The conference room reservation and the use state viewing are realized through the APP/webpage management interface, and the binding operation between the conference room table card and the participants is carried out.

Step 509, the meeting room table card receives the information of the meeting personnel and displays the information of the meeting personnel.
In practical application, the staff can download the conference room reservation APP from the mobile terminal of the staff or log in the conference room reservation webpage, reserve the conference room through the conference room reservation APP or the webpage, and set the participants. The meeting room doorplate can display the appointment state of the meeting room in real time. For example, the house doorplate displays that a reservation is made for a total of several conferences and displays the corresponding time. Meanwhile, the table board in the conference room can acquire information from the Bluetooth mesh conference room doorplate and automatically refresh the information into corresponding participants one minute before the conference time begins.
The conference management system provided by this embodiment, depending on the characteristics of the bluetooth Mesh, uses the conference room doorplate and the conference room desktop plate as one node in the bluetooth Mesh network, and each node can communicate with each other, and thus a complex local network is formed.
The local network accesses the Internet through EMW3080WiFi of celebration department and is matched with a special conference room reservation system to realize conference room reservation. The enterprise staff can realize the automatic arrangement of the meeting room through the meeting room reservation APP or the webpage management interface, and directly display reservation information and use state information on a doorplate of the meeting room, so that the reservation and arrangement flow of the meeting room of an enterprise is simplified, and labor is saved.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, perform a conference room management method, the method comprising:
acquiring use state information and reservation information of a conference room, wherein the reservation information is formed based on information filled in when the conference room is reserved;
transmitting the use state information and the reservation information to an electronic screen to display the use state information and the reservation information through the electronic screen;
and acquiring the information of the participants in the reservation information, and sending the information of the participants to a corresponding conference room table card in the same local area network so as to indicate the conference room table card to display the information of the participants.
Of course, the embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, where the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the operations of the method described above, and may also perform related operations in the conference room management method provided in any embodiment of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A conference room management method, comprising:
acquiring use state information and reservation information of a conference room, wherein the reservation information is formed based on information filled in when the conference room is reserved;
transmitting the use state information and the reservation information to an electronic screen to display the use state information and the reservation information through the electronic screen, wherein the electronic screen is a display part of a conference room doorplate;
and acquiring the information of the participants in the reservation information, and sending the information of the participants to a corresponding conference room table card in the same local area network so as to indicate the conference room table card to display the information of the participants.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to obtaining the usage state information and the reservation information for the conference room:
and a network is established with the conference room table card in the conference room, so that the conference room door card and the conference room table card are in the same local area network.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the usage status information and the reservation information of the conference room comprises:
sending a query request carrying identification information of a conference room to a server to indicate the server to query the use state information and reservation information of the conference room corresponding to the identification information;
and acquiring the use state information and the reservation information which are sent by the server and correspond to the identification information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said sending the usage status information and the reservation information to an electronic screen comprises:
sending the use state information to a corresponding electronic screen to indicate the electronic screen to display the use state of the conference room;
sending reservation information meeting set conditions to the electronic screen to instruct the electronic screen to display the reservation information meeting the set conditions, wherein the set conditions are used for indicating type information and quantity information of the reservation information to be displayed.

The method of claim 1, wherein the subscription information comprises: the conference system comprises participant identification information, binding information of participants and conference room table cards, conference start time, conference end time, conference room arrangement requirements and reservation person information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the obtaining of the participant information in the reservation information and the sending of the participant information to the corresponding meeting room table card in the same local area network comprises:
determining a target conference to be held according to the conference starting time;
acquiring the participant identification information corresponding to the target conference and the binding information of the participants and the conference room table card in the reservation information;
and sending the identification information of the participants to corresponding table cards in the conference room in the same local area network according to the binding information.
7. A meeting room doorplate, comprising:
the first communication module is used for establishing first communication connection with the server;
the second communication module is used for establishing second communication connection with the conference room table card;
an electronic screen for displaying use state information and reservation information of a conference room, wherein the reservation information is formed based on information filled in when the conference room is reserved;
a processor for performing the conference room management method of any one of claims 1-6.
8. The conference room doorplate of claim 7, wherein the first communication module comprises a WiFi module through which a first communication connection is established with a server;
the second communication module comprises a Bluetooth module, and second communication connection with a conference room table card in the conference room is established through the Bluetooth module to obtain a mesh network based on Bluetooth;
the Bluetooth module is in communication connection with the WiFi module through a serial port.
9. A conference room management system, comprising:
a conference room doorplate for performing the conference room management method of any one of claims 1 to 6;
the server is in communication connection with the door plate of the conference room and is used for receiving the identification information and the reservation information of the conference room sent by the client, adjusting the use state information of the corresponding conference room based on the identification information and sending the use state information and the reservation information to the corresponding door plate of the conference room;
the client is in communication connection with the server and is used for acquiring the reservation information of the conference room and the identification information of the conference room and sending the identification information of the conference room and the corresponding reservation information to the server, wherein the reservation information is formed based on information filled in when the conference room is reserved;
and the conference room table board is in communication connection with the conference room doorplate and used for receiving the conference participant information sent by the conference room doorplate and displaying the conference participant information.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a conference room management method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
