Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of novel textile materials, in particular to piece-dyed elastic wool fabric of modified polyester composite filaments and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The main raw material of the wool spinning fabric is short wool fibers, and the surface of the wool spinning fabric is covered by more or less scale layers, so that the difference between the visible light reflection performance of the wool spinning fabric and the synthetic fiber filaments with smooth surfaces is large, and the synthetic fiber filaments are difficult to use in the wool spinning fabric; even dope-dyed filaments run the risk of differing shade from the wool fibers, resulting in a phenomenon of significant shading and differences in light reflectance at different angles.
Elasticity can give the textile better fit and comfort properties and has become the most widely demanded of the existing clothing textiles. The elasticity achieved by wool fabrics is usually achieved by covering the elastic fibers with wool (or wool blend) yarns, such as spandex (e.g., Lycra), polyolefins (e.g., XLA fibers from DOW corporation), to form core yarns. The disadvantages of this type of elastic fiber application are: the bare yarn can not be applied, and the bare yarn is required to be coated by other fibers as a core yarn, so that the utility value is realized; the processing can be carried out only by special core-spun yarn equipment, the processing flow is long, and the elasticity is difficult to control uniformly; meanwhile, the elastic fabric has the defects of easy relaxation and poor chemical stability when repeatedly used for many times. After being colored by stock solution, the common polyester composite elastic filaments needing high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing can realize relatively lasting elasticity by means of ingenious organizational structure design, for example, patent ZL2007 patent polyester composite filament parallel linear latitudinal elastic wool fabric and preparation method thereof, patent ZL2007 patent polyester composite filament inter-latitudinal elastic wool fabric and preparation method thereof, and a method for realizing wool fabric elasticity by adopting PET/PTT polyester composite filaments is provided. However, it is clear that because PET/PTT requires high temperature and high pressure dyeing, and cannot piece-dye wool fibers, dope dyed filaments are required to achieve the elasticity of wool fabrics. The problems that the color light of wool fibers is difficult to coordinate, the fabric is easy to have flash and different colors, and the like exist.
In order to solve the problems and meet the increasing demands of consumers on color diversification, controllable elasticity and fast consumption, the development of piece-dyed elastic wool fabrics of modified polyester composite filaments is urgently needed.
