The electrophoresis processing device for producing bases as claimed in claim 1, wherein a third fixing plate (7) is disposed inside the magazine (1), two first fixing columns (35) and two second fixing columns are disposed on the upper side of the third fixing plate (7), a first rotating plate (36) is rotatably fitted between the two first fixing columns (35), a second rotating plate is rotatably fitted between the two second fixing columns, a first spring is installed between the first rotating plate (36) and the third fixing plate (7), a second spring is installed between the second rotating plate and the third fixing plate (7), and four limit levers (37) are disposed between the first rotating plate (36) and the second rotating plate.
