The working process of the invention is as follows: the temperature control device continuously detects the current environment temperature or the mirror surface temperature, when the temperature is within a set temperature control range, the electric heating plate 1 continuously works, consumed electric energy is converted into heat energy to be supplied to the U-shaped protection plate 6-1 of the reflector, then the heat energy is conducted to the reflector 8, and when the environment temperature is outside the set temperature control range, the electric heating plate 1 is in an out-of-operation state. When the recognition rate of the images collected by the reflector auxiliary camera is reduced, a system gives a driver control instruction, the driver controls a motor 2-1 to rotate, a ball screw 2-4 is driven to rotate through a coupler 2-3, the rotation of the ball screw 2-4 is converted into linear motion of a nut, a sliding rod 2-7 is driven to do descending motion, the sliding rod 2-7 drives sliding blocks of linear guide rails 2-10 on two sides to move, and wiping strip assemblies 3 fixed at two ends of the sliding rod 2-7 also do linear motion along with the sliding rod 2-7 to wipe a reflector 8 downwards. When the sliding rod 2-7 just triggers the lower limit switch 2-8, the lower limit switch protective plastic blocks 6-5 which are symmetrical at two sides touch the sliding rod 2-7 to protect the limit switch, at the moment, the bottom surface of the aluminum profile fixing groove 3-1 of the wiping strip assembly exceeds the bottom of the reflector 8 by a certain distance to ensure that dust is scraped out of the reflector, and the function of effectively removing the dust on the surface of the reflector and preventing the wiping strip from carrying dust is achieved.
