本发明涉及全合成切削液技术领域,具体为一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液。
背景技术
切削液是用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点,克服了传统皂基乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差的毛病,对车床漆也无不良影响,适用于黑色金属的切削及磨加工,属当前最领先的磨削产品,切削液各项指标均优于皂化油,它具有良好的冷却、清洗、防锈等特点,并且具备无毒、无味、对人体无侵蚀、对设备不腐蚀、对环境不污染等特点。
出于对成本控制及使用环境的要求,机加工行业对全合成切削液的需求越来越多,因为全合成切削液有着透明的稀释液,清洗冷却性好,不产生油雾,对于机加工过程车间环境的控制有着较好的改善,但是由于全合成一直以来难以改善的润滑问题,使得全合成切削液难以得到大范围的使用。
为此,我们提出一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液。
发明内容
鉴于上述和/或现有一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液中存在的问题,提出了本发明。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,通过添加特殊润滑剂SA1801可以解决大部分的润滑要求,再配合铝合金缓蚀剂和铜合金缓蚀剂,可以适合黑色金属及铝合金,铜合金的切削,磨削加工能够解决上述提出现有的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,根据本发明的一个方面,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,其包括:防锈剂,碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂,铜缓蚀剂,特殊润滑剂,润湿剂,抗硬水剂,杀菌抑菌剂,沉降剂,消泡剂,稀释剂,按照重量百分比计算:所述防锈剂为5~10%,所述碱储备剂为5~20%,所述金属离子螯合剂为0.1~1%,所述铝缓蚀剂为0.1~1%,所述铜缓蚀剂为0.1~1%,所述特殊润滑剂为1~15%,所述润湿剂为1~10%,所述抗硬水剂为0.2~1.5%,所述杀菌抑菌剂为1~5%,所述沉降剂为0.1~1%,所述消泡剂为0.1~1.5%,所述稀释剂为30~70%;
所述特殊润滑剂为硬脂酸SA1801。

作为本发明所述的一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液的一种优选方案,其中:包括以下操作步骤:
S1:按照重量百分比称取原料;
S2:将防锈剂、碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂、特殊润滑剂依次加入搅拌均匀;
S3:搅拌均匀后的防锈剂、碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂、特殊润滑剂的混合液进行加热;
S4:再将加热的混合液进行搅拌;
S5:将搅拌后的混合液静置,冷却至室温;
S6:再依次加入润湿剂、抗硬水剂、杀菌抑菌剂、沉降剂、消泡剂,及稀释剂;
S7:每加入一种材料,需搅拌均匀后再加入下一种,直至最后均匀至透明溶液即可。
作为本发明所述的一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液的一种优选方案,其中:所述S3中加热温度至80℃。
作为本发明所述的一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液的一种优选方案,其中:所述S4中搅拌时间为1-4小时。
与现有技术相比:通过采用防锈剂,碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂,铜缓蚀剂,特殊润滑剂、润湿剂、抗硬水剂、杀菌抑菌剂、沉降剂,消泡剂,稀释剂复配而成,添加特殊润滑剂SA1801可以解决大部分的润滑要求,再配合铝合金缓蚀剂和铜合金缓蚀剂,达到可以适合黑色金属及铝合金,铜合金的切削,磨削加工的效果。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
实施例1,本发明提供一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:按照重量百分比称取原料,所述防锈剂为8%,所述碱储备剂为15%,所述金属离子螯合剂为0.2%,所述铝缓蚀剂为0.1%,所述铜缓蚀剂为0.2%,所述特殊润滑剂为5%,所述润湿剂为1%,所述抗硬水剂为0.2%,所述杀菌抑菌剂为2%,所述沉降剂为0.2%,所述消泡剂为0.1%,所述稀释剂为30%;
S2:将防锈剂、碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂、特殊润滑剂依次加入搅拌均匀;
