Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the refrigerator includes:
a cabinet 10 serving as a support structure of the refrigerator and having a plurality of storage compartments therein;
the controller 20 is configured to:
when detecting that a current label is taken out of a label box, deleting the current label from a first label set corresponding to the label box; the tag box is used for storing tags which are not bound with food materials, an RFID reader-writer used for detecting the current tags is arranged in the tag box, and the tags are RFID tags;
responding to the binding operation of the current food material, and acquiring a second tag set of tags bound with the food material;
when the current label does not exist in the second label set, adding the current label into the second label set;
and acquiring the adding time of the second label added into the second label set, and monitoring the quality guarantee period of the current food material corresponding to the current label based on the adding time.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the label box is disposed in one of the storage chambers of the refrigerator or outside the refrigerator. It is understood that when the tag box is disposed in the storage chamber, in order to avoid confusion with other tags bound to food materials in the storage chamber, the tag and the tags need to be separated from the tags in the storage chamber, a special RFID reader/writer is provided in the tag box for recording changes of the tags in the tag box, and the tag box is made of a special material so that the tags outside the tag box cannot be detected by the RFID reader/writer. Likewise, when the tag box is located outside the refrigerator, the change of the tag is recorded by means of a special RFID reader in the tag box. The RFID reader in the tag box establishes a connection relationship with the controller 20 in advance, and the connection may be a wire connection or a wireless connection.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the label box corresponds to a first label set, and the labels in the first label set are the labels placed in the label box. When the tag is taken out from the tag box, it indicates that the user needs to use the tag to bind the current food material, and when the RFID reader-writer detects that the tag is taken out, the current tag needs to be deleted from the first tag set. When a user binds the current tag with the current food material, when the user puts the bound current tag and the current food material into a refrigerator together, a second tag set is obtained, the second tag set is a tag set to which the food material is bound, whether the current tag exists in the second tag set needs to be detected, when the current tag does not exist in the second tag set, the current tag is added into the second tag set, and the adding time is recorded at the same time.
Specifically, after the adding time is recorded, quality guarantee period monitoring is performed on the current food material corresponding to the current tag based on the adding time, in the process, a storage time corresponding to the current food material needs to be acquired, and then quality guarantee period monitoring is performed on the current food material based on the adding time and the storage time.
For example, the adding time may reflect when a user starts to store food, and after the adding time is obtained, the food material information of the current food material is recorded according to the current tag, and an optimal shelf life corresponding to the current food material information is obtained, where the optimal shelf life may be set by the user, or obtained in real time from a database through the controller 20, for example, the current food material is a tomato, and at this time, the optimal shelf life may be 3 days specified by the user, or the controller 20 may obtain the optimal shelf life of the tomato from the database. It can be understood that the database may store optimal shelf lives corresponding to a plurality of food materials, each of the optimal shelf lives has a corresponding storage temperature, when the controller 20 obtains the optimal shelf life, the controller may obtain the corresponding optimal shelf life according to the current temperature of the storage room where the current food material is located, and when the current temperature of the storage room changes, the optimal shelf life also changes correspondingly.
After the optimal quality guarantee period is obtained, the optimal quality guarantee period is used as the storage time length, the quality guarantee time corresponding to the adding time and the storage time length is calculated in real time, for example, if the storage time length is 3 days, the quality guarantee time is the accumulated time of the adding time and the storage time length. And monitoring the current food material according to the quality guarantee time, and when the current time is greater than the quality guarantee time, indicating that the current food material is stored for a long time, and sending prompt information to remind a user of processing as soon as possible.
Specifically, when it is detected that a new tag is inserted into the tag box, it indicates that the user has taken out food from the refrigerator at this time, and inserts a tag bound to the food into the tag box, at this time, the controller adds the new tag to the first tag, and deletes the new tag from the second tag.
Specifically, after the second tag set is acquired in response to the binding operation of the current food material, when it is detected that the current tag exists in the second tag set, it indicates that the second tag set is not deleted when the tag is taken out last time, and at this time, only the adding time of the current tag in the second tag set needs to be updated.
Compared with the prior art, the refrigerator disclosed by the embodiment of the invention provides the label box for storing the labels which are not bound with the food materials, the label box can be arranged in a certain compartment in the refrigerator or placed outside the refrigerator, the labels which are not bound with the food materials are represented by the first label set, meanwhile, the labels which are bound with the food materials are represented by the second label set, when the labels are changed, the information of the changed labels can be counted quickly, and the adding time of the labels added into the second label set is taken as the storage time of the current food materials, so that the quality guarantee period of the current food materials is monitored, and the quality guarantee period of the food materials is monitored. In addition, the tags are counted in a set form, so that the food materials can be managed in a unified mode, and unified monitoring of the food materials is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for monitoring refrigerator food materials according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method for monitoring refrigerator food materials includes:
s1, when detecting that the current label is taken out of the label box, deleting the current label from the first label set corresponding to the label box; the tag box is used for storing tags which are not bound with food materials, an RFID reader-writer used for detecting the current tags is arranged in the tag box, and the tags are RFID tags;
s2, responding to the binding operation of the current food material, and acquiring a second label set of the labels bound with the food material;
s3, when the current label does not exist in the second label set, adding the current label into the second label set;
s4, obtaining the adding time of the second label added into the second label set, and monitoring the shelf life of the current food material corresponding to the current label based on the adding time.
It is worth to be noted that the refrigerator food material monitoring method according to the embodiment of the present invention is implemented by a controller in a refrigerator.

Likewise, when the tag box is located outside the refrigerator, the change of the tag is recorded by means of a special RFID reader in the tag box. The RFID reader-writer in the label box is connected with the controller in advance, and the connection can be wire connection or wireless connection.
For example, the adding time may reflect when a user starts to store food, and after the adding time is obtained, the food material information of the current food material is recorded according to the current tag, and an optimal shelf life corresponding to the current food material information is obtained, where the optimal shelf life may be set by the user, or obtained in real time from a database through the controller, for example, the current food material is a tomato, and at this time, the optimal shelf life may be 3 days specified by the user, or the controller may obtain the optimal shelf life of the tomato from the database. It can be understood that the database may store optimal shelf lives corresponding to a plurality of food materials, each of the optimal shelf lives has a corresponding storage temperature, and when the controller obtains the optimal shelf life, the controller may obtain the corresponding optimal shelf life according to the current temperature of the storage room where the current food material is located, and when the current temperature of the storage room changes, the optimal shelf life also changes correspondingly.
