All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an operation of a controller in a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention, the refrigerator including:
a cabinet having at least two storage compartments therein;
the box door is arranged at the opening of the storage room, and an antenna and a display screen are arranged on the box door; the antenna is used for identifying RFID tags of food materials, and the display screen is used for displaying a food material management interface;
the controller is configured to:
s11, responding to the tag self-defining operation of the antenna, and acquiring the name of the food material to be stored, which is input by a user; the tag self-defining operation is that the antenna identifies a self-defining tag, the self-defining tag does not define food material information, and the self-defining tag corresponds to the storage room one by one;
s12, acquiring the food material information of the food material to be stored according to the name, and binding the food material information with the custom label;
s13, acquiring the optimal storage temperature range of the food materials to be stored in the food material information;
s14, acquiring a first current temperature of the storage chamber corresponding to the custom label;
s15, judging whether the first current temperature is in the optimal storage temperature range;
s16, if yes, storing the storage information of the food materials to be stored; and if not, displaying first prompt information in the display screen, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting a user that the food material to be stored is not suitable for being stored in the current storage room.
It is worth to be noted that the refrigerator according to the embodiment of the present invention is a refrigerator with an RFID function, and the controller includes an RFID reader/writer, and in order to better manage food materials, a door antenna scanning area is added on the door, and when the door antenna is triggered to operate, the RFID reader/writer triggers the door antenna to operate, and when the door antenna reads data and transmits the data to the RFID reader/writer, the door antenna performs a single-tag operation.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, there are two types of RFID tags, which are a custom tag and a predefined tag. The user-defined label is a blank label, no food material content is recorded, the user can define the label by himself, for example, the label marked with letters in the first line in fig. 2, the user-defined label can be distinguished by colors, different colors represent storage rooms with different temperatures, for example, a pink label is dedicated for a refrigerating room, a purple label is dedicated for a wide temperature room, and a blue label is dedicated for a freezing room. The predefined tags are tags in which food material information is recorded in advance, and information such as food material names and food material schematic diagrams can be simultaneously marked on the tags, so that a user can directly place the tags in food materials and place the tags in a refrigerator for storage, for example, tags marked with patterns in the second row in fig. 2, further, the predefined tags can be distinguished by colors, different colors represent storage chambers with different temperatures, for example, a pink tag is special for a refrigerating chamber, a purple tag is special for a wide temperature chamber, and a blue tag is special for a freezing chamber. When a user puts the label and the food material into the refrigerator, the refrigerator can recognize the label, so that the details of the food material stored in the refrigerator can be known, and a basis is provided for food material management.
Specifically, when a user buys food materials back to be placed in a refrigerator, if the predefined tags contain the food materials, the user can directly place the food materials and the corresponding predefined tags together to establish a binding relationship, if the predefined tags do not contain the food materials, the user needs to define the food materials by using the custom tags, the user triggers the door scanning antenna to work at the moment, places the predefined tags in the door scanning area, and clicks and confirms the name of the food materials to complete the definition of the custom tags.
In the process, the controller responds to the tag self-defining operation of the antenna, obtains the name of the food material to be stored input by a user, obtains the food material information of the food material to be stored according to the name, binds the food material information with the self-defining tag, and simultaneously obtains the optimal storage temperature range of the food material to be stored in the food material information; when a user clicks and confirms, a first current temperature of the storage room corresponding to the custom tag is obtained at the same time, if the storage room corresponding to the tag is a refrigerating room, an actual temperature (namely the first current temperature) in the refrigerating room is obtained, if the first current temperature is within an optimal storage temperature range, the storage is quit, if the first current temperature is not within the optimal storage temperature range, first prompt information is displayed in a display screen, and if a pop-up window is popped out from the display screen to remind the user, the food material is not suitable for being stored in the storage room represented by the custom tag. And after the first prompt message is popped up, if the user clicks to cancel, the prompt box is quitted, the content is not stored, and if the user still insists on point confirmation, the user still puts the food materials into a storeroom which is not suitable for storage.
Further, the controller is further configured to:
responding to the tag identification operation of the antenna, and acquiring food material information corresponding to the current tag; the tag identification operation is that the antenna identifies a predefined tag, the predefined tag defines food material information, and the food material information comprises an optimal storage temperature range of the food material to be stored;
acquiring a second current temperature of each storage chamber;
when the second current temperature of any storage chamber is within the optimal storage temperature range, displaying second prompt information in the display screen; the second prompt message is used for prompting a user to put food materials to be stored into the storage chamber within the optimal storage temperature range.
