Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of whitening cosmetics, and particularly relates to a whitening mask liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Many different types of whitening mask products are available on the market, and some mask liquids of the whitening masks contain acid components, have the effect of forcibly peeling off cutin, and are irritant to skin and incapable of being used by sensitive skin. Or the facial mask liquid contains some components for instantly moisturizing and brightening, and has no actual whitening effect and no idle work after being used.

The ginger root extract solution consists of bisabolol and a ginger root extract.
Preferably, the ratio of the weight parts of the bisabolol to the weight parts of the ginger root extract in the ginger root extract solution is 99: 1.
Preferably, the water content of the tris (laureth-4) phosphate is 9% and the water content of the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is 8%.
The preparation method of the whitening mask liquid comprises the following steps:
s1, adding a ginger root extract solution into ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, and stirring until the mixture is completely clear and transparent to prepare an ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate solution for later use;
s2, adding p-hydroxyacetophenone into one fourth of butanediol, heating while stirring until the mixture is completely clear and transparent, and preparing a p-hydroxyacetophenone solution for later use;
s3, adding glabridin into one fourth of caprylic/capric triglyceride, heating while stirring until the mixture is completely clear and transparent, and preparing glabridin solution for later use;
s4, cleaning and disinfecting the equipment for later use;
s5, sequentially adding water, the remaining three-quarter of butanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, glyceryl polyether-26, trehalose, panthenol, xanthan gum, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin, sodium hyaluronate and EDTA disodium into a water phase pot, heating and stirring until no particles exist, and preserving heat for later use to prepare a mixed solution A;
s6, adding squalane, jojoba seed oil, the remaining three quarters of caprylic/capric triglyceride and tri (laureth-4) phosphate into the mixed solution A, homogenizing until the mixture is completely uniform, keeping the temperature, cooling for the first time, adding an ascorbic acid tetraisopalmitate solution, a p-hydroxyacetophenone solution and a glabridin solution, stirring for the first time, cooling for the second time, adding hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid, 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, alpha-arbutin, 1, 2-hexanediol and beta-glucan, stirring for the second time, filtering, filling and packaging to obtain the whitening mask liquid.
Preferably, in step S2, the heating is performed to 55-65 ℃.
Preferably, in step S3, the heating is performed to 65-75 ℃.
Preferably, in step S5, the heating is performed to 85-90 deg.C, and the stirring is performed at 30-50rpm for 10-15 min.
Preferably, in step S6, the homogenizing is performed for 10-15 minutes, and the heat preservation is performed for 5-10 minutes.
Preferably, in step S6, the first cooling is performed to 55 to 60 ℃, and the first stirring is performed at a rotation speed of 40 to 60rpm for 5 to 10 minutes.
Preferably, in step S6, the temperature is decreased to 40-45 ℃ for the second time, and the second stirring is performed at a rotation speed of 40-60rpm for 5-10 minutes.
The application of the whitening mask liquid provided by the invention is as follows: can be applied to various parts of body.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the whitening mask liquid provided by the invention is non-irritant, can be used for sensitive skin, and has the effects of instant brightening, long-acting whitening and freckle removing.
(2) The glabridin in the raw material components of the whitening mask liquid provided by the invention can simultaneously act on tyrosinase, DHICA oxidase, dopachrome tautomerase and alpha-MSH melanotropin, and inhibit the proliferation of melanocytes and B16 cells, thereby achieving the effects of inhibiting melanin production, inhibiting melanosome transfer and reducing the total melanin. In addition, the matching of the water-soluble 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid and the oil-soluble ascorbic acid tetraisopalmitate can play a role in inhibiting tyrosinase and reducing melanin. And the generation of melanin is synergistically inhibited by adopting alpha-arbutin, so that multi-channel whitening is realized. In addition, the hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid can soften cutin, and has the effects of smoothing and softening skin, brightening skin color and assisting in whitening.
(3) The preparation method of the whitening mask liquid provided by the invention is simple to operate, stable in technology, easy in obtaining of raw materials, excellent in effect of the prepared whitening mask liquid and high in commercial value.

The embodiment provides a whitening mask liquid which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 80.115 parts of water, 3 parts of butanediol, 0.55 part of 1, 2-pentanediol, 262 parts of glycerol polyether, 1.75 parts of squalane, 1.75 parts of jojoba seed oil, 1.75 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.55 part of hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid, 0.5 part of ascorbic acid tetraisopalmitate, 1 part of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 0.55 part of alpha-arbutin, 0.05 part of glabridin, 1.25 parts of trehalose, 1.25 parts of ginger root extract solution, 0.65 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.75 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.55 part of beta-glucan, 0.55 part of tris (laureth-4) phosphate, 0.55 part of panthenol, 0.3 part of xanthan gum, 0.3 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.2 part of allantoin, 0.055 part of sodium hyaluronate and 0.03 part of EDTA disodium.
The ginger root extract solution consists of bisabolol and a ginger root extract, and the weight part ratio of the bisabolol to the ginger root extract in the ginger root extract solution is 99: 1.
The water content of the tri (laureth-4) phosphate is 9 percent, and the water content of the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is 8 percent.
The preparation method of the whitening mask liquid comprises the following steps:

In step S2, the heating is performed to 60 ℃.
