Abstract
The invention relates to a power cable replacing method, which comprises the following steps: firstly, the connection between the two ends of a cable to be replaced and a power distribution point and various electric equipment appliances is disconnected, then an unwinding device and a winding device are fixedly installed at the two ends of the cable to be replaced in a symmetrical mode, then a new cable is wound outside a rotary table on the unwinding device in order, one end of the cable to be replaced is connected with the new cable through a connecting piece, the other end of the cable to be replaced is wound outside the rotary table on the winding device, finally, a driving motor is started, the rotary table is driven to rotate by the driving motor, the unwinding device can unwind the new cable and the winding device can wind the cable to be replaced, and the replacement of the new cable to be replaced in a power-on circuit can be realized along with the unwinding of the new cable by the unwinding device and the winding of the cable to be replaced by the winding device, so that the power cable can be replaced; the invention has the advantages of time and labor saving and convenient replacement operation.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: a power cable replacement method comprising the steps of:
(1) cutting off the power-on circuit of the cable to be replaced through the controller, and disassembling the connecting pieces at the two ends of the cable to be replaced to disconnect the connecting pieces from the power distribution point and various electric equipment appliances;
(2) the unwinding device and the winding device are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of a cable to be replaced in a symmetrical mode, and new cables are arranged and wound outside a rotary disc on the unwinding device in an orderly mode;
(3) after the new cable is wound on the unwinding device, firstly processing the joint end of the new cable and installing a connecting piece, then connecting the new cable and one end of the cable to be replaced through the connecting piece, and finally winding the other end of the cable to be replaced outside a turntable on the winding device;
(4) after the third step is finished, simultaneously starting the driving motors on the unwinding device and the winding device, wherein at the moment, the turntable on the placing device can unwind the new cable under the action of the driving motor, the turntable on the winding device can wind the cable to be replaced under the action of the driving motor, and the new cable can be replaced in the power-on circuit along with the operation of the unwinding device and the winding device;

The unwinding device and the winding device are identical in structure and respectively comprise a fixed base, a rotary table, a driving motor and a guide device, wherein supports are fixedly arranged at four corners of the lower surface of the fixed base, a limiting plate is vertically and fixedly arranged at the middle position of the upper surface of the fixed base, a driving shaft is rotatably arranged at the center of the limiting plate in a penetrating manner, the rotary table and the driving motor are respectively positioned at two sides of the limiting plate, one end of the driving shaft is fixedly connected with the output end of the driving motor, the other end of the driving shaft is concentrically connected with the rotary table, an adjusting groove is formed in the lower end of the side of the limiting plate along the height direction of the lower end of the limiting plate, the guide device is positioned in the adjusting groove and comprises an adjusting block and a guide wheel, the adjusting block is slidably arranged in the adjusting groove, an electric adjusting rod is fixedly arranged between the lower end of the adjusting block and the bottom surface of the adjusting groove, and the guide wheels are positioned at the same side as the rotary table, the upper end and the lower end of the outer surface of the adjusting block are respectively arranged in a rotating way through a connecting shaft, and a guide cavity is formed between the two guide wheels.
The adjusting block is of a square block structure and is positioned in the adjusting groove, and the two sides of the adjusting block are both provided with sliding blocks which are connected with the inner groove wall of the adjusting groove in a vertical sliding manner through the sliding blocks.
And a motor frame is fixedly arranged under the driving motor and is fixedly connected with the side surface of the limiting plate.
The limiting plate with the both sides of unable adjustment base's junction all are fixed and are provided with the gusset plate, the gusset plate is the right triangle structure, and its two right-angle sides are connected with the side of limiting plate and unable adjustment base's last fixed surface respectively.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: by arranging the unwinding device and the winding device, when the cable replacing device is used, after the connection between a new cable and a cable to be replaced is completed through the connecting piece, the rotating disc can be driven to rotate through the rotation of the driving motor, so that the unwinding of the new cable by the unwinding device and the winding of the cable to be replaced by the winding device are realized by utilizing the rotation of the rotating disc, and the replacement of the cable to be replaced by the new cable in the electrifying circuit can be realized along with the unwinding of the new cable by the unwinding device and the winding of the cable to be replaced by the winding device, so that the replacement of the power cable is realized; by arranging the adjusting groove, the adjusting block, the guide wheels and the electric adjusting rod, when the cable winder is used, the cable winder can play a certain guiding and limiting role by utilizing the matching of the two guide wheels, so that the convenience of operation of the cable in the winding and unwinding processes is improved, and the heights of the adjusting block and the guide wheels can be adjusted by controlling the unfolding length of the electric adjusting rod according to actual needs by utilizing the flexibility of the electric adjusting rod and the sliding connection between the adjusting block and the adjusting groove, so that the applicability and the adjustability of the cable winder are improved; in summary, the invention has the advantages of time and labor saving and convenient replacement operation.

The unreeling device and the reeling device are identical in structure and respectively comprise a fixed base 1, a rotary table 2, a driving motor 3 and a guiding device 4, wherein supports 5 are fixedly arranged at four corners of the lower surface of the fixed base 1, a limiting plate 6 is vertically and fixedly arranged at the middle position of the upper surface of the fixed base, a driving shaft 61 is rotatably arranged at the center of the limiting plate 6 in a penetrating mode, the rotary table 2 and the driving motor 3 are respectively positioned at two sides of the limiting plate 6, one end of the driving shaft 61 is fixedly connected with the output end of the driving motor 3, the other end of the driving shaft is concentrically connected with the rotary table 2, an adjusting groove 62 is formed in the lower end of the side of the limiting plate 6 along the height direction of the lower end of the limiting plate 6, the guiding device 4 is positioned in the adjusting groove 62 and comprises an adjusting block 41 and a guide wheel 42, the adjusting block 41 is slidably arranged in the adjusting groove 62, and an electric adjusting rod 43 is fixedly arranged between the lower end of the adjusting block 41 and the groove bottom surface of the adjusting groove 62, the guide wheels 42 are arranged at the same side of the turntable 2, and are respectively rotatably arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the outer surface of the adjusting block 41 through connecting shafts, and a guide cavity is formed between the two guide wheels 42.
The adjusting block 41 is a square block structure and is located in the adjusting groove 62, and the two sides of the adjusting block 41 are both provided with sliders and are connected with the inner groove wall of the adjusting groove 62 in a vertical sliding manner through the sliders.
A motor frame 31 is fixedly arranged right below the driving motor 3, the motor frame 31 is fixedly connected with the side surface of the limiting plate 6, and the motor frame 31 can be used for limiting and supporting the driving motor 3; the limiting plate 6 with the both sides of unable adjustment base 1's junction are all fixed and are provided with gusset plate 7, gusset plate 7 is the right triangle structure, and its two right-angle sides are connected with the side of limiting plate 6 and unable adjustment base 1's last fixed surface respectively, utilize the steadiness of being connected between 7 multiplicable limiting plates 6 of gusset plate and the unable adjustment base 1.
