step three: the carrying box 601 is conveyed to the belt conveying mechanism 300, the first conveying motor 304 is started, the first conveying motor 304 operates to drive the roller 303 to rotate, so that the conveying belt 301 is driven to rotate, the carrying box 601 is driven to move forwards, guided by the guide rod 112 and enters the inner cavity of the cleaning bin 101;
step four: starting the delivery pump 102, wherein the delivery pump 102 operates to pump out water in the inner cavity of the cleaning bin 101 through the water inlet pipe 121, and the water is delivered into the second surrounding pipe 117 through the delivery pipe 122, spray water is released from the second surrounding pipe 117 and the plurality of spray heads on the second shunt pipe 118, and enters the inner cavity of the carrying box 601 from the bottom, the top and the side of the carrying box 601 to wash the toy;
step five: the carrying box 601 is conveyed forwards continuously, when the toy passes through the first surrounding pipe 111, clear water is introduced into the first surrounding pipe 111 from the second clear water pipe 110, spray water is released from the first surrounding pipe 111 and the plurality of spray heads on the first shunt pipe 115, and the spray water enters the inner cavity of the carrying box 601 from the bottom, the top and the side of the carrying box 601 to wash the toy for the second time;
step six: the object carrying box 601 is output from one end of the cleaning bin 101, enters the top of one end of the first roller shaft conveying mechanism 400 through the end part of the belt conveying mechanism 300, the second conveying motor 402 is started, the second conveying motor 402 operates to drive the plurality of conveying roller shafts 403 to rotate, the object carrying box 601 is driven to enter the drying box 201, the two side turnover covers 203 are closed, the heating bin 205 and the electric heating fan 206 are started, heat released by the heating bin 205 is conveyed to the plurality of radiating pipes 204 through the heat passing pipes 207, the heat released by the radiating holes heats the inner cavity of the drying box 201, the electric heating fan 206 releases hot air into the drying box 201, the hot air carries a large amount of heat to enter the object carrying box 601, and the cleaned toy is dried;
step seven: the carrier case 601 is discharged from one end of the drying cabinet 201, and the carrier case 601 is removed from the end of the first roller conveyor 400 and the toy is poured out and collected.

wherein, the cleaning mechanism (100) comprises a cleaning bin (101), a delivery pump (102), a guide plate (103), a filter box (105), heating pipes (107), a first surrounding pipe (111) and a second surrounding pipe (117), mounting plates (109) are vertically mounted at two ends of the bottom of an inner cavity of the cleaning bin (101), the delivery pump (102) is mounted at one end of the bottom of the inner cavity of the cleaning bin (101), one end of the delivery pump (102) is connected with the mounting plate (109) at one end, the mounting plates (109) at the other end are close to one side of the delivery pump (102) and are mounted with a plurality of heating pipes (107) side by side, the guide plate (103) is obliquely mounted at two sides of the middle part of the inner cavity of the cleaning bin (101), the guide plates (103) at two sides are combined to form a funnel shape, the bottoms of the guide plate (103) are respectively connected to the tops of the mounting plates (, the two sides of the mounting groove (104) are respectively connected with the guide plates (103) at the two sides, a filter box (105) is slidably mounted in the inner cavity of the mounting groove (104), a first surrounding pipe (111) is mounted at the top of the guide plate (103) at one side, a second surrounding pipe (117) is mounted at the top of the guide plate (103) at the other side, and a blocking curtain (120) is mounted between the first surrounding pipe (111) and the second surrounding pipe (117) at the top of the cleaning bin (101);
wherein, the drying mechanism (200) comprises a drying box (201), a cross bar (202), a flip plate (203), radiating pipes (204), a heating bin (205), an electric heating fan (206) and heat distributing pipes (207), the two sides of the bottom of the drying box (201) are respectively provided with the electric heating fan (206), the air outlet of the electric heating fan (206) is communicated to the inner cavity of the drying box (201), the heating bin (205) is arranged on a supporting leg of the drying box (201), a heating wire is arranged in the inner cavity of the heating bin (205), one end of the heating bin (205) is communicated to one end of the heat distributing pipes (207) through a pipeline, the heat distributing pipes (207) are arranged on the inner wall of one side of the drying box (201), the top and the bottom of the heat distributing pipes (207) are respectively provided with a plurality of radiating pipes (204), the plurality of radiating holes are respectively arranged on the plurality of radiating pipes (204), the cross bar (202) is arranged above, the two sides of the top of the drying box (201) are hinged with the side-turning cover plates (203), and the two side-turning cover plates (203) are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the cross rod (202);
wherein the belt conveying mechanism (300) comprises a conveying belt (301), a sliding rod (302), a roller (303), a first conveying motor (304), a tensioning roller (305) and a first mounting rack (306), the two sides of the top of the first mounting rack (306) are both provided with a sliding rod (302), the two ends of the first mounting rack (306) are both provided with rollers (303) below the sliding rod (302) through rotating shafts, the rollers (303) at the two ends are sleeved with the same conveying belt (301), the top of the conveying belt (301) and the top of the sliding rod (302) are positioned on the same plane, wherein, the roller (303) at one end is connected to the output shaft of the first conveying motor (304) through a rotating shaft and a speed reducer, a tension roller (305) is contacted below the conveying belt (301), and two ends of the tension roller (305) are rotatably connected in an inner cavity of a first mounting frame (306) through bearings;
the first roller shaft conveying mechanism (400) comprises a second mounting frame (401), a second conveying motor (402), conveying roller shafts (403) and a motor box (404), the motor box (404) is installed on one side face of one end of the second mounting frame (401), the second conveying motor (402) is installed in an inner cavity of the motor box (404), a plurality of conveying roller shafts (403) are installed on the top of the inner cavity of the second mounting frame (401) side by side at equal intervals, chain wheels are installed at one ends of the plurality of conveying roller shafts (403), and output shafts of the second conveying motor (402) are connected to the conveying roller shafts (403) through the chain wheels and chains;
the carrying mechanism (600) comprises a carrying box (601), a ventilation opening (602), vertical plates (603), transverse plates (604) and water filtering plates (605), wherein the water filtering plates (605) are installed in the inner cavity of the carrying box (601), a plurality of water filtering holes are formed in the water filtering plates (605), the tops of the water filtering plates (605) are vertically provided with a plurality of vertical plates (603), the transverse plates (604) are installed between the tops of the adjacent vertical plates (603), and the ventilation opening (602) is formed in the side face of the carrying box (601) below the water filtering plates (605).
