Description

Food material management refrigerator based on RFID (radio frequency identification) tag and control method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of control of refrigeration equipment, in particular to a food material management refrigerator based on an RFID tag and a control method of the food material management refrigerator.
Background
The RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a non-contact automatic Identification technology, which automatically identifies a target object and obtains related data through a Radio Frequency signal, does not need manual intervention in Identification work, and can work in various severe environments. The RFID technology can identify high-speed moving objects and can identify a plurality of electronic tags at the same time, is fast and convenient to operate and is frequently used in supermarkets.
The RFID technology is originally a means for intelligent monitoring in production and manufacturing, and since the RFID technology is applied to a refrigerator in the last years, the essential food storage appliance can automatically identify food in the refrigerator just like having a pair of eyes, so that the intelligentization of the refrigerator is upgraded, and the RFID technology generally adopts an RFID tag for identification. The RFID tags suitable for the refrigerator are divided into self-defined tags and pre-defined tags, the pre-defined tags are well defined and provided with food patterns, a user cannot modify the pre-defined tags, the self-defined tags are provided with letters, the user can define the self-defined tags by himself, the pink tags are special for a cold storage chamber, the purple tags are special for a wide temperature chamber, and the blue tags are special for a cold storage chamber.
The precondition used in the prior art is that a user distinguishes a label, that is, only pink labels can be used in a refrigerating chamber, and the user needs to bind the pink labels and food materials in the refrigerating chamber and then place the bound pink labels and the food materials in the refrigerating chamber into the refrigerating chamber during normal use. If the user only binds the food material with wrong labels but places the food material in a proper compartment, the influence on the user is small, for example, the user takes a refrigerating compartment label A to bind the food material F1 (the food material suitable for being stored in the refrigerating compartment) by mistake and places the food material in the refrigerating compartment, the user places a pink label A in the refrigerating compartment, the system identifies whether the label A is stored in the refrigerating compartment (the pink label is classified into the refrigerating compartment after the refrigerator identifies regardless of which compartment the pink label is placed in), and if the situation is only that the A label is considered to be stored in the refrigerating compartment, the food material F1 is actually stored in the refrigerating compartment, and the influence on the user is small.
If the user binds the food material labels and misplaces the compartment, great loss is brought to the user. For example, a user binds food material F2 (food material suitable for being stored in the refrigerating compartment) with a refrigerating compartment label a, and the bound a label is put into the freezing compartment, at this time, the a label is considered to be stored in the refrigerating compartment, and the food material is actually stored in the freezing compartment, but the freezing compartment is not suitable for storing food material F2, which affects the storage of food material F2, and may cause damage to the food material, thereby causing loss to the user.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a food material management refrigerator based on an RFID tag and a control method thereof, and solves the problem that the existing food material management refrigerator based on the RFID tag easily causes damage to food materials due to the fact that the food materials are easily misplaced in a compartment, and therefore loss is brought to users.

On the other hand, an embodiment of the application provides a control method for managing a refrigerator by using food materials based on an RFID tag, including: when an inventory instruction is received, acquiring the type information of the newly added RFID label; determining a compartment corresponding to the newly added RFID tag according to the type information of the newly added RFID tag; and receiving door body opening and closing information detected by the door body detection unit, judging whether the door body of the chamber corresponding to the RFID label is opened within a preset time period, and if not, reminding a user to confirm.
The food material management refrigerator based on the RFID label comprises a door body detection unit, a label detection unit and a control unit, wherein the door body detection unit is used for detecting the opening and closing state of a door body; the label detection unit is used for detecting the information of the RFID label in the refrigerator; after the control unit receives the checking instruction, the type information of the newly added RFID tag is obtained, the compartment corresponding to the newly added RFID tag is determined according to the type information of the newly added RFID tag, then the control unit receives the door body opening and closing information detected by the door body detection unit, whether the door body of the compartment corresponding to the RFID tag is opened within a preset time period is judged, and if not, a reminding user is sent to confirm information. According to the embodiment of the application, whether the door of the corresponding compartment is opened or not can be judged by combining the door body opening and closing information according to the type information of the RFID label newly added to the refrigerator, therefore, whether the RFID label is put into the corresponding compartment or not can be judged, if the RFID label is not put into the corresponding compartment, the user is reminded to confirm, the damage of food materials caused by the fact that the compartment is misplaced with the food materials can be avoided, the phenomenon of loss is brought to the user, and the user experience is improved.

Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present application, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
At present, food material management refrigerators based on RFID tags have entered into people's lives, and compared with the common image recognition technology in the intelligent refrigerator industry, RFID recognition food materials are more accurate, are less affected by storage space, and can avoid being shielded by other food materials to cause unrecognizable or erroneous recognition. Meanwhile, the food material management is more flexible, and a user can flexibly design and adjust the attribute of the food material label, can input the food material label by voice and can also write the food material label so as to facilitate the identification. However, the existing food material management refrigerator based on the RFID tag can only identify the default food material placement position by identifying the tag type, and cannot accurately identify the compartment where the food material is actually placed, which easily causes the user to place the food material in the wrong compartment and then to be difficult to find, for example, the user mistakenly places the food material bound with the freezing tag in the cold storage compartment, and at this time, the control unit of the refrigerator can default to place the food material in the freezing compartment, and if the user cannot timely find the wrong compartment, the food material may be damaged, thereby causing loss to the user.
In view of the problems in the prior art, referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a food material management refrigerator based on an RFID tag, where the refrigerator includes a door detection unit 3, a tag detection unit 4, and a control unit 5, where the door detection unit 3 is used to detect an opening and closing state of a door; the label detection unit 4 is used for detecting information of the RFID label in the refrigerator; the control unit 5 is configured to: after receiving the inventory instruction, obtaining the type information of the newly added RFID tag, determining the compartment corresponding to the newly added RFID tag according to the type information of the newly added RFID tag, receiving the door body opening and closing information detected by the door body detection unit 3, judging whether the door body of the compartment corresponding to the RFID tag is opened within a preset time period, and if not, sending out information for reminding a user to confirm. According to the embodiment of the application, whether the door of the corresponding compartment is opened or not can be judged by combining the door body opening and closing information according to the type information of the RFID label newly added to the refrigerator, therefore, whether the RFID label is put into the corresponding compartment or not can be judged, if the RFID label is not put into the corresponding compartment, a user is reminded to confirm, the phenomenon that the food material is damaged due to the fact that the food material is put into the compartment in a wrong mode and the loss is brought to the user can be avoided, and further the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the inventory command is generated by the user triggering the RFID inventory switch the last time the refrigerator door was closed. Therefore, the additional setting of the checking trigger switch does not need manual triggering for checking, the structure of the refrigerator can be simplified, the cost is saved, the operation process can be simplified, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the type information of the RFID tag refers to a type of the tag suitable for storage, such as refrigeration, freezing or wide temperature. The food material information of the RFID tag refers to the type of food materials bound by the tag, such as beef, milk or fish. The information of the RFID tag includes type information of the RFID tag and food material information of the RFID tag.
Fig. 2 and 3 are perspective structural views of a specific embodiment of a refrigerator according to the present application, where fig. 2 is a perspective structural view of a closed refrigerator door, and fig. 3 is a perspective structural view of an opened refrigerator door. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the refrigerator according to the embodiment of the present application has an approximately rectangular parallelepiped shape. The appearance of the refrigerator is defined by a storage chamber 1 defining a storage space and a plurality of door bodies 2 arranged in the storage chamber 1, wherein each door body 2 comprises a door body outer shell 21 positioned at the outer side of the storage chamber 1, a door body inner container 22 positioned at the inner side of the lower storage chamber 1, an upper end cover 23, a lower end cover 24 and a heat insulating layer positioned among the door body outer shell 21, the door body inner container 22, the upper end cover 23 and the lower end cover 24; typically, the thermal insulation layer is filled with a foam material.
