Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[ first embodiment ]
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an outline that the present service can be realized by an information processing system including an information processing apparatus of one embodiment of the present invention.
This service is a service in which the user U can purchase the costume of the performer in real time while the television program is being played.
That is, according to the present service, for example, the user U sees the clothing C worn by the actor a shown in fig. 1 while watching a television program through the television receiver M (hereinafter simply referred to as "television M") and wants, for example, "good loves! "" I want this! "where (manufacturer, or brand) clothing? ". The user U can purchase the costume C of the actor a in real time by simply operating the user terminal 2 such as a smartphone at the desired time.
Specifically, for example, the user terminal 2 accesses an EC site that sells a garment (in the example of fig. 1, garment C) worn by a presenter (in the example of fig. 1, presenter a) shown in the television M at a prescribed timing (for example, the timing shown in fig. 1), and displays a page P on which the garment C can be purchased.
The EC site sets pages (in the example of fig. 1, pages on which costumes C of a presenter a can be purchased) for costumes C of r (r is 1 or an integer value larger than 1) kinds worn by any one of q (q is 1 or an integer value larger than 1) named presentities a in a television program. That is, the EC site as the aggregate of the plurality of pages may be a catalog on which the clothes C1 to Cr worn by any one of the performers a1 to Aq in the television program are purchased on line.
In the user terminal 2 accessing the commodity directory (EC site), the display object (page P in the example of fig. 1) is updated at a predetermined time interval (for example, every 1 second).
Thus, a page for purchasing clothing worn by the performer currently being televised (currently being shown on the television M) in real time can be displayed on the user terminal 2.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, when a presenter a shows on a television M, a page P that can purchase a costume C worn by the presenter a is displayed on the user terminal 2.
Thus, the user U can purchase, in real time, the clothing included in the page displayed on the user terminal 2 at the time of the click thereof (i.e., the clothing worn by the performer shown on the television M) by a simple operation such as clicking the user terminal 2.
For example, in the example of fig. 1, at the point of time when the performer a who wears the clothing C is showing on the television M (i.e., the point of time when the page P that can purchase the clothing C is displayed on the user terminal 2), the user U can purchase his clothing C immediately by performing a simple operation such as clicking.
In addition, the catalog (EC site) is set so as to be accessible within a prescribed time (for example, 1 day) even after the television playback of the television program is finished.
Thereby, even after the television program ends, the user U can view the costume of the performer (for example, the costume C of the performer a or the like in the example of fig. 1) through the user terminal 2 and make a purchase as needed.
Specifically, for example, in the example of fig. 1, clothing companies B1 to Bm (m is 1 or an integer value greater than 1), the television station T, implement the present service by providing various information to the service provider G.
More specifically, for example, a television station T performs television broadcasting of a television program. In this television program, although not shown in fig. 1, performers a1 to Aq each perform a performance by wearing one or more of clothing C1 to Cr.
The television station T provides the service provider G with a schedule of the television program, which may specify, for example, time periods during which the performers a1 to Aq are respectively present in the television program (hereinafter referred to as "a performer time schedule").
Specifically, for example, in the actor time schedule, information "the actor a2 is present for a time period from 21 hours 03 minutes 05 seconds to 21 hours 06 minutes 42 seconds" is included.
Further, for example, clothing companies B1 to Bm are the same companies selling at least some of clothing C1 to Cr, respectively.
The clothing companies B1 to Bm respectively provide the service provider G with information (hereinafter referred to as "clothing information") relating to, for example, clothing C1 to Cr worn by any one of the performers a1 to Aq.
In the service provider G, for example, information (hereinafter referred to as "clothing time schedule") that can specify time periods during which the clothing C1 to Cr respectively appear in television programs can be generated based on the actor time schedule and the clothing information.
The clothing time schedule may be generated by the television station T, the clothing companies B1 to Bm, or a third party (not shown).
Specifically, for example, the clothing time schedule includes information that "the time period for which clothing C6 of clothing company B3 comes out is from 21 o 'clock 03 minutes 05 seconds to 21 o' clock 06 minutes 42 seconds".
In addition, for example, in the service provider G, a correspondence table is created that associates the clothing time schedule with the actor time schedule.
The "correspondence table" is information indicating correspondence between time slots when the players a1 to Aq are present in the television program, the players a1 to Aq, and the wearing objects in the clothes C1 to Cr, respectively.
A specific example of the correspondence table will be described later with reference to fig. 5.
The correspondence table may be displayed on the user terminal 2 instead of the conventional television program table.
