumigation thermotherapy, can effectively relieve the local physical discomfort of the patients.
Among the above-mentioned therapeutic methods, the thermal therapy fumigation method has an obvious effect, because the thermal therapy can expand local blood vessels, the blood flow speed is accelerated, it is beneficial to the discharge of toxin in the tissue, at the same time, it can promote blood circulation, increase blood flow, accelerate metabolism, enhance the phagocytic function of leucocytes, the thermal therapy can reduce the excitability of pain nerve, improve blood circulation, reduce inflammatory edema, accelerate the discharge of pain-causing substances and the absorption of exudates, thus relieving the pressure of local nerve endings, the thermal therapy can expand local blood vessels, increase the blood flow on the body surface, thus relatively reducing the congestion of deep tissues, the thermal therapy can expand local blood vessels, promote blood circulation, and make the patient feel warm and comfortable.
