In a preferred embodiment, the management module, the data center module and the basic data module of the production progress management system may be disposed in a cloud server, and various processes performed by the user terminal are handed over to the cloud server for storage, update, order splitting and the like, so as to improve the usability of the whole system, so that one system may be applicable to different enterprises, and thus, the collected data may be utilized to perform big data analysis, thereby providing valuable analysis data for the enterprises, such as improvement suggestions, analysis and comparison of production efficiency in the same industry, and the like. In other embodiments, the part for performing intelligent order splitting may be separately deployed as an intelligent order splitting system, where the system may include a basic data module and a management module, the basic data module is configured to configure basic data information of a product, that is, basic structure data of the product, and the management module generates a first product order according to order information when receiving the order information, and performs order splitting on the first product order to generate a second product order, where the manner of splitting is the same as above.
FIG. 5 is a flow chart of a method for implementing the production progress management system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The specific steps are shown in figure 5,

Step S604: the progress status of the product order is updated in response to processing the product order. See step S503 for a specific implementation.
In the preferred embodiment, the processing procedure of the product order and the processing time limit of each procedure can be configured during configuration of the basic data, and in the process of circulation, after circulation to the corresponding position, the processing time limit is monitored, so that the time limit of the whole production progress is monitored, and the enterprise is helped to better manage the production progress. When monitoring the processing time limit, monitoring reminding such as remaining time reminding, overtime reminding and the like can be set according to the processing time limit and the delivery date of each process.
FIG. 7 is a flow chart of a method for operating a production schedule management system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the specific steps are shown in FIG. 7:

Step S702: and scanning the received two-dimensional code information on the first product order, updating the circulation position of the first product order by the system according to the received scanning information, generating a second product order according to the first product order, the basic structure of the product and the inventory information of the product, and outputting the second product order to the user terminal of the corresponding personnel. The concrete implementation is as follows: the first product order and the second product order are transmitted or stored in a two-dimensional code mode, after a user places an order, the system generates a first product order firstly, the first product order is transmitted to a next circulation position such as a user terminal of a warehouse department staff in a two-dimensional code mode, the warehouse department staff receives the two-dimensional code of the first product order and can directly scan the two-dimensional code, and then the system obtains the latest progress information (including the circulation position being a warehouse and the state being a branch order) of a product order flow and updates the latest progress information. And the system also splits the first product order according to the method to generate a second product order and sends the second product order to corresponding staff, the staff can execute according to the received order information and feed back the execution result to the system.
Step S703: and scanning the received two-dimensional code information on the second product order, and updating the circulation position of the second product order by the system according to the received scanning information. The concrete implementation is as follows: when a worker receives an order transferred to a user terminal or a hand of the worker, the transfer position and state of the order can be determined by scanning the two-dimensional code, for example, when a purchasing department person scans the two-dimensional code, the transfer position of the order is determined at the purchasing department person, the transfer state is processed during purchasing and fed back to the system, the information of the order corresponding to the two-dimensional code is updated by the system, the next transfer position can be distributed to the order according to the flow information of the product, and when other users check the order information, the latest transfer position and transfer state of the order can be seen, and the progress of the product order can be grasped.
Therefore, in specific operation, a user only needs to scan the two-dimensional code of the order transferred to the user's hand, the order progress can be updated, specific updating processing and order splitting processing are automatically completed by the system, and the system is very intelligent, greatly improves efficiency and liberates labor force.
In a preferred embodiment, the first product order and the second product order can be obtained through the user terminal for entry updating, and the system updates the circulation states of the first product order and the second product order according to the content of the entry updating. The concrete implementation is as follows: the states of the first product order and the second product order can be updated through the method for scanning the two-dimensional codes, when the two-dimensional codes cannot identify faults and the like, the updated order states can be directly input through the user terminal and the voucher is provided, and the system can update the order states of the products and then transmits the order states to the user terminal to facilitate checking of the user according to the voucher.
