Abstract
The invention discloses a wheat seed soaking liquid and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the soaking liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-4 parts of gibberellin, 10-15 parts of magnesium chloride, 10-20 parts of potassium nitrate, 8-12 parts of calcium chloride, 4-6 parts of zinc chloride, 4-8 parts of compound amino acid and 900-1200 parts of water. The seed soaking liquid can provide sufficient and rich nutrient substances for wheat seeds, promote the growth and development of the seeds and the germination of the seeds by limiting the components of each raw material, and achieve the aim of improving the planting yield of the wheat.

The second aspect of the present invention provides a preparation method of the seed soaking liquid, including the following steps:
(a) dissolving magnesium chloride, potassium nitrate, calcium chloride and zinc chloride in water to obtain a mixed solution;
(b) and adding gibberellin and compound amino acid into the mixed solution and uniformly stirring to obtain the seed soaking solution.
The third aspect of the invention provides an application of the seed soaking liquid in wheat planting.
The fourth aspect of the invention provides a wheat planting method, which comprises the following steps:
(a) spreading a base fertilizer on a planting field, ploughing, soaking seeds of wheat, and then sowing, wherein the soaking seeds are the soaking seeds according to any one of claims 1-5;
(b) performing first irrigation when the wheat emergence rate reaches 80% -90%, and performing second irrigation when the wheat emergence rate reaches 11-12 early days;
(c) carrying out third irrigation and applying urea during 3-4 months in the second year;
(d) and harvesting after the wheat is mature.
Preferably, the seed soaking temperature is 30-50 ℃, and the time is 0.2-0.6 h.
Preferably, the base fertilizer is a ternary compound fertilizer, and the fertilizing amount is 40-50 kg/mu; the plowing depth is 20-30 cm;

(a) dissolving magnesium chloride, potassium nitrate, calcium chloride and zinc chloride in water to obtain a mixed solution;
