The refrigerating compartment 101B is partitioned into left and right sides. The refrigerating compartment 101B is selectively opened or closed by a refrigerating compartment door 200B pivotably mounted on the refrigerating compartment 101B.
Fig. 2 is an appearance schematic diagram of a refrigerator according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2, a display screen is disposed on a refrigerating chamber door 200B, and the display screen is embedded in a door body. In some embodiments, the screen of the display screen is positioned in a plane flush with the outer surface of the door.
In some embodiments, the refrigerator further includes a controller connected to the display screen, and configured to interact with the server to obtain information and data, draw a user interface, and output display information to the display screen, where the display screen receives a display signal output by the controller and displays corresponding image information, such as the user interface.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the refrigerator provided in the embodiment of the present application, at least two storage compartments, such as a freezing compartment, a refrigerating compartment, a temperature changing compartment, and/or a fresh food compartment, are provided inside a cabinet. Each storage compartment may have a plurality of separate storage spaces therein, such as drawer compartments.
In some embodiments, in order to implement intelligent management of food materials, an RFID tag is used to identify food materials in a storage room, specifically, identification information of the RFID tag is obtained in advance, for example, a tag code written in the RFID tag, a corresponding relationship between the identification information of the RFID tag and specified food material information is established, and association between the RFID tag and the food materials is implemented; the food material management method comprises the steps that the food material is attached with the RFID tag and then is placed into the refrigerator, the refrigerator obtains identification information of the RFID tag through detecting signals of the RFID tag, under the condition that the identification information is obtained, the food material information corresponding to the RFID tag can be determined through the pre-established unique corresponding relation between the identification information of the RFID tag and the food material information, the food material information is displayed in a user interface, a user can know the food material in the refrigerator through the user interface, and management operation can be executed on the food material through operating the user interface.
In some embodiments, an RFID detection module is provided within each storage compartment for transmitting a wireless signal at the corresponding storage compartment and receiving a signal of an RFID tag within the storage compartment to obtain identification information of the RFID tag.
In some embodiments, the RFID detection module may be specifically an antenna. The power of the antennas provided in different storage compartments may be different. And the power of the antenna of each storage room can ensure that the antenna can identify the food materials in the self room, thereby avoiding that the error identification rate is increased when the power is too high and the food materials in the incomplete self room can be identified when the power is too low. In a specific implementation, the power of the antenna can be determined in advance according to the space size of each storage room, and the power of each antenna is set in the refrigerator, and the larger the space is, the larger the power is.
In some embodiments, the refrigerator may further include an RFID processing module, which is respectively connected to each RFID detection module, and configured to control the RFID detection module to transmit a wireless signal and receive a signal of the RFID tag fed back by the RFID detection module.
In some embodiments, the controller is connected to the RFID detection module, and controls the RFID detection module to identify signals of the RFID tags in the storage chamber, so as to obtain identification information of each RFID tag and corresponding food material information, where the food material information includes an identifier for indicating a type of food material, and by displaying the food material information on the display screen, a user can know what food materials are in the freezing chamber.
In some embodiments, the food material information further comprises the shelf life of the food material. The freshness of the food material can be monitored based on the shelf life of the food material and the recorded time the user has put in the food material. The freshness of each food material is identified in the food material management interface, so as to prompt a user whether the food material is expired or not, the time from the expiration, the expiration time and the like.
In the related art, after the food materials are put into the storage chamber, a user needs to manually set the putting time of each food material through a user interface displayed by an operation display screen of the refrigerator, so that the operation steps are complicated, and the user experience is poor.
In order to improve the intelligent management capacity of the refrigerator on food materials and improve user experience, the application provides a refrigerator, a controller of the refrigerator detects switch signals of refrigerator doors, when all the refrigerator doors are detected to be closed, an RFID detection module connected with the controller is indicated to identify RFID labels in all storage chambers so as to acquire identification information of each RFID label, a first information set is obtained, a target label placed in the storage chamber is determined by comparing the first information set with a second information set, target placing time corresponding to the target label is determined according to current time, the placing time of the food materials corresponding to the target label is updated by using the target placing time, furthermore, the user does not need to manually set the placing time of each food material, user experience can be provided, and the accuracy of the acquired time can be guaranteed.
The second information set is an information set generated according to the identification information acquired when all the box doors are detected to be closed last time.