Thereby, the user U can confirm, for example, a detailed time schedule of "the time period for which the performer a2 who wears the clothing C6 of the clothing company B3 shows in the television M is from 21 o 'clock 03 min 05 sec to 21 o' clock 06 min 42 sec".
Among the clothes C1 to Cr, clothes (clothes shown on the television M) appearing on the television program at present are displayed in real time by highlight display or the like. Thus, for example, at point 21, about 04 minutes, the user U can easily and immediately confirm the clothing information "now the presenter a2 is being shown in the television M, and the clothing worn by the presenter a2 is the clothing C6 of the clothing company B3".
Further, the service provider G also creates an EC site, which is composed of pages P on which various items of clothing C1 to Cr can be purchased, based on the clothing information, and manages and operates the EC site.
That is, the EC site has, for each of the costumes C1 to Cr worn by any one of the performers a1 to Aq in the television program, a web page P (in the example of fig. 1, the page P on which the costume C of the performer a can be purchased) on which the costume Ck (k is an integer value of any one of 1 to r) can be purchased, respectively.
The respective pages P constituting the EC site (the respective pages P on which the clothing Ck can be purchased) are arranged on the internet. The arrangement position of each page P, that is, information indicating a URL (uniform Resource locator) (hereinafter referred to as "URL information") is managed in the service provider G. A specific example of the URL information will be described later with reference to fig. 6.
The user terminal 2 acquires the URL information at the start of the television broadcast of the television program to display a page P on which the clothing Ck worn by the performer who is currently present in the television program can be purchased. And, the user terminal 2 accesses the URL shown in the URL information and displays the page P.
Such a series of processes is performed at predetermined time intervals (for example, every 1 second). As a result, the page P displayed on the user terminal 2 (page P of the EC site as the catalog) is sequentially updated to each page P of each type of clothing C that can be purchased with time change in synchronization with the clothing C (the performer a) that changes time in the television program.
Therefore, the user U can purchase the clothing Ck displayed on the user terminal 2 at the time of clicking thereof (that is, the clothing Ck worn by the performer shown on the television M at the time of clicking thereof) in real time by a simple operation such as clicking the user terminal 2.
As described above, according to the present service, it is not necessary to search for a conventional EC site (a clothing site, a site of a shopping mall) or search for a desired clothing Ck at an actual sales shop as the user U. Thus, "want now at once! "such mood of the user U can be responded to accurately.
That is, according to the present service, for example, in the case of using a drama as a television program, it is expected that the drama is gradually recognized by society as one of fashion catalogs (i.e., "drama catalogs").
In addition, according to the present service, as the television station T, the user U for the purpose of purchasing clothing can be obtained as a new viewer of television broadcasting (television program). In addition, since the television program can be advertised in a new genre that has not been found before, the audience rating of the television program can be improved.
Further, as the clothing companies B1 to Bm, a sales promotion using television programs can be implemented. Further, since the merchandise of the company can be advertised in a new manner which has not been provided, the sales amount can be improved.
In addition, the catalog (EC site) is set so as to be accessible within a prescribed time (for example, one day) even after the television playback of the television program is ended.
Thus, even after the television program is ended, the user U can view the costume C of the performer (costume C of the performer a, etc.) through the user terminal 2 and make a purchase as needed.
Next, a configuration of an information processing system that realizes the present service of fig. 1 will be described.
Fig. 2 is a diagram showing the configuration of an information processing system that can implement the present service of fig. 1. That is, fig. 2 is a diagram showing the configuration of an information processing system including a management server according to a first embodiment of an information processing apparatus of the present invention.
The information processing system shown in fig. 2 is configured to include a management server 1, user terminals 2-1 to 2-n, clothing company servers 3-1 to 3-m, and a television station server 4.
The management server 1, the user terminals 2-1 to 2-N, the clothing company servers 3-1 to 3m, and the television station server 4 are connected to each other via a predetermined network N such as the internet.
The management server 1 is an information processing apparatus managed by the service provider G of fig. 1. The management server 1 executes various processes for realizing the service while appropriately communicating with the user terminals 2-1 to 2-n, the clothing company servers 3-1 to 3-m, and the television station server 4, respectively.
Specifically, for example, the management server 1 receives and acquires the clothing information transmitted from the clothing company server 3, and the schedule of the time of the event transmitted from the television station server 4. The management server 1 generates a clothing time schedule based on the acquired clothing information and the actor time schedule. In addition, the clothing time schedule may also be generated by the television station server 4, the clothing company server 3, or a third party (not shown).
In addition, the management server 1 generates a correspondence table by associating the clothing time schedule with the actor time schedule.