For example, only the name of the food may be marked in the predefined tag, when the food is stored, the user may obtain information about in which storage room the food should be stored by the predefined tag, for example, the user needs to store a kind of meat food, find the predefined tag marked with the meat food, place the predefined tag at the antenna scanning place, the controller responds to the tag identification operation of the antenna to obtain the food material information corresponding to the predefined tag, and at the same time obtain the second current temperature of each storage room, and when the second current temperature of any storage room is within the optimal storage temperature range, display the second prompt information in the display screen; the second prompt information is used for prompting a user to put food materials to be stored into the storage chamber within the optimal storage temperature range, and the food materials can be directly put into the corresponding storage chamber.
Still further, the controller is further configured to:
responding to the food material checking operation of the refrigerator, and acquiring the optimal storage temperature range of the newly added food material stored in each storage chamber through the newly added tags in the storage chambers, wherein the newly added food material is the food material which does not exist in the last food material checking operation;
acquiring a third current temperature of each storage chamber;
judging whether the third current temperature is within the optimal storage temperature range of the newly added food materials in the corresponding storage chamber or not;
if so, finishing the food material checking; and if not, displaying third prompt information in the display screen, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting the user that the newly added food materials are not suitable for being stored in the current storage room and prompting the newly added food materials to be suitable for being stored in the storage room.
For example, after the user defines the food material, the user triggers the food material checking operation, and the triggering condition of the food material checking operation may be that the user triggers after closing the door each time, or triggers at regular time. The food material checking operation is mainly used for counting the newly-added food materials stored in the refrigerator and whether the newly-added food materials are stored in a storage room suitable for storage, in the process of actually using the refrigerator, a user may directly bind a predefined tag and the food materials and place the predefined tag and the food materials into the refrigerator, and at the moment, the situation that the food materials corresponding to the predefined tag are not suitable for being stored in the storage room may exist, so that the food materials unsuitable for being stored in the storage room can be screened out through the food material checking operation.
It should be noted that the food material inventory operation provided in the embodiment of the present invention is to inventory new food materials, but in an actual application process, all stored food materials may also be inventoried.
Still further, after displaying the first prompt in the display screen, the controller is further configured to:
when detecting that a user does not take out food materials to be stored which are not suitable for being stored in a current storage room, marking tags of the food materials to be stored; the mark is used for not displaying the third prompt message of the food to be stored on the display screen in the food material checking operation.
For example, after the first prompt message is displayed on the display screen, if the user still stores the food material which is not suitable for being stored in the storage room, the user is reminded once, so that the food material can be ignored in the subsequent checking process.
The present solution is described in detail by a specific example with reference to fig. 3: the user buys the food material A, and if the food material A label exists in the predefined label, the predefined label is bound with the food material A; if no food material A label exists in the predefined labels, searching for a custom label, if a user takes out the wide greenhouse custom label X, triggering a door body scanning antenna to work by the user, putting the custom label into a door body scanning area, inputting the name of the food material A, then completing the definition of the custom label after clicking confirmation, inquiring the suitable storage temperature of the food material A to be 0-4 ℃ when the user clicks confirmation, meanwhile, the actual temperature T of the wide greenhouse of the refrigerator is obtained (the default user uses a wide greenhouse label and puts food materials into the wide greenhouse), if the T is within the range of 0-4 ℃, the food materials are stored and quitted, if the T is not within the range, a pop-up window is popped up to remind the user, the food material a is not suitable for being stored in the storage room represented by the definition tag, if the user clicks to cancel, and exiting the prompt box, not storing the content, and defining the self-defined tag as the food material A if the user still insists on point confirmation. After the food materials are defined, a user puts the food material A into a refrigerating chamber of a refrigerator, the RFID is triggered to be checked after the door is closed, algorithm processing is carried out after the checking, if the fact that the food material A is added to the wide temperature chamber is judged, whether the actual temperature of the refrigerating chamber is within the optimal storage temperature range of the food material A is judged, and if the fact that the actual temperature of the refrigerating chamber is not within the optimal storage temperature range of the food material A is prompted to the user.
