Abstract
The invention discloses a single-component matte water-based varnish for a doodling film, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 400 parts of water 230-containing organic matting agent, 3-5 parts of bactericide, 3-5 parts of mildew preventive, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, 0.5-4 parts of surfactant, 0.5-10 parts of dispersant, 5-20 parts of thickener, 0.5-3 parts of pH regulator, 80-300 parts of low film-forming temperature aqueous resin, 400 parts of high film-forming temperature aqueous resin, 10-60 parts of special auxiliary agent and 0.5-15 parts of special organic matting powder. By compounding two emulsions which are self-crosslinked at room temperature and have different glass transition temperatures, the balance between low VOC, film forming performance and excellent anti-graffiti performance is solved; the balance between the ultralow VOC and the film forming performance is realized by using the special auxiliary agent; the special extinction powder is matched with the dispersing agent, so that the balance of scrawling resistance and luster under the matte price adjustment is solved, and the storage stability is excellent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a single-component matte water-based varnish for a graffiti film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The childhood period is an important period for intelligence development and artistic ability germination, and one main expression form is graffiti which is very beneficial to developing intelligence. The graffiti-resistant film coated on the site is produced by brushing a white board on the wall on the site under the condition of not influencing indoor decoration, and the graffiti-resistant film can be produced in any size, can be produced in one piece, can be a wall or even can be a room for children to write, calculate and draw at will. The white board and the doodle film are coated and manufactured on site and used for replacing the conventional teaching blackboard and teaching white board. The blackboard writing chalk avoids pollution caused by chalk writing, saves waste caused by purchasing a finished whiteboard and a projection curtain, and is environment-friendly in manufacturing and construction processes. The popularization and application of the water-based doodle film make certain contributions to environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction at present when energy is in shortage and the environment is worsened. Meanwhile, the doodle film can also be widely applied to the fields of office walls, production workshops, billboards and the like, and can be used as a white board, a projection curtain and the like. The white board paint is used for painting the billboard in a production workshop, so that the limitation of task writing is reduced, and the accuracy of production communication is ensured.
The common preparation method for the doodle film is mainly high-performance transparent varnish, a film-forming resin system can be divided into polyurethane, polyacrylate, polysiloxane and the like, a solvent type can be divided into a traditional solvent type and a water-based two type, and the solvent type can be divided into a single component, a double component and a multi-component. The high-performance transparent varnish applied to the preparation of the doodle film and the white board meets the environmental protection requirement of on-site painting; secondly, the construction is easy, convenient and fast, and the method has wide adaptability to base materials; long service life is also needed, for example, the surface hardness is high, the paint cannot be peeled off and cracked, and the paint is easy to recoat and renovate; most importantly, the anti-graffiti whiteboard pen has good anti-graffiti performance, and the writing of the whiteboard pen is easy to clean without leaving any trace.
The main problems of the prior art are as follows: 1. environmental protection property: in order to ensure good film-forming properties of conventional transparent varnishes, a large amount of cosolvents or film-forming auxiliaries are usually used, and volatile organic compounds of the cosolvents or film-forming auxiliaries have great influence on human health. When the VOC in a room reaches a certain concentration, people can feel headache, nausea, vomiting, hypodynamia and the like in a short time, and can be convulsion and coma in severe cases, and the liver, the kidney, the brain and the nervous system of people can be injured, so that serious consequences such as hypomnesis are caused. In China, the latest release of the certification requirements of the product of the environmental sign of the water-based interior wall coating by the State environmental protection administration requires that the VOC (volatile organic Compounds) of the interior wall matte finish paint is not higher than 50 grams per liter, and the VOC of the highlight finish paint is not higher than 80 grams per liter. Solvent-based transparent varnish products have been gradually eliminated, and the reduction of VOC in aqueous products, the development of low-VOC and even 'zero-VOC' products is a centralized demand and technical difficulty of the market. Common low-film-forming-temperature resin hardly meets the requirements of surface hardness and anti-graffiti performance, and the water-based resin with higher film-forming temperature needs higher addition of film-forming auxiliary agent to help film formation; in addition, the stimulation and damage of the aqueous isocyanate curing agent on eyes and upper respiratory tract, which are generally adopted by the mainstream two-component transparent varnish product in the market at present: low concentrations cause tearing and coughing, and high concentrations can cause red swelling and chemical burns. It also can destroy nasal mucosa, and cause olfactory loss, and upper respiratory mucosa may cause chemical injury. Concentrations in excess of 50mg/m ^3 can cause edema in the skin and necrosis of the tissue. In addition, it can also cause respiratory tract allergic reactions, aggravate dyspnea and pulmonary edema. Therefore, the graffiti film products applied to the child room decoration and the indoor after-loading market are in urgent need of upgrading the environmental protection performance.
2. Construction property: common double-component doodle varnish products in the market need to be premixed before construction, construction is carried out after on-site stirring, the final construction quality is difficult to control due to the short pot life of a double-component system (within 2-4 hours in common), if high-hydroxyl resin is used, the curing and drying time is long, the rapid curing and use are difficult, and a plurality of paint film defects in on-site stirring construction are difficult to avoid, such as bubbles, shrinkage cavities, fish eyes and the like. The varnish with high graffiti resistance and easy construction is also an outstanding technical difficulty.
3. The application performance is as follows: the final doodling effect and performance are the most main performance indexes for measuring doodling varnish products, and a series of relevant standards and methods in other product fields are used for detecting the stain resistance of the coating, such as HG/T4756 inner wall stain-resistant latex paint, children water-based inner wall paint, children furniture graffiti-resistant detection methods and the like.
4. Gloss: in the process of preparing the water-based matte doodle film, in order to achieve the final matte effect (the 60-degree gloss is less than 10), a certain amount of matting assistant is usually added into the formula, and the matting powder for common water-based varnish is an inorganic functional filler, such as diatomite, kaolin, fumed silica and the like. When the coating film is dried, the fine particles form a fine rough surface on the surface of the coating film, and the reflection of light is reduced to obtain a matte appearance. The matting agents have the problems of difficult dispersion, easy sedimentation in the storage process, low film-forming transparency, poor surface effect and the like, and most importantly, the porous inorganic matting powder greatly influences the final graffiti effect and performance. And if the organic suspension type flatting agent such as the delustering wax is adopted, after the coating construction is finished, the wax in the coating film is separated along with the evaporation of the solvent, so that the coating film can be endowed with better hand feeling and anti-fouling performance. However, the wax layer also inhibits evaporation of water and permeation of gas after the coating film is formed on the surface, and affects the drying and recoating properties of the coating film.
The present application thus provides a one-component matte water varnish for graffiti films and a process for the preparation thereof.