The storage chamber 1 is a box having an opening, and the storage chamber 1 is vertically partitioned into a lower freezing chamber 1B and an upper refrigerating chamber 1A. Each of the partitioned spaces may have an independent storage space. In detail, the freezing compartment 1B is defined at a lower side of the storage chamber 1 and may be selectively covered by a drawer-type freezing compartment door body 2B. The space defined above the freezing compartment 1B is partitioned into left and right sides to respectively define the refrigerating compartment 1A. The refrigerating compartment 1A can be selectively opened or closed by a refrigerating compartment door body 2A pivotably mounted on the refrigerating compartment 1A.
Referring to fig. 3, the storage compartment 1 in the embodiment of the present application includes a storage drawer 110 located at a lower side, and the storage drawer 110 is two-layered and includes two narrower preservation drawers located at a lower layer and disposed side by side at left and right sides, and a wider preservation drawer located at upper sides of the two narrower preservation drawers and used for storing longer food materials.
In some embodiments, the door detection unit 3 may be a door switch sensor, the tag detection unit 4 may be a module integrating an antenna and an RFID reader, specifically, a door antenna scanning area 21A is disposed on the door 2A of the refrigeration compartment, and the control unit 5 sends the reminding information to the user to display a confirmation interface (not shown) on the display screen of the refrigerator. It should be noted that the module integrating the antenna and the RFID reader/writer may detect information of an RFID tag in the refrigerator, and may also detect information of an RFID tag that is about to be placed in the refrigerator and is bound to food material.
Of course, in practical applications, the door detection unit 3 may be another type of detection device that can detect the opening and closing states of the door, and the tag detection unit 4 may also be another type of detection device that can detect information of the RFID tag in the refrigerator.
In some embodiments, the food material information of the RFID tag may be customized, and the control unit 5 is further configured to determine whether the food material information of the RFID tag matches the type information, and if not, send out a message to prompt the user to confirm.
That is, some RFID tags only define the type of food material, and do not define the name of food material, for example, when a user defines beef with a refrigeration type RFID tag, and then the defined tag and the bound food material are placed in the door antenna scanning area 21A for scanning, at this time, the antenna and RFID reader-writer integrated module reads the RFID tag information into the RFID reader-writer and transmits the RFID tag information to the control unit 5, when the control unit 5 compares the food material information with the food material database, and when the beef is found to be suitable for storage, the control unit 5 sends out information for prompting the user to confirm. Therefore, the phenomenon that the food materials are placed into compartments unsuitable for storage and are finally damaged due to the fact that the user wrongly binds the food materials and the labels can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the obtaining of the type information of the newly added RFID tag includes obtaining information (tag set C1) of all RFID tags in the current refrigerator detected by the tag detection unit 4, comparing the information (tag set C2) of all RFID tags in the current refrigerator with information (tag set C2) of all RFID tags in the refrigerator obtained at the last inventory time, determining the newly added RFID tag, and obtaining the type information of the newly added RFID tag.
In some embodiments, the refrigerator comprises a refrigerating compartment 1A and a freezing compartment 1B, when the control unit 5 receives an inventory instruction and obtains that the type of a newly added RFID tag is cold storage, it is determined that a compartment corresponding to the newly added RFID tag is the refrigerating compartment 1A according to the type information of the newly added RFID tag, the control unit 5 receives door body opening and closing information detected by the door body detection unit 3 and determines whether a door body of the refrigerating compartment 1A is opened within a preset time period, if so, the number of the tags of the default refrigerating compartment 1A is increased, and if not, a message for prompting a user to confirm is sent.
Similarly, when the control unit 5 obtains that the type of the newly added RFID tag is freezing, the control unit 5 determines whether the door body of the freezing chamber 1B is opened within a preset time period, and if not, sends a message to prompt the user to confirm.