In the above example, the zeroth information set including all the RFID identification information, which is obtained when all the doors are detected to be closed, is obtained, and the second information set is generated according to the zeroth information set. Specifically, the identification information and the removal information of the RFID tag corresponding to the food material removed from the refrigerator last time are added to the zeroth information set to obtain a second information set, where the removal information includes the marked removal state and the removal time of the removed RFID tag. It can be seen that the second information set is different from the zeroth information set in that the second information set includes identification information and removal information of RFID tags that have been put into the refrigerator and removed from the refrigerator.
Taking the first information set obtained when all the doors are detected to be closed at this time as an example, the third information set may be generated according to the first information set. Specifically, by comparing a first information set with a second information set, an RFID tag corresponding to the food material moved out of the storage room at this time is determined, that is, the RFID tag of which identification information is only present in the second information set, and the identification information and the moving-out information of the RFID tag moved out of the storage room at this time are added to the first information set to generate a third information set, wherein the moving-out information of the RFID tag moved out of the storage room at this time includes a marked moving-out state of the RFID tag and moving-out time determined according to current time.
In some embodiments, the refrigerator further comprises a detector for detecting a switch signal of each door, respectively, recording a switch state of the door according to the detected switch signal, and transmitting switch state information to the controller.
In some embodiments, when the detector detects an opening signal or a closing signal of any one of the doors, the latest switch state information is transmitted to the controller. And the controller receives the on-off state information sent by the detector and analyzes the operation behavior of the user on the box door according to the received on-off state information. And when the received on-off state information shows that the current on-off states of all the box doors are closed states, determining that all the box doors are closed.
In the embodiment of the present application, the detector may specifically detect the opening and closing signal of the box door by detecting a magnetic sensitive switch and a mechanical switch.
In some embodiments, the target tag includes a first target tag that is an RFID tag in which the identification information is present only in the first set of information. It can be understood that, in this operation, the user puts the food material identified by the first target tag into the storage room for the first time. And for the first target label, determining the corresponding target putting time as the current time.
In some implementation scenarios, a user may take out a food material identified by a certain RFID tag and put the food material into the refrigerator again soon, and at this time, if the putting time of the food material is updated according to the time when the user puts the food material into the refrigerator again, the wrong putting time may be recorded.
In order to avoid recording of wrong putting-in time when the food materials put in this operation are the same batch of food materials put in again shortly after the user takes out the food materials, in other embodiments, the controller determines whether a second target tag exists by comparing the first information set with the second information set, where the second target tag is an RFID tag in which the identification information exists in both the first information set and the second information set and is marked as a shift-out state in the second information set. It should be noted that the second information set further includes a moving-out time corresponding to the second target tag.
When the target putting-in time corresponding to the second target label is determined according to the current time, firstly, the time difference between the current time and the moving-out time corresponding to the second target label is judged to be larger than a preset threshold value, and if the time difference between the current time and the moving-out time corresponding to the second target label is larger than the preset threshold value, the target putting-in time corresponding to the second target label is determined to be the current time; and if the time difference between the current time and the moving-out time corresponding to the second target tag is not greater than the preset threshold, determining the target putting time corresponding to the second target tag as the last putting time. For example, the preset threshold may be 2 hours.
According to the above example, if the user puts a certain food material into the refrigerator again within the preset time after taking out the food material, the putting time corresponding to the food material will not be updated, so that the wrong putting time can be prevented from being recorded, and the accuracy of the refrigerator for automatically acquiring the putting time of the food material is improved.
In some embodiments, a corresponding relationship between the RFID tag and the food material is pre-established, specifically, a corresponding relationship between identification information of the RFID tag and food material information, the controller identifies the identification information of the RFID tag through the RFID detection module, and then searches the food material information corresponding to the RFID tag from the corresponding relationship according to the identification information of the RFID tag.
In some embodiments, the user may perform an update operation on the correspondence between the RFID tag and the food material, such as adding new correspondence information or modifying food material information corresponding to a certain RFID tag. The food material information corresponding to a certain RFID tag is modified, so that the same RFID tag can be used for identifying different food materials in sequence, and the use flexibility of the RFID tag can be improved.
In some embodiments, the correspondence between the RFID tag and the food material is also referred to as an association relationship. The food material information corresponding to the RFID tag is food material information associated with the RFID tag.
In some implementation scenarios, a user modifies food material information associated with a certain RFID tag after the RFID tag is removed from a refrigerator. When the user puts the modified RFID tag into the refrigerator again, since the food material information corresponding to the RFID tag is different, if the putting time corresponding to the RFID tag is not updated, the wrong putting time is recorded.