In addition, the management server 1 generates and manages an EC site (catalog) that can purchase clothing C1 to Cr sold by at least some of the clothing companies B1 to Bm, respectively, based on the clothing information. The URL information of each page P constituting the generated EC site is managed in the management server 1.
The user terminals 2-1 to 2-n are information processing apparatuses operated by users U1 to Un, respectively. The user terminals 2-1 to 2-n are constituted by, for example, smart phones, tablets, and the like.
Hereinafter, when the users U1 to Un are not distinguished and referred to as "users U", the user terminals 2-1 to 2-n are collectively referred to as "user terminals 2".
As described above, the user terminal 2 acquires the URL information thereof at the start of the television broadcast of the television program to display a page on which the clothing worn by the performer who is currently present in the television program can be purchased. Then, the user terminal 2 accesses the URL indicated by the URL information and displays the page.
For example, in the present embodiment, a dedicated application (hereinafter referred to as "dedicated application") for receiving the service is installed in the user terminal 2. In addition, hereinafter, in the case of expressing "the user U operates the user terminal 2", this means that the user U starts a dedicated application installed on the user terminal 2 and performs various operations unless the user rejects.
The clothing company servers 3-1 to 3-1 are information processing apparatuses managed by the clothing companies B1 to Bm of fig. 1, respectively. The clothing company servers 3-1 to 3m manage the clothing information, respectively. In addition, the clothing company servers 3-1 to 3m respectively transmit the clothing information managed by themselves to the management server 1.
Hereinafter, the clothing companies B1 to Bm and the clothing company servers 3-1 to 3m are collectively referred to as "clothing company B" and "clothing company server 3", respectively, without distinguishing them one by one.
The station server 4 is an information processing apparatus managed by the station T of fig. 1. The station server 4 generates and manages a presenter time schedule. In addition, the television station server 4 transmits a schedule of the performer time managed by itself to the management server 1.
Next, a hardware configuration of the management server 1 in the information system of fig. 2 will be described.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram showing one example of a hardware configuration of the management server 1 in the information processing system of fig. 2.
The management server 1 includes a cpu (central Processing unit)11, a rom (read Only memory)12, a ram (random Access memory) 13, a bus 14, an input/output interface 15, an output unit 16, an input unit 17, a storage unit 18, a communication unit 19, and a driver 20.
The CPU11 executes various processes in accordance with a program recorded in the ROM12 or a program loaded from the storage unit 18 into the RAM 13.
Data and the like necessary for the CPU11 to execute various processes are also stored in the RAM13 as appropriate.
The CPU11, ROM12, and RAM13 are connected to each other via the bus 14. An input/output interface 15 is also connected to the bus 14. The output unit 16, the input unit 17, the storage unit 18, the communication unit 19, and the driver 20 are connected to the input/output interface 15.
The output unit 16 is configured by a display such as a liquid crystal display, and displays various images.
The input unit 17 is configured by various hardware buttons and the like, and inputs various information in accordance with an operation instruction from an operator.
The storage unit 18 is formed of a dram (dynamic Random Access memory) or the like, and stores various data.
The communication unit 19 controls communication with other devices (the user terminal 2, the clothing company server 3, and the television station server 4) via a network N including the internet.
The driver 20 is set as required. A removable medium 30, which is configured by a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like, is appropriately mounted on the drive 20. A program read from the removable medium 30 by the drive 20 is installed in the storage unit 18 as needed. In addition, the removable medium 30 can also store various data stored in the storage unit 18 in the same manner as the storage unit 18.
In the information processing system of fig. 2, the user terminal 2, the clothing company server 3, and the television station server 4 also have the hardware configuration shown in fig. 3, although not shown. However, when the user terminal 2 is configured by a smartphone or a tablet, it has a touch panel as the output unit 16 and the input unit 17.
Various hardware and various software of the management server 1 shown in fig. 3 cooperate with each other, whereby various processes such as a designation process and a support process can be executed in the management server 1. As a result, the service provider G can provide the service to the user U.
Here, the "designation processing" refers to a series of processing required until a costume worn by a performer who is present in a television program at a predetermined time is designated when the television program is being reproduced.
The "support processing" refers to a series of processing necessary for supporting when the user U uses information on a garment designated by the designation processing, and in particular, refers to a series of processing until URL information on a page that can purchase a garment designated by the designation processing is provided to the user terminal 2.
Fig. 4 is a functional block diagram showing an example of a functional configuration that can realize the designation process and the support process in the functional configurations of the management server 1 and the user terminal 2 in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 4, in the CPU11 of the management server 1, the acquisition section 101, the generation section 102, and the specification section 103 function when the specification processing is executed, and the support section 104 functions when the support processing is executed.