In some embodiments, the refrigerator further includes a wide greenhouse (not shown), the type of the newly added RFID tag is cold storage, the control unit 5 obtains a set temperature of the wide greenhouse, determines whether the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is a cold storage temperature or a freezing temperature, when the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is the freezing temperature, the control unit 5 determines that the compartment corresponding to the RFID tag is the cold storage compartment 1A, then the control unit 5 determines whether a door body of the cold storage compartment 1A is opened within a preset time period, if yes, the number of tags in the cold storage compartment 1A is increased, and if not, a message prompting the user to confirm is sent.

From this, no matter the material of eating (being fit for refrigerated material) of binding cold-stored type label puts into cold-stored room 1A or wide greenhouse, control unit 5 can not remind the user to confirm to can reduce the user and confirm the number of times, promote user experience.
In some embodiments, when the type of the newly added RFID tag is freezing and the set temperature of the wide temperature chamber is a refrigerating temperature, the control unit 5 determines that the chamber corresponding to the newly added RFID tag is the freezing chamber 1B, and then the control unit 5 determines whether the door body of the freezing chamber 1B is opened within a preset time period, if so, the number of the tags in the default freezing chamber 1B is increased, and if not, a message prompting the user to confirm is sent.
Similarly, when the type of the newly added RFID tag is freezing and the set temperature of the wide temperature chamber is freezing temperature, the control unit 5 determines that the chambers corresponding to the newly added RFID tag are the freezing chamber 1B and the temperature-variable chamber, and determines whether the door body of the freezing chamber 1B or the wide temperature chamber is opened within a preset time period, if so, the number of the tags in the freezing chamber 1B is increased by default, and if not, a message for prompting the user to confirm is sent. Similarly, no matter the food material bound with the freezing type tag (i.e. the food material suitable for freezing) is placed into the freezing chamber 1B or the wide greenhouse, the control unit 5 does not remind the user of confirmation, so that the number of times of confirmation by the user can be reduced, and the user experience can be improved.
In some embodiments, the type of the newly added RFID tag is wide temperature, the set temperature of the wide temperature chamber is freezing temperature, the control unit 5 obtains information of food materials of the RFID tag, and determines that the food materials are suitable for refrigeration, the control unit 5 determines that the chamber corresponding to the newly added RFID tag is the refrigeration chamber 1A, the control unit 5 determines whether a door body of the refrigeration chamber 1A is opened within a preset time period, if so, the number of tags in the wide temperature chamber is increased, and if not, a user is reminded to confirm information.
In some embodiments, the type of the newly added RFID tag is wide temperature, the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is freezing temperature, and when the food material is suitable for freezing, the control unit 5 determines that the compartments corresponding to the RFID tag are the freezing compartment 1B and the wide greenhouse, and the control unit 5 determines whether the door body of the freezing compartment 1B or the wide greenhouse is opened within a preset time period, if so, the number of the tags in the default wide greenhouse is increased, and if not, a message prompting the user to confirm is sent.
Similarly, when the type of the newly added RFID tag is wide temperature, the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is refrigeration temperature, and the food material is suitable for freezing, the control unit 5 determines that the compartment corresponding to the RFID tag is the freezing compartment 1B, and determines whether the door body of the freezing compartment 1B is opened within a preset time period, if so, the number of the tags in the default freezing compartment 1B is increased, and if not, a message prompting the user to confirm is sent.
Similarly, when the type of the newly added RFID tag is wide temperature, the set temperature of the wide greenhouse is refrigeration temperature, and the food material is suitable for refrigeration, the control unit 5 determines that the compartments corresponding to the RFID tag are the refrigeration compartment 1A and the wide greenhouse, and the control unit 5 determines whether the door body of the refrigeration compartment 1A or the wide greenhouse is opened within a preset time period, if so, the number of the tags in the wide greenhouse is increased, and if not, a prompt message for the user to confirm is sent.
