The color of the sample plate is obtained by preparing a repair paint sample according to a final formula and spraying the repair paint sample on the sample plate by using a spray gun; the target color is the color of the maintenance part, the target color information is collected by a color measuring instrument, the color difference between the sample plate color and the target color is detected by a color difference instrument, if the initial formula is from a formula database, the initial formula belongs to the existing formula, and the adopted record of the existing formula corresponding to the initial formula is updated; if the initial formula is from the formula database, the initial formula comprises formula data generated by inputting data by a paint mixing operator and editing the data on the basis of the existing formula, the initial formula is compared and analyzed by the formula data comparison module, and the initial formula is recorded into the formula database if the initial formula does not have consistent formula data in the formula database. Because the color difference calculation formulas adopted by different color difference meters are possibly different, the preset range of the color difference can be set according to the model or the type of the color difference meter.
The control method can automatically check the working state of the formula data acquisition module, remind a user in time, avoid the adverse effect of faults on paint mixing work, ensure the accuracy and correctness of data acquisition, set a self-checking program to be periodically executed, set a self-checking period according to the needs of the user or automatically set by the user, output an error code if the self-checking program judges that the working state of the formula data acquisition module is abnormal, record the time and the error code of the abnormal state by the formula management system, send an instruction to prompt the abnormal state by the self-checking program, display a prompting frame or alarm information by the formula management system through display equipment to prompt the abnormal state, and output alarm sound through a loudspeaker.
If the initial formula is inconsistent with the final formula, the formula data comparison module compares and analyzes the final formula with the existing formula in the formula database, judges whether the final formula is consistent with the existing formula, if the final formula is consistent with the existing formula, judges whether the color difference between the sample color made by adopting the final formula and the target color exceeds a preset range, if so, lists the final formula into an inefficient formula library, and if not, updates the adopted record of the existing formula. And screening formula data meeting the requirements through color difference judgment, updating the adopted times of the formula, wherein the adopted times of the formula can be used for displaying the sequencing of the formula query result, and the more the adopted times of the formula are, the more the sequencing of the formula is advanced.
And if the final formula is not consistent with the existing formula, judging whether the final formula accords with a paint mixing rule, if so, performing formula compliance audit on the final formula, and if not, listing the final formula in a low-distribution formula library to adjust the paint mixing operator score. The paint mixing rule comprises an intermediate color principle, namely any two non-complementary colors are mixed to obtain an intermediate color; complementary color principle, that is, the color A and the complementary color of the color A are mixed to obtain black; the substitution principle is as follows: that is, the color master A can be replaced by the color master B, the color mixing effects of the color master A and the color master B are similar, the brightness of the color master can be improved by adding white or reduced by adding black, and the paint mixing rule also comprises the paint mixing requirement determined according to the color master characteristics.
Judging whether the final formula passes the formula compliance audit or not, and if so, listing the final formula in a formula library to be verified; if not, the final formula is listed in a problem formula library, and the paint mixing operator integral is adjusted. The paint mixing operator comprises a manual work and a machine, the machine paint mixing operator comprises an automatic color mixer or a color mixing system, when the paint mixing operation is performed manually, formula compliance verification is particularly necessary, the formula compliance verification comprises but is not limited to judging whether contradictions or inconsistency exist according to comparison between operation data collected by terminal equipment connected with a formula data collection module and final formula data, or judging whether the situation is obviously unreasonable according to vehicle paint stock information of a vehicle paint database, for example, the stock of a certain ingredient in the final formula is obviously insufficient.
The formula query module transmits the query condition to the formula matching analysis module after receiving the query condition, the formula matching analysis module judges whether the query condition is matched with formula data stored in the formula database, if so, the formula query result is output, and if not, no related formula is prompted. And the formula data in the formula query result is decrypted by the decryption module and then output, and whether decryption is performed or not is determined according to the formula management authority of the user. The recipe data for the recipe matching analysis module to perform matching analysis does not include the recipe data of the problem recipe library.
In other embodiments, for recipe data that is listed in the low efficiency recipe library, the low allocation recipe library, and the problem recipe library, the recipe data including a final recipe and an initial recipe associated with the final recipe, the recipe management system may analyze the given cause for reference by a user of the recipe management system according to paint mixing rules or recipe compliance audit rules.
In other embodiments, the formula data in the formula library to be verified may be transferred to the verified formula library after being verified by the algorithm.
In other embodiments, the recipe data may be subject to review and the recipe query results may present review information for the recipe data.
In other embodiments, when the vehicle paint stock in the vehicle paint database is not sufficient, the formula management system may determine whether to remind the user to replenish the vehicle paint according to the vehicle paint consumption or sales data of the region where the user is located in combination with the common vehicle paint category of the user, and the ERP system in the automobile maintenance industry may adjust the supply price of the vehicle paint in the ERP system according to the vehicle paint consumption or sales data.