S3:搅拌均匀后的防锈剂、碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂、特殊润滑剂的混合液进行加热80℃;
S4:再将加热的混合液进行搅拌1小时;
S5:将搅拌后的混合液静置,冷却至室温;
S6:再依次加入润湿剂、抗硬水剂、杀菌抑菌剂、沉降剂、消泡剂,及稀释剂;
S7:每加入一种材料,需搅拌均匀后再加入下一种,直至最后均匀至透明溶液即可;
其中,特殊润滑剂为硬脂酸SA1801,防锈剂为硼酸和三元酸的1:1混合物,碱储备剂为一乙醇胺和三乙醇胺的1:3混合物,金属离子螯合剂为EDTA-4NA,铝缓蚀剂为五水偏硅酸钠,铜缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑,润湿剂为异己二醇,抗硬水剂为异构醇醚羧酸,杀菌抑菌剂为乙基己基甘油,沉降剂为Busan 77,消泡剂为硅油乳液,稀释剂为自来水。
实施例2,本发明提供一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:按照重量百分比称取原料,所述防锈剂为6%,所述碱储备剂为13%,所述金属离子螯合剂为0.3%,所述铝缓蚀剂为0.15%,所述铜缓蚀剂为0.25%,所述特殊润滑剂为6%,所述润湿剂为2%,所述抗硬水剂为0.2%,所述杀菌抑菌剂为2.5%,所述沉降剂为0.2%,所述消泡剂为0.15%,所述稀释剂为45%;
S2:将防锈剂、碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂、特殊润滑剂依次加入搅拌均匀;
S3:搅拌均匀后的防锈剂、碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂、特殊润滑剂的混合液进行加热80℃;
S4:再将加热的混合液进行搅拌2小时;
S5:将搅拌后的混合液静置,冷却至室温;
S6:再依次加入润湿剂、抗硬水剂、杀菌抑菌剂、沉降剂、消泡剂,及稀释剂;
S7:每加入一种材料,需搅拌均匀后再加入下一种,直至最后均匀至透明溶液即可;
其中,特殊润滑剂为硬脂酸SA1801,防锈剂为三元酸,碱储备剂为一异丙醇胺和三乙醇胺的1:2.5混合物,金属离子螯合剂为EDTA-4NA,铝缓蚀剂为五水偏硅酸钠,铜缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑,润湿剂为异己二醇,抗硬水剂为异构醇醚羧酸,杀菌抑菌剂为乙基己基甘油,沉降剂为Busan77,消泡剂为硅油乳液,稀释剂为自来水。
实施例3,本发明提供一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:按照重量百分比称取原料,所述防锈剂为9%,所述碱储备剂为14%,所述金属离子螯合剂为0.15%,所述铝缓蚀剂为0.2%,所述铜缓蚀剂为0.3%,所述特殊润滑剂为8%,所述润湿剂为1.5%,所述抗硬水剂为0.2%,所述杀菌抑菌剂为2%,所述沉降剂为0.3%,所述消泡剂为0.15%,所述稀释剂为55%;
S2:将防锈剂、碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂、特殊润滑剂依次加入搅拌均匀;
S3:搅拌均匀后的防锈剂、碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂、特殊润滑剂的混合液进行加热80℃;
S4:再将加热的混合液进行搅拌2小时;
S5:将搅拌后的混合液静置,冷却至室温;
S6:再依次加入润湿剂、抗硬水剂、杀菌抑菌剂、沉降剂、消泡剂,及稀释剂;
S7:每加入一种材料,需搅拌均匀后再加入下一种,直至最后均匀至透明溶液即可;
其中,特殊润滑剂为硬脂酸SA1801,防锈剂为硼酸,碱储备剂为一异丙醇胺和二甘醇胺的1:0.8混合物,金属离子螯合剂为EDTA-4NA,铝缓蚀剂为五水偏硅酸钠,铜缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑,润湿剂为异己二醇,抗硬水剂为异构醇醚羧酸,杀菌抑菌剂为乙基己基甘油,沉降剂为Busan77,消泡剂为硅油乳液,稀释剂为自来水。
实施例4,本发明提供一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:按照重量百分比称取原料,所述防锈剂为7%,所述碱储备剂为11%,所述金属离子螯合剂为0.5%,所述铝缓蚀剂为0.6%,所述铜缓蚀剂为0.4%,所述特殊润滑剂为12%,所述润湿剂为6%,所述抗硬水剂为0.3%,所述杀菌抑菌剂为3%,所述沉降剂为0.6%,所述消泡剂为0.3%,所述稀释剂为70%;
S2:将防锈剂、碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂、特殊润滑剂依次加入搅拌均匀;
S3:搅拌均匀后的防锈剂、碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂、特殊润滑剂的混合液进行加热80℃;
S4:再将加热的混合液进行搅拌2小时;