In addition, in user terminal 2, acquisition section 201, display section 202, reception section 203, and transmission section 204 function.
In one area of the storage unit 18 of the management server 1, a correspondence table DB401 and a URLDB402 are provided.
First, a functional configuration capable of realizing the designation processing will be described.
The acquisition unit 101 of the management server 1 acquires the costume information, the actor time schedule, and based on these, generates the costume time schedule as information that can specify the time period during which the costume worn by the actor is present in the television program. In other words, the acquisition unit 101 can also grasp acquisition of the clothing time schedule.
The generation unit 102 of the management server 1 generates a correspondence table as information that makes the clothing time schedule correspond to the actor time schedule. The correspondence table generated by the generation unit 102 is stored and managed in the correspondence table DB 401.
A specific example of the correspondence table generated by the generation unit 102 will be described later with reference to fig. 5.
The specifying unit 103 of the management server 1 specifies, based on the correspondence table, a costume worn by a presenter who is present in the television program at a predetermined time (for example, every 10 seconds) while the television program is being broadcast.
The designation process can be realized by the management server 1 having the above functional structure.
Next, a functional configuration capable of realizing the support processing will be described.
Here, when the support processing is executed, in the support unit 104, the EC site management unit 141, the URL extraction unit 142, and the transmission control unit 143 function.
When the predetermined processing for supporting the user to use the information on the designated clothes is executed in the support unit 104 of the management server 1, the EC site management unit 141, the URL extraction unit 142, and the transmission control unit 143 function.
The EC site management unit 141 generates and manages an EC site (commodity catalog) composed of respective pages on which a plurality of kinds of clothing can be purchased, respectively. The location (URL) of the EC site is not particularly limited, and may be within the management server 1 or outside the management server 1. However, in the present embodiment, it is set that an EC site exists in a server (not shown) other than the management server 1.
The URL extracting unit 142 extracts URL information necessary for accessing a page that can purchase a garment worn by the actor designated by the designating unit 103 from URL information managed in the URLDB 402.
The transmission control unit 143 performs control of transmitting the URL information extracted by the URL extraction unit 142 to the user terminal 2 via the communication unit 19.
The correspondence table DB401 stores and manages the correspondence table generated by the generation unit 102. A specific example of the correspondence table will be described later with reference to fig. 5.
In the URLDB402, URL information containing URLs that can access respective pages that constitute the generated EC site is stored and managed. A specific example of the URL information will be described later with reference to fig. 6.
The management server 1 having the above functional configuration can execute the support processing.
When the acquisition unit 201 of the user terminal 2 receives and acquires the URL information transmitted from the management server 1, a page of the EC site, which exists in the URL displayed by the URL information, is acquired.
The display unit 202 of the user terminal 2 displays a page of the EC site.
The accepting unit 203 of the user terminal 2 accepts an operation of the user U to purchase the clothing C.
The transmission unit 204 of the user terminal 2 transmits information based on the operation accepted by the acceptance unit 203 to the management server 1.
The service can be provided to the user U by various processes (for example, a designation process and a support process) executed by the management server 1 having the above functional configuration.
Thus, the user U can easily purchase the clothes worn by the performer who performs the television program in real time by operating the user terminal 2 while watching the television M.
Next, a specific example of the correspondence table generated by the management server 1 will be described with reference to fig. 5.
Fig. 5 is a diagram showing an example of the correspondence table generated by the generation unit 102 of the management server 1.
Detailed time schedules for shows a television program by performers a1 and a2, respectively, are shown in the correspondence table shown in fig. 5, the performers a1 and a2 wearing apparel C provided by apparel companies B1 through B4, respectively.
Specifically, for example, in the example shown in fig. 5, the presenter a1 presents a television program in a time period L11 from 21 point 00 minutes 00 seconds to 21 point 04 minutes 30 seconds, and a time period L12 from 21 point 13 minutes 55 seconds to 21 point 26 minutes 12 seconds, all 2 times while wearing apparel C of apparel company B1.
In addition, the presenter a1 shows the television M3 times while wearing the clothing C of the clothing company B2 in a time period L21 from 21 o 'clock 30 minutes 10 seconds to 21 o' clock 38 minutes 15 seconds, a time period L22 from 21 o 'clock 40 minutes 03 seconds to 21 o' clock 44 minutes 36 seconds, and a time period L23 from 21 o 'clock 45 minutes 17 seconds to 21 o' clock 53 minutes 55 seconds.