For the above scenario, in order to avoid recording the wrong insertion time due to the change of the food material information corresponding to the RFID tag, firstly, the tag in the re-association state is added to the identification information of the RFID tag when the food material information corresponding to the RFID tag is modified, so as to represent that the food material information corresponding to the RFID tag currently is different from the food material information corresponding to the RFID tag in the past. Secondly, when acquiring a first information set, the controller acquires identification information of each RFID tag in the storage room, wherein when the current food material information corresponding to the identification information is different from the past food material information, the identification information carries a mark of a re-association state, and the re-association state is used for representing that the current associated food material information of the RFID tag is different from the last associated food material information, so that the first information set is obtained. Furthermore, the controller may determine whether the food material information corresponding to the front and rear of each RFID tag is different by determining whether the identification information of each RFID tag is marked with the re-association state. Then, when the first information set and the second information set are compared to determine the target tag, traversing and judging whether each identification information in the first information set is marked as a re-association state, and determining that the RFID tag which has the identification information existing in the first information set and the second information set at the same time and is marked as the re-association state in the first information set is a third target tag. And for the third target label, determining that the current time is the target putting time corresponding to the third target time.
According to the above example, when the user puts the RFID tag associated with the new food material information into the refrigerator again, the putting time of the food material identified by the RFID tag is updated according to the current time, so that the wrong putting time can be prevented from being recorded, and the accuracy of the refrigerator for automatically acquiring the putting time of the food material is improved.
In some embodiments, the food material management interface is displayed/updated according to the target tag and the corresponding target putting time, so that the putting time of the food material identified by the target tag in the food material management interface is the target putting time corresponding to the target tag.
In some embodiments, in the food material management interface, the food materials in the refrigerator are displayed in the form of food material icons, pictures and texts. In addition, functional controls, such as an RFID tag identification control, a food material addition control, and the like, can be drawn in the user interface.
In some embodiments, the food material management interface may include a plurality of food material display areas and function controls, one food material display area may correspond to one food material category or one storage room, and each food material display area is used for displaying food material information corresponding to an RFID tag in a refrigerator. And displaying the food material information of the corresponding category in the food material display area corresponding to the food material category, and displaying the food material information of the food material in the corresponding storage chamber in the food material display area corresponding to the storage chamber. The food material information displayed in the food material management interface includes, but is not limited to, a food material icon, a food material name, and a freshness identification of the food material. The food material icons can be generated according to pictographic pictures of food materials; the freshness identifier of the food material is generated according to the freshness of the food material, and is used for showing any one or more of the input time, the remaining time after expiration, and the expiration time of the food material, and the freshness of the food material may specifically be the input time, the remaining time after expiration, or the expiration time (or whether the time is expired). The functional controls in the food material management interface include, but are not limited to, a control for triggering identification of the RFID tag, a control for adding food material information, and a control for displaying menu information, etc.

In the food material management interface shown in fig. 3, each food material icon has at least one identification bit, the at least one identification bit is used for loading a freshness identification of a food material, the loaded freshness identification is generated according to the freshness of the food material, the freshness of the food material is at least one of the remaining time, the expiration time and the input time of the food material when the distance between the food material and the expiration date is expired, and the freshness identification can be obtained by calculation according to the input time of the food material and the shelf life of the food material, for example, the freshness identification of "apple" in a food material display area corresponding to a refrigerating chamber is "expired", the freshness identification of grapes is "remaining 1 day" and the like.
In addition, in some embodiments, the refrigerator provided by the application further provides a function of tracing the last time the food material is put in.
Specifically, after the food material management interface shown in fig. 3 is displayed, the controller controls a food material list interface to be displayed on the upper layer of the food material management interface, and food material information corresponding to the target tag is displayed in the food material list interface; the user can input a first instruction by operating the food material list interface, for example, any food material or a designated position in the food material list, or click a designated function control provided by the food material list interface. The method comprises the steps that a controller receives a first instruction input by a user and displays a food material editing interface for editing specified food materials, wherein the latest putting time and/or the last putting time of the specified food materials are displayed in the food material editing interface; the user can input a second instruction by operating the food material editing interface; and the controller receives a second instruction input by the user on the food material editing interface, and modifies the putting time corresponding to the specified food material into the last putting time.
