and the second spring (57) is wound on the first valve (54), and two ends of the second spring (57) are respectively connected with the first sliding sleeve (53) and the first valve (54).

the top of the fixing plate (63) is provided with four fourth pulleys (74), and the number of the fourth pulleys (74) is four;
the pull ropes (75) are connected between the fixed sleeve plate (44) and the fixed plate (63), the number of the pull ropes (75) is four, and the pull ropes (75) are respectively connected with the first pulley (71), the second pulley (72), the third pulley (73) and the fourth pulley (74) in a sliding manner;
the upper part of the second fixing frame (3) at one side is provided with the first positioning frame (76), and the upper part of the second fixing frame (3) at the other side is provided with the first positioning frame (76);