In addition, the presenter a2 shows the television M twice in the period L31 from 21 point 03 minutes 05 seconds to 21 point 06 minutes 42 seconds and in the period L32 from 21 point 15 minutes 53 seconds to 21 point 17 minutes 02 seconds while wearing the clothing C of the clothing company B3.
In addition, the presenter a2 shows the television M3 times while wearing the clothing C of the clothing company B4 in a time period L41 from 21 o 29 min 05 sec to 21 o 32 min 13 sec, a time period L42 from 21 o 35 min 50 sec to 21 o 39 min 55 sec, and a time period L43 from 21 o 44 min 36 sec to 21 o 45 min 30 sec.
Next, a specific example of the URL information managed by the management server 1 will be described with reference to fig. 6.
Fig. 6 is a diagram showing a specific example of URL information stored and managed in the URLDB402 of the management server 1.
As shown in fig. 6, the URLDB402 stores and manages URL information including: information corresponding to URLs of respective pages of clothing companies B1 to Bm, clothing C1 to Cr, and an EC site (catalog) generated and managed by the EC site management unit 141 of fig. 4, respectively.
Specifically, for example, in the URLDB402, URLs and the like are stored and managed with respect to respective pages on which the garments C1 and C2 sold by the garment company B1 can be purchased, respectively, and respective pages on which the garments C3 to C5 sold by the garment company B2 can be purchased, respectively. In addition, as shown in fig. 6, other information stored and managed in the URLDB402 is referred to.
Next, a specific example of the GUI displayed on the user terminal 2 will be described with reference to fig. 7.
In the upper left corner of fig. 7, an example of a dedicated application top screen is shown. When a dedicated application is started in the user terminal 2 based on the operation of the user U, for example, a top screen as shown in fig. 7(a) is displayed.
In the upper right of fig. 7, a table (hereinafter referred to as "program table") that associates the correspondence table is displayed in the time schedule of each television program. The user U can use this program table instead of the conventional television program table.
The contents of the correspondence table created by the management server 1 are published in the program table displayed on the user terminal 2. This allows the user U to confirm in advance which performer is on which television program, which clothing company is wearing the clothing sold by which clothing company, and at which time the performer is performing performance.
Here, as for the television program during television broadcasting, the clothing currently on the scene in the television program (clothing shown in the television M) is displayed in real time by highlight display or the like.
Therefore, as described above, a new viewer attempting to view a television broadcast for the purpose of purchasing clothing can be obtained as the television station T. In addition, since the program can be advertised in a new genre that has not been found before, the audience rating of the television program can be improved. Further, the clothing company B can perform a sales promotion using a television program. Further, since the merchandise of the company can be advertised in a new style which has not been provided before, the sales amount can be improved.
In the lower right of fig. 7, a purchase operation example of the clothing is shown.
The user U watches a television program through the television M in a state where the dedicated application is started in the user terminal 2. Then, a page capable of purchasing clothing worn by the actor shown on the television M is automatically displayed on the user terminal 2.
The page automatically displayed on the user terminal 2 can be set in such a manner that it is updated at prescribed time intervals (for example, every second). In addition, the update may be performed without performing the update.
In the EC site (page) displayed on the user terminal 2, the commodity (in the example of fig. 7, the clothing C) put in the shopping cart on the EC site can be settled by a predetermined settlement method (for example, credit card settlement) using a plug-in or the like, as in the case of a general EC site.
Thus, the user U can easily purchase, in real time, the clothing worn by the performer who performs the television program (in the example of fig. 7, the clothing C worn by the performer a) by operating the user terminal 2 while watching the television M.
At the lower left of fig. 7, an example of a screen is shown, which displays a message that the purchase procedure has been completed. When the procedure of purchasing a garment is completed based on the operation of the user U, a screen as shown in the lower right of fig. 7 is displayed on the user terminal 2. Thereby, the user U can recognize that the purchase procedure has been completed.
[ second embodiment ]
Fig. 8 is an effect diagram showing an outline that the present service can be realized by an information processing system including an information processing apparatus of the second embodiment of the present invention.
The service is as follows: when the moving picture data is distributed from the moving picture distribution server 5, the user U can purchase the costume of the performer and the like included in the moving picture in real time.
The first embodiment described above is directed to the playing of a television program, and the second embodiment is different in that data of a moving picture is directed. However, the point that the information (for example, the above-described "clothing information") relating to the product (for example, the above-described "clothing C") and the time code data (for example, the above-described "clothing time schedule") are transmitted from the management server 1 is common to the first embodiment.
In the first embodiment, a product in a program broadcasted through a television can be purchased in real time. However, during the time period when the tv program is not being played, the product cannot be purchased in real time. Therefore, in the present service, it is possible to purchase a product included in the existing moving picture data in real time.
