After reaching the upper part of the packing box, the carrying clamping claw blocks 4-3-5 respectively extend towards the left side and the right side. The moving shaft 4-3-3 of the upper and lower conveying cylinders drives the moving clamping jaw cylinder 4-3-4 and the moving clamping jaw block 4-3-5 to descend through a connecting piece, the moving clamping jaw block 4-3-5 is respectively folded towards the left side and the right side, the moving shaft 4-3-3 of the upper and lower conveying cylinders ascends after the packaging box is clamped, and then the conveying module 4-4 can drive the packaging box to move along the Y axis. Firstly, the bottom surface of the packing box is visually detected by moving to the position above the lower visual lens 4-1, and then the bottom surface of the packing box is moved to the rotatable base 6-1 and placed on the rotatable base 6-1.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the rotatable base 6-1 comprises a base-module connecting plate 6-1-1, a rotary cylinder 6-1-2 and a tooling base 6-1-3. In the figure, 6-1-4 is a packing box.
The rotatable base 6-1 is connected with the transportation module 6-2 through a base-base module connecting plate 6-1-1, and the transportation module 6-2 can drive the rotatable base 6-1 to move along the Y axis.
During detection, the rotary cylinder 6-1-2 can rotate the tool base 6-1-3 and the packaging box 6-1-4 by 180 degrees by taking a Z-axis straight line of a tool central point as an axis, and accordingly X, Y-axis lenses 4-can be used for carrying out visual detection on 4 side faces of the packaging box.
The weighing module is used for weighing, conveying qualified packing boxes to the finished product output conveyor belt, and conveying unqualified packing boxes to the defective product output conveyor belt.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the weighing module comprises an electronic scale 7-1, a weighing defective product output conveyor belt 7-2, a finished product output conveyor belt 7-3, a weighing and carrying module 7-4 and a weighing and carrying clamping jaw 7-5. In the figure, 7-6 is a model for indicating defective products in weighing, and 7-7 is a model for indicating the output of qualified products.
The weighing and carrying clamping jaw 7-5 is used for carrying the packing boxes on the carrying module to the electronic scale 7-1 and carrying the packing boxes on the electronic scale 7-1 to the finished product output conveyor belt 7-3 or the defective product output conveyor belt 7-2.
The equipment further comprises a controller, wherein the controller is used for receiving weighing data of the electronic scale 7-1, controlling the weighing and carrying clamping jaw 7-5 to carry the packaging box on the electronic scale 7-1 to the finished product output conveyor belt 7-3 when the weighing data is qualified, and controlling the weighing and carrying clamping jaw 7-5 to carry the packaging box on the electronic scale 7-1 to the defective product output conveyor belt 7-2 when the weighing data is unqualified.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the weighing and carrying clamping jaw 7-5 comprises a weighing and carrying clamping jaw-weighing and carrying module connecting block 7-5-1, a weighing and carrying upper and lower cylinder body 7-5-2, a weighing and carrying upper and lower cylinder moving shaft 7-5-3, a weighing and carrying clamping jaw cylinder 7-5-4 and a weighing and carrying clamping jaw block 7-5-5.
After reaching the upper part of the packing box, the weighing and carrying clamping jaw blocks 7-5-5 respectively extend towards the left side and the right side. The weighing and carrying upper and lower cylinder movement shafts 7-5-3 drive the weighing and carrying clamping jaw cylinders 7-5-4 and the weighing and carrying clamping jaw blocks 7-5-5 to descend through connecting pieces, the six weighing and carrying clamping jaw blocks 7-5-5 are respectively folded towards the left side and the right side, after a packing box is clamped, the weighing and carrying upper and lower cylinder movement shafts 7-5-3 ascend, and then the weighing and carrying module 7-4 can drive the packing box to move along the Y axis.
After the operation of the equipment is started, a packaging box to be processed is placed into the feeding base 1-1, the feeding and transporting module 1-2 conveys the feeding base 1-1 with the packaging box to the side of the stripping machine feeding platform 2-2 along the positive direction of the X axis (at the moment, the area to be sealed of the packaging box and the stripping machine feeding platform 2-2 are on the same straight line along the Y axis), the sealing paste absorbing, labeling and pressing module 3-2 absorbs two sealing paste post-labeling carrying modules 3-1 from the stripping machine feeding platform 2-2, and the sealing paste absorbing, labeling and pressing module 3-2 with the sealing paste is moved to the upper part of the packaging box to be sealed and pressed.
And the feeding and transporting module 1-2 continues to convey the feeding base 1-1 with the packing box to the side of the detection module along the positive direction of the X axis after being pressed (at the moment, the center of the packing box and the center of the conveyor belt 5-1 are positioned on the same straight line along the Y axis).
The carrying module 4-4 firstly conveys the upper vision lens 4-2 to the upper part of the packing box to carry out visual inspection on the top surface of the packing box, then conveys the carrying clamping jaw 4-3 to the upper part of the packing box, after the carrying clamping jaw 4-3 picks up the packing box, the feeding base 1-1 returns to the initial position, the carrying module 4-4 conveys the carrying clamping jaw 4-3 with the packing box to the upper part of the lower vision lens 4-1, the lower vision lens 4-1 carries out visual inspection on the downward bottom surface of the packing box, after the inspection is finished, the carrying module 4-4 continuously conveys the carrying clamping jaw 4-3 with the packing box to the upper part of the rotatable base 6-1, and then the packing box is placed on the base 6-1.
After the packaging box is placed on the base 6-1, the X, Y-axis lens 4-6 respectively perform visual detection on two faces facing the lens in four faces perpendicular to the X, Y axis on the packaging box, the base 6-1 can be rotated 180 degrees along the z axis after detection, at the moment, two faces back to the lens in the four faces perpendicular to the X, Y axis are changed into two faces facing the X, Y-axis lens 4-6, the X, Y-axis lens 4-6 performs visual detection on the two faces, and six-face detection of the packaging box is completed completely.
After the detection is finished, the transport module 6-2 transports the rotatable base 6-1 with the package to the side of the electronic scale 7-1 along the X axis.
After the packaging box reaches the middle position between the electronic scale 7-1 and the finished product output conveyor belt 7-3, the weighing and carrying clamping jaw 7-5 takes the packaging box, the rotatable base 6-1 returns to the original position, the weighing and carrying clamping jaw 7-5 is matched with the weighing and carrying module 7-4 to move along the Y-axis direction, the packaging box is conveyed onto the electronic scale 7-1, data are uploaded to an MES system (controller) after the electronic scale weighs, and the MES system judges whether the product is qualified or not. If the products are qualified, the weighing and carrying module 7-4 and the weighing and carrying clamping jaw 7-5 convey the products to a finished product output conveyor belt 7-3; if not, the product is transported to a weighing reject output conveyor 7-2.
Wherein the finished product on the finished product output conveyor 7-3 is shown in fig. 11.
The embodiment can realize automatic labeling, detection and weighing in the whole process, the automation degree is high, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