In other embodiments, for the work orders associated with the final formula with the color difference not exceeding the preset range and the work orders associated with the final formula listed in the formula library to be verified, the formula management system can analyze the paint mixing efficiency according to the formula adjustment times and the paint mixing effect so as to adjust the paint mixing operator integral, and the less the adjustment times are, the smaller the color difference given by the color difference meter is, the higher the satisfaction degree of the vehicle owner is, the more the score is given.
Each piece of formula data generated by paint mixing operation in the formula database comprises information such as work order number, vehicle type, vehicle body color, automobile delivery time, formula generation time, maintenance part, formula generation place or maintenance place, name or code of paint mixing operator, paint mixing operator score, formula cost, verified mark, comment information, adopted times, vehicle paint brand and the like.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer storage medium, in which a computer program or a code set is stored, and when the computer program or the code set is executed by a processor or a computer, the computer program or the code set controls the readable storage medium to perform part or all of the steps of the control method for the recipe management system. The computer comprises a personal computer, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a mobile phone or a server.
The computer readable storage medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. The computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, a magnetic card, an IC card, a flash disk, an SD card, or the like. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any combination of the foregoing. A computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable storage medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable storage medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wired, fiber optic cable, radio frequency signals, and the like.
The flowcharts in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer programs according to embodiments of the present invention. Each block of the flowchart illustrations may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functional requirements. Each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustrations, or combinations of blocks in the flowchart illustrations, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The present invention and its embodiments have been described above schematically, without limitation, and what is shown in the drawings is only one of the embodiments of the present invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. Therefore, if the person skilled in the art receives the teaching, without departing from the spirit of the invention, the person skilled in the art shall not inventively design the similar structural modes and embodiments to the technical solution, but shall fall within the scope of the invention.

Claims (7)

1. The control method of the formula management system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
executing a self-checking program, and judging whether the working state of the formula data acquisition module is normal or not;
if the working state of the formula data acquisition module is normal, prompting that the state is normal and starting to acquire an initial formula and a final formula;
the formula query module queries and outputs an initial formula in a formula database according to query conditions;
a formula data comparison module compares and analyzes the initial formula and the final formula, and judges whether the final formula is consistent with the initial formula or not;
if the initial formula is consistent with the final formula, judging whether the color difference between the sample plate color made by adopting the final formula and the target color exceeds a preset range, if so, listing the final formula in an inefficient formula library, and if not, updating the adopted record of the initial formula;
if the initial formula is inconsistent with the final formula, a formula data comparison module compares and analyzes the final formula and the existing formula in the formula database, judges whether the final formula is consistent with the existing formula, if so, judges whether the color difference between the sample color made by adopting the final formula and the target color exceeds a preset range, if so, the final formula is listed in a low-efficiency formula library, and if not, the adopted record of the existing formula is updated;
if the final formula is inconsistent with the existing formula, judging whether the final formula meets a paint mixing rule, if so, performing formula compliance audit on the final formula, and if not, listing the final formula in a low-allocation formula library;
judging whether the final formula passes the formula compliance audit or not, and if so, listing the final formula in a formula library to be verified; if not, the final formula is listed in a problem formula library, and the integral of a paint mixing operator is adjusted.
2. The control method of the recipe management system according to claim 1, wherein the recipe query module transmits the query condition to the recipe matching analysis module after receiving the query condition, the recipe matching analysis module determines whether the query condition matches the recipe data stored in the recipe database, if yes, the recipe query result is output, and if not, no relevant recipe is prompted.
3. The recipe management system is characterized by comprising: a recipe database for storing existing recipes;
the formula query module is used for receiving query conditions, acquiring the existing formula from the formula database and outputting an initial formula;
the formula data acquisition module is used for acquiring an initial formula and a final formula;
and a recipe data comparison module for comparing analysis of the initial recipe and the final recipe and comparing analysis of the final recipe and the existing recipe;
the formula query module, the formula data acquisition module and the formula data comparison module are all connected with a system service bus;
the recipe management system is configured to execute the control method of the recipe management system according to claim 1 or 2.
4. The recipe management system of claim 3, further comprising a login authentication module coupled to the system service bus, the login authentication module configured to log in to the recipe management system and obtain recipe management privileges.
5. The recipe management system of claim 4, the recipe query module coupled to a recipe match analysis module.
6. The recipe management system according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the recipe database is provided on a resource server, and the recipe query module, the recipe data collection module, and the recipe data comparison module are connected to the resource server.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored therein a computer program or set of codes which, when executed by a processor, implements a control method of a recipe management system of claim 1 or 2.