S5:将搅拌后的混合液静置,冷却至室温;
S6:再依次加入润湿剂、抗硬水剂、杀菌抑菌剂、沉降剂、消泡剂,及稀释剂;
S7:每加入一种材料,需搅拌均匀后再加入下一种,直至最后均匀至透明溶液即可;
其中,特殊润滑剂为硬脂酸SA1801,防锈剂为硼酸和三元酸的2:1混合物,碱储备剂为二甘醇胺,金属离子螯合剂为EDTA-4NA,铝缓蚀剂为五水偏硅酸钠,铜缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑,润湿剂为异己二醇,抗硬水剂为异构醇醚羧酸,杀菌抑菌剂为乙基己基甘油,沉降剂为Busan77,消泡剂为硅油乳液,稀释剂为自来水。
将上述实施例1-4所制备的高润滑通用型全合成切削液进行实验,得到以下数据:
由上表可知,实施例3所制得的高润滑通用型全合成切削液的清洗冷却性较强、润滑性较强,且较长时间内润滑性稳定,通过添加特殊润滑剂SA1801可以解决大部分的润滑要求,再配合铝合金缓蚀剂和铜合金缓蚀剂,可以适合黑色金属及铝合金,铜合金的切削,磨削加工,进而达到改善高润滑通用型全合成切削液的润滑性,使高润滑通用型全合成切削液可以适合黑色金属及铝合金,铜合金的切削,磨削加工的效果。
虽然在上文中已经参考实施方式对本发明进行了描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,本发明所披露的实施方式中的各项特征均可通过任意方式相互结合起来使用,在本说明书中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举性的描述仅仅是出于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施方式,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。
Claims (10)
1.一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,包括防锈剂,碱储备剂,金属离子螯合剂,铝缓蚀剂,铜缓蚀剂,特殊润滑剂,润湿剂,抗硬水剂,杀菌抑菌剂,沉降剂,消泡剂,稀释剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分比计算:所述防锈剂为5~10%,所述碱储备剂为5~20%,所述金属离子螯合剂为0.1~1%,所述铝缓蚀剂为0.1~1%,所述铜缓蚀剂为0.1~1%,所述特殊润滑剂为1~15%,所述润湿剂为1~10%,所述抗硬水剂为0.2~1.5%,所述杀菌抑菌剂为1~5%,所述沉降剂为0.1~1%,所述消泡剂为0.1~1.5%,所述稀释剂为30~70%;
所述特殊润滑剂为硬脂酸SA1801。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为硼酸和三元酸中的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,其特征在于,所述碱储备剂为一乙醇胺和三乙醇胺,一异丙醇胺,二甘醇胺中的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,其特征在于,所述金属离子螯合剂为EDTA-4NA。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,其特征在于,所述铝缓蚀剂为五水偏硅酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,其特征在于:所述铜缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑,所述润湿剂为异己二醇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,其特征在于:所述抗硬水剂为异构醇醚羧酸,所述杀菌抑菌剂为乙基己基甘油,沉降剂为Busan77,所述消泡剂为硅油乳液,所述稀释剂为自来水。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,其特征在于:还包括以下操作步骤:
S1:按照重量百分比称取原料;
S2:将防锈剂、碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂、特殊润滑剂依次加入搅拌均匀;
S3:搅拌均匀后的防锈剂、碱储备剂、金属离子螯合剂、铝缓蚀剂、铜缓蚀剂、特殊润滑剂的混合液进行加热;
S4:再将加热的混合液进行搅拌;
S5:将搅拌后的混合液静置,冷却至室温;
S6:再依次加入润湿剂、抗硬水剂、杀菌抑菌剂、沉降剂、消泡剂,及稀释剂;
S7:每加入一种材料,需搅拌均匀后再加入下一种,直至最后均匀至透明溶液即可。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,其特征在于:所述S3中加热温度至80℃。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种高润滑通用型全合成切削液,其特征在于:所述S4中搅拌时间为1-4小时。
