Abstract

According to the invention, the aluminum profile is subjected to oxidation treatment and surface treatment before thermal transfer printing, so that on one hand, the anti-oxidation effect of the aluminum profile in long-term use can be ensured, on the other hand, the wood grain transfer printing film can be prevented from influencing the aluminum profile in the thermal transfer printing process, weather-resistant coating is adopted for the surface treatment of the aluminum profile, the aluminum profile and the transferred wood grain can be protected to the greatest extent, and the service life of the aluminum profile in outdoor use is prolonged.