Fig. 9 is a diagram showing the configuration of an information processing system that can implement the present service of fig. 8. That is, fig. 9 is a diagram showing the configuration of an information processing system including a management server according to a second embodiment of an information processing apparatus of the present invention.
The information processing system shown in fig. 9 is configured to include a management server 1, user terminals 2-1 to 2-n, clothing company servers 3-1 to 3-m, and a moving picture distribution server 5.
As can be seen by comparing the configuration of the information processing system including the management server 1 according to the second embodiment with the configuration of the information processing system including the management server 1 according to the above-described first embodiment, the television station server 4 is included in the configuration of the information processing system in the first embodiment. In contrast, in the second embodiment, the moving picture delivery server 5 is included in the configuration of the information processing system instead of the television station server 4.
The moving picture delivery server 5 may be an external server that provides a commonly used moving picture delivery service, or may be the management server 1 managed by the service provider G.
The other configuration of the information processing system of fig. 9 is the same as that of the information processing system of fig. 2. In the information system of fig. 9, the hardware configuration of the management server 1 is the same as that of the management server 1 of fig. 3. Therefore, the description of the hardware configuration of the management server 1 is omitted.
Fig. 10 is a functional block diagram showing an example of a functional configuration in which the above-described designation processing and support processing can be realized in the functional configurations of the management server and the user terminal in fig. 9.
The functional configurations of the management server 1 and the user terminal 2 shown in fig. 10 are basically the same as those of the management server 1 and the user terminal 2 shown in fig. 4.
Fig. 11 is a diagram showing a flow in the case of purchasing a commodity during moving picture playback distributed to a user terminal.
In fig. 11, the flow in the case of purchasing a commodity during playback of a moving picture by the user terminal 2 is shown in order from the left side to the right side.
That is, in the case where a commodity is purchased during moving picture playback distributed from the moving picture distribution server 5 to the user terminal 2, the user U presses the button b1 for utilizing the moving picture distribution service (step SS 101).
The user U selects and presses a desired moving picture V from the list of playable moving pictures V uploaded to the moving picture distribution service (step SS 102). Thereby, the moving picture V becomes a playable state on the screen of the user terminal 2 (step SS 103).
When the user U presses the button b2 for causing the moving picture V to be played back, the playback of the moving picture V starts. Then, an icon I, which displays a garment C as a product managed in correspondence with the moving picture V, is displayed in the vicinity of the time bar R displaying the playback time and the playback position (step SS 104). The position where the icon I is displayed is a time period during which the garment C is present in the moving picture V. When the user U performs an operation of clicking the icon I, the screen is switched to the purchase screen of the garment C (step SS 105).
Fig. 12 is a diagram showing one example of a screen displayed on a service provider terminal when a service provider performs various setting operations according to the present service.
The screen shown in fig. 12 is a screen displayed on a service provider terminal (not shown) operated by the service provider G. On the screen shown in fig. 12, various settings can be made for the moving picture V, respectively.
Specifically, for example, in the input field t1, a URL showing the place of distribution of the moving picture V is input and registered. In addition, in the input field t2, a time period for displaying an icon I in the vicinity of the time bar R is input, and the icon I displays the clothing C. That is, in the case of starting from the playback start time of the moving picture V, a time period during which the garment C is out of the moving picture V is set. Further, in the input field t3, the garment C is registered.
Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and modifications, improvements, and the like within a range in which the object of the present invention can be achieved are included in the present invention.
For example, the present service can be used by starting a dedicated application installed in the user terminal 2 in the above embodiment, but the present invention is not limited to this. The present service may be used by accessing a predetermined website and performing a predetermined login operation without installing a dedicated application.
In addition, for example, in the above-described embodiment, the television station T constituting the information processing system is provided as one company, but this is merely an example for simplifying the description, and a plurality of companies may exist for the television station T. In this case, corresponding information is generated in the station servers 4-1 to 4-s respectively managed by the stations T1 to Ts (s is 1 or an integer value greater than 1).
In addition, for example, in the above embodiment, the subject who manages and operates the EC site is the service provider G, but is not limited thereto. The EC site may also be operated by the clothing company B, or a third party other than that. For example, it may be operated by an EC site operation company (not shown) specialized in EC site operation.
In the above embodiment, the transmission control unit 143 is configured to execute control to transmit the URL information extracted by the URL extraction unit 142 to the user terminal 2, but is not limited thereto. For example, the transmission control unit 143 may also perform control of transmitting the page itself for purchasing the clothing C to the user terminal 2.
