本发明公开了一种集成了积液器的油箱内置控制阀,包括焊接盘,所述焊接盘设置在油箱内的顶部;所述积液器上盖可拆卸的设于所述焊接盘的底部;所述控制阀子总成设于所述积液器上盖的底部,所述控制阀子总成顶部具有与积液器上盖适配的积液器下壳体结构;其中,所述积液器上盖与所述控制阀子总成顶部的下壳体结构构成了用于存储油液的积液器内腔,本发明的集成了积液器的油箱内置控制阀,其设置在油箱内的顶部,通过在控制阀子总成的顶部开有与积液器上盖相适配的积液器下壳体特征,从而在控制阀子总成的顶部集成了一个积液器,使得本控制阀的集成度高、零件少、组装方便且加工成本低,满足了实际的使用需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种控制阀,尤其涉及一种集成了积液器的油箱内置控制阀。
背景技术
汽车排放法规不断升级,对汽车燃油箱总成的汽油蒸发排放要求愈加严格,使得目前很多油箱上的控制阀和积液器从外置式变成了油箱内置式。
目前的油箱内置式中,油箱内控制阀和积液器分别焊接在油箱内表面,并且使用尼龙管相连,这样的装配难度大,同时加工成本升高,从而无法满足实际的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种组装难度低,同时生产成本低的集成了积液器的油箱内置控制阀。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种集成了积液器的油箱内置控制阀,包括:
焊接盘,所述焊接盘设置在油箱内的顶部;
积液器上盖,所述积液器上盖可拆卸的设于所述焊接盘的底部;
控制阀子总成,所述控制阀子总成设于所述积液器上盖的底部,所述控制阀子总成顶部具有与积液器上盖适配的积液器下壳体结构;
其中,所述积液器上盖与所述控制阀子总成顶部的下壳体结构构成了用于存储油液的积液器内腔。
进一步,所述焊接盘与所述油箱之间为焊接相连。
进一步,所述积液器上盖与焊接盘之间为卡扣相连。
进一步,所述积液器上盖和所述控制阀子总成通过旋转焊接或者激光焊接相连。
进一步,所述积液器上盖的底部横截面呈倒U型状,在所述积液器上盖的底部上设有卡槽,所述控制阀子总成的顶部横截面呈U型状,在所述控制阀子总成上设有与卡槽适配的凸起块。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明方案的集成了积液器的油箱内置控制阀,其设置在油箱内的顶部,通过在控制阀子总成的顶部开有与积液器上盖相适配的积液器下壳体特征,从而在控制阀子总成的顶部集成了一个积液器,使得本控制阀的集成度高、零件少、组装方便且加工成本低,满足了实际的使用需求。

请参阅附图1-3,本发明一实施例所述的一种集成了积液器的油箱内置控制阀,包括焊接盘1、积液器上盖2和控制阀子总成3;所述焊接盘1是预先焊接在油箱内壳顶部的,所述积液器上盖2可拆卸的设于所述焊接盘1的底部,在本实施例中,所述积液器上盖2与焊接盘1之间为卡扣相连。
所述控制阀子总成3设于所述积液器上盖2的底部;具体来说,积液器上盖1和控制阀子总成3上的积液器下壳体结构通过旋转焊接或者激光焊接的方式焊接在一起,形成积液器内腔4,用来储存阀内漏出的油液。
作为进一步的优选实施,所述积液器上盖2的底部横截面呈倒U型状,在所述积液器上盖2的底部上设有卡槽所述控制阀子总成3的顶部横截面呈U型状,在所述控制阀子总成上设有与卡槽适配的凸起块30,这样积液器上盖和控制阀子总成3通过卡槽和凸起块30能够更好的装配到一起。
本发明的集成了积液器的油箱内置控制阀,其设置在油箱内的顶部,通过在控制阀子总成的顶部开有与积液器上盖相适配的积液器下壳体特征,从而在控制阀子总成的顶部集成了一个积液器,使得本控制阀的集成度高、零件少、组装方便且加工成本低,满足了实际的使用需求。

1.一种集成了积液器的油箱内置控制阀,其特征在于,包括:
焊接盘,所述焊接盘设置在油箱内的顶部;
积液器上盖,所述积液器上盖可拆卸的设于所述焊接盘的底部;
控制阀子总成,所述控制阀子总成设于所述积液器上盖的底部,所述控制阀子总成顶部具有与积液器上盖适配的积液器下壳体结构;
其中,所述积液器上盖与所述控制阀子总成顶部的下壳体结构构成了用于存储油液的积液器内腔。
2.如权利要求1所述的集成了积液器的油箱内置控制阀,其特征在于:所述焊接盘与所述油箱之间为焊接相连。
3.如权利要求1所述的集成了积液器的油箱内置控制阀,其特征在于:所述积液器上盖与焊接盘之间为卡扣相连。
4.如权利要求1所述的集成了积液器的油箱内置控制阀,其特征在于:所述积液器上盖和所述控制阀子总成通过旋转焊接或者激光焊接相连。
5.如权利要求1所述的集成了积液器的油箱内置控制阀,其特征在于:所述积液器上盖的底部横截面呈倒U型状,在所述积液器上盖的底部上设有卡槽,所述控制阀子总成的顶部横截面呈U型状,在所述控制阀子总成上设有与卡槽适配的凸起块。