Compared with the prior art, the refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the antenna is arranged on the refrigerator door and used for identifying the RFID tag, the name of the food material to be stored input by a user is obtained in response to the tag customization operation of the antenna, the food material information of the food material to be stored can be obtained in the food material library according to the name, the food material information is bound with the customized tag, and the information of the food material stored in the refrigerator can be obtained according to the customized tag in the subsequent food material management process; and then, acquiring the optimal storage temperature range of the food to be stored in the food information, acquiring a first current temperature of the storage room corresponding to the user-defined label, and displaying first prompt information in the display screen to remind a user when the first current temperature is not in the optimal storage temperature range and indicates that the food to be stored should not be stored in the current storage room. According to the refrigerator disclosed by the invention, a temperature database suitable for food material storage can be established, and a user is reminded to select a suitable storage chamber by comparing the actual temperature of the chamber with the suitable storage temperature of the food material, so that the storage time of the food is prolonged, and the user experience and the intellectualization of the food material management of the refrigerator are further improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a refrigerator control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the refrigerator control method includes:

In the embodiment of the invention, two RFID tags are provided, namely a custom tag and a predefined tag. The user-defined label is a blank label, no food material content is recorded, the user can define the label by himself, in addition, the user-defined label can be distinguished by colors, different colors represent storage rooms with different temperatures, for example, a pink label is special for a refrigerating room, a purple label is special for a wide temperature room, and a blue label is special for a freezing room. The predefined tags are tags recorded with food material information in advance, information such as food material names and food material schematic diagrams can be simultaneously marked on the tags, a user can directly place the tags in food materials and place the tags in a refrigerator for storage, further, the predefined tags can be distinguished by colors, different colors represent storage chambers with different temperatures, for example, a pink tag is special for a refrigerating chamber, a purple tag is special for a wide temperature chamber, and a blue tag is special for a freezing chamber. When a user puts the label and the food material into the refrigerator, the refrigerator can recognize the label, so that the details of the food material stored in the refrigerator can be known, and a basis is provided for food material management.

Further, the refrigerator control method further includes steps S41 to S44:
s41, responding to the food material inventory operation of the refrigerator, and acquiring the optimal storage temperature range of the newly added food material stored in each storage chamber through the newly added tags in the storage chambers, wherein the newly added food material is the food material which does not exist in the last food material inventory operation;
s42, acquiring a third current temperature of each storage chamber;
s43, judging whether the third current temperature is in the optimal storage temperature range of the newly added food materials in the corresponding storage chamber or not;
s44, if yes, finishing the food material checking; and if not, displaying third prompt information in the display screen, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting the user that the newly added food materials are not suitable for being stored in the current storage room and prompting the newly added food materials to be suitable for being stored in the storage room.
Further, after the first prompt message is displayed on the display screen, the refrigerator control method further includes step S27:
SS27, when detecting that the user does not take out the food material to be stored which is not suitable for being stored in the current storage room, marking the label of the food material to be stored; the mark is used for not displaying the third prompt message of the food to be stored on the display screen in the food material checking operation.
For example, after the first prompt message is displayed on the display screen, if the user still stores the food material which is not suitable for being stored in the storage room, the user is reminded once, so that the food material can be ignored in the subsequent checking process.
Compared with the prior art, according to the refrigerator control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the antenna is arranged on the refrigerator door and used for identifying the RFID tag, the name of the food material to be stored, which is input by a user, is obtained in response to the tag customization operation of the antenna, the food material information of the food material to be stored can be obtained in the food material library according to the name, and then the food material information is bound with the customization tag, and in the subsequent food material management process, the information of the food material stored in the refrigerator can be obtained according to the customization tag; and then, acquiring the optimal storage temperature range of the food to be stored in the food information, acquiring a first current temperature of the storage room corresponding to the user-defined label, and displaying first prompt information in the display screen to remind a user when the first current temperature is not in the optimal storage temperature range and indicates that the food to be stored should not be stored in the current storage room. According to the refrigerator control method disclosed by the invention, a temperature database suitable for food material storage can be established, and a user is reminded to select a suitable storage chamber by comparing the actual temperature of the chamber with the suitable storage temperature of the food material, so that the storage time of the food is prolonged, and the user experience and the intellectualization of the food material management of the refrigerator are further improved.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