In the above embodiment, the content displayed on the user terminal 2 is synchronized with the content of the television program using various time schedules as keys, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the content displayed on the user terminal 2 may be synchronized with the content of the television program using information related to sound included in the television program as a key.
In the above embodiment, the program table displayed on the user terminal 2 is described as a single program table, but generally, the contents of television broadcasting differ depending on the location of the user U. Therefore, information indicating the location of the user terminal 2, for example, GPS position information of the user terminal 2 or the like, can be transmitted from the user terminal 2 to the management server 1. In this case, the management server 1 performs control for causing a program table of a television station, which can be received at the location of the user terminal 2, to be displayed on the user terminal 2.
In the correspondence table shown in fig. 5, clothing companies B1 to B4 and clothing C are in one-to-one relationship, respectively, but this is merely an example for simplifying the explanation. Apparel companies B1 through B4 and apparel C may each have a relationship of 1 to e (e is 2 or an integer value greater than 2). For example, there is a case where a performer a1 is present in one program while wearing clothes C1 to C3 of a clothes company B1. In this case, although not shown, a column for displaying the garment C is provided in the correspondence table shown in fig. 5.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the description is made on the premise that a costume worn by a presenter who presents a television program is purchased in real time, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, as the commercial product, all of real estate, furniture, food and drink, shoes, bags, glasses, accessories, cosmetics, tableware, home appliances, miscellaneous goods, games, sporting goods, application software, and the like which are delivered from a television program can be purchased in real time.
In addition, in the above-described embodiment, an example for purchasing commodities from east and west (for example, the costume C worn by the performer a) who are present in the television program is taken as the commodities, but not only this example, but also an example for accepting provision of "services" related to what is present in the television program may be taken. For example, the following example may be employed: in the case where the user U wants to use various facilities, such as a restaurant, a hotel, a theme park, and the like, which are present in the television program, it is possible to make inquiries of the contents thereof or make an immediate reservation by operating the user terminal 2.
In the above-described embodiment, for example, a television program is targeted, but the present invention is not particularly limited thereto, and may be any content that is played back according to time scheduling.
For example, it may be set so that a costume worn by a presenter who can purchase a movie stored in a storage medium such as a DVD in real time while playing back the DVD or the like. That is, like a television show, a movie itself can be one of fashion catalogs (i.e., "movie catalogs").
The content to be played back according to the time schedule is not limited to content including video such as television programs and movies, and may be a broadcast program to be played as audio. Thus, for example, if a song to be played is scheduled in a broadcast program, the user can purchase (download) the song in real time by performing a simple operation on the user terminal 2 while the song he likes is being played.
As described above, the present invention can be applied not only to the field of clothing companies that sell clothing used in the above-described embodiments, and television stations that perform television broadcasting of television programs, but also to various fields. That is, the implementation of the sales promotion activity to which the present invention is applied and the promotion of the product of the company in a new style which has not been achieved before can be realized in various fields. As a result, sales can be improved in various fields.
In addition, for example, in the example of fig. 8 described above, information (e.g., "clothing information") relating to a product (e.g., "clothing C"), time code data (e.g., "clothing time schedule") is transmitted from the management server 1 to the user terminal 2. However, in addition to these pieces of information, data for example, an AR (Augmented Reality) recognition image may be transmitted from the management server 1 to the user terminal 2. That is, with the advancement of AR technology, images and planes can be recognized by a camera of a smartphone, for example. This enables, for example, a moving picture V that moves in conjunction with a poster to be superimposed on the poster in the AR space.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 13, the camera of the user terminal 2 is started, and the mark K recognized in the AR space is read (step SS 201). The moving picture V is played back on the mark K (step SS 202). A time code is attached to the motion picture V being played back. Thus, while viewing the moving picture V, an icon I showing a commodity (wig) corresponding to the time zone associated with the moving picture is displayed (step SS 203). The user U can switch the screen to a purchase screen for a product (wig) by clicking the displayed icon I (step SS 204).
In the case of fig. 1, for example, product data is acquired from the management server 1 based on a time code in conjunction with a program broadcasted by a television. In this case, no time code is added to the program being played on the television. Therefore, for example, when a program is delayed or suspended due to sports broadcasting or the like, it is necessary to modify the time code and the program information held by the management server 1. Then, for example, as shown in fig. 14, sound data is input to the sound in the program by ultrasonic waves. Thereby, the dedicated application of the user terminal 2 perceives the ultrasonic acquisition data and connects to the management server 1. As a result, the user U can purchase a product based on sound regardless of the program delay.
Specifically, the ultrasonic waves are superimposed on the sound data output from the speaker of the television and transmitted. Thereby, the product code is received by the user terminal 2.
After that, the product code is transmitted from the user terminal 2 to the management server 1. The management server 1 transmits product data corresponding to the product code to the user terminal 2.
That is, ultrasonic waves corresponding to a product code are embedded in a program broadcasted through a television. The user terminal 2 of the user U watching television receives ultrasonic waves. The user terminal 2 makes a consultation about the product with the management server 1 with respect to the product code received by the ultrasonic wave. In this way, since the product data acquired by the user terminal 2 is displayed on the screen, individual purchase can be performed.
More specifically, a number and a letter are assigned to each frequency of the ultrasonic wave, and communication is performed with the user terminal 2. For example, 20,000 hz-1,20100 hz-2,20200 hz-3. Fixed numbers and letters are assigned to each frequency.
In addition, the hardware configuration of the management server 1 shown in fig. 3 is only an example for achieving the object of the present invention, and is not particularly limited.
In addition, the functional block diagrams shown in fig. 4 and 10 are only examples and are not particularly limited. That is, the information processing system may have a function of executing the series of processes as a whole. To implement this function, what functional blocks are used is not particularly limited to the examples of fig. 4 and 10.
In addition, the presence position of the functional block is not limited to fig. 4 and 10, and may be arbitrary.
In addition, one functional block may be formed by a single piece of hardware, may be formed by a single piece of software, or may be formed by a combination thereof.
When each functional block is executed by software, a program constituting the software is installed from a network or a recording medium to a computer or the like.
The computer may be a computer embedded in dedicated hardware. The computer may be a computer that can execute various functions by installing various programs, for example, a general-purpose smart phone or a personal computer other than a server.
The recording medium containing such a program is constituted not only by a removable medium distributed separately from the apparatus main body to provide the program to each user, but also by a recording medium or the like provided to each user in a state of being embedded in advance in the apparatus main body.
In the present specification, the steps describing the program recorded in the recording medium include not only the processing executed in time series in the order thereof but also the processing executed in parallel or individually even if the processing is not necessarily executed in time series.
In addition, in the present specification, the term of the system refers to an entire apparatus constituted by a plurality of apparatuses, a plurality of units, and the like.
In summary, the information processing apparatus to which the present invention is applied only needs to adopt the following configuration, and various embodiments can be adopted.
That is, an information processing apparatus (for example, management server 1 in fig. 4) to which the present invention is applied supports, with respect to a user (for example, user U in fig. 1 or the like described above) who uses playback content (for example, television program), use of information on an object (for example, clothing C in fig. 1) included in the content, the information processing apparatus including:
an acquisition unit (for example, an acquisition unit 101 shown in fig. 4) that acquires first information (for example, the above-described clothing information, actor time schedule, clothing time schedule, or the correspondence table of fig. 5) relating to elapsed time from the start of the playback, the first information being capable of specifying a time period during which the object appears in the content;
a specifying unit that specifies, at a prescribed time during playback of the content (for example, a time at which the actor a shows on the television M in the example of fig. 1), the object (for example, clothing C in the example of fig. 1) included in the content played back at the prescribed time based on the first information.
And a support unit (e.g., the support unit 104 in fig. 4) that executes a predetermined process (e.g., providing URL information to the user terminal 2) for supporting the user to use second information (e.g., the URL information in fig. 1 and 6) related to the specified object.
In addition, the management server 1 is an example of a management unit, and the television station T and the television M, the user terminal 2 are an example of a content providing unit. In addition, a television program, a program table, a correspondence table, a broadcast program, and the like are one example of the content. In addition, clothing, real estate, furniture, food and drink, shoes, bags, glasses, accessories, cosmetics, tableware, home appliances, sundries, games, sports goods, wigs, application software, and the like, which are taken out of the field, are one example of the object. In addition, various facilities, for example, restaurants, hotels, theme parks, and the like, which are services that come out of the content, are one example of the object. In addition, purchase of an object, download of an object, inquiry of object content, reservation of an object are examples of "making use of an object".
This makes it possible for the user to request support for using information on the object included in the content.
For example, in the case where the content is a television program and the object is clothing, a method of acquiring information on clothing worn by a presenter of the television program in real time and immediately purchasing the information can be provided.
In this case, as a clothing company selling clothing to users, it is possible to implement sales promotion, and a new style which has not been developed before is publicized for its own company's merchandise. As a result, the sales of the clothes can be improved.
In addition, as a television station, it is expected to increase the number of viewers of the television program, and further, it is expected to increase the number of viewers of various television programs that are television-broadcast by the television station.
